Would have given five (5) star. The food is nice and freshly made, however; the customer service is extremely poor. Very rude and lack of customer relationship.

This is probably the best southwest farmers market I have been to.. the meat pie, chicken, Moi Moi was so fresh, delicious and spicy just the way I like it. I went late so they didn’t have anymore fried or jollof rice to purchase but I can imagine I missed out. Service was great too. Would definitely be returning!!!

The place clean, food is good but horrible, horrible customer service. First time I went there the person attending to me won’t even acknowledged me when I asked for a product it was another customer that showed me the product, the 2nd time the lady was on the phone all through and the 3rd the lady appear mute in even when I greeted her. I kept going there because of the fresh food.Pls improve your customer service and pls label your food properly. I went there a week ago to get the bitterleaf soup, container was labeled bitterleaf soup but it was entirely something else in the container.

Food taste great but customer service is horrible. Cashier’s manner of approach is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Can’t say hello and didn’t respond even after I greeted. They be acting like they’re doing you a favor to check you out. I hope management can address that.

The people in the kitchen can cook. I come to see my family often from Oklahoma City, normally I stopped by Dallas/fort wort to go the farmers in that area. But since I tasted their food at the San Antonio location. I always look forward to going there. The pepper soup is top notch. Or is it the jollof rice or the beans. Mhen this location has the best cook. Compared to Dallas, their food is horrible. They just cook like you forcing them to cook and they not friendly. Very mean people over there. This place is nice. I love ❤️ their food and the stuffs they have. The lady called princess In the kitchen is very nice and friendly. She is also a good cook.

Very unique! African foods are sold here along with snacks and drinks, prepared foods and sweets, veggies and fresh meats and fish.

You can find some unique African items that are not common in the USA in this store. Variety is limited.

This store Alway has greet things in it- Love this store. However the workers attitude need to be addressed- this would/could be barrier to its success as seen in Houston.

I buy my African foodstuff from here. The have a varieties of products to select from.

I went there with my daughter the other day. I love the layout and I didn’t expect to find anything and I did! The bread was amazing too. My husband can’t stop talking about it. :)

Why do y’all have a number attached to your store when y’all won’t pick up calls. I bought something this past weekend and I’m calling to confirm if the product is expired because i don’t know what date method y’all are using and it looks like it is an expired product purchased. Y’all pick your calls pls. Thanks

Nice development in SA. I was able to shop comfortably for Nigerian food stuff. Some items in freezer, and some hot food were not labeled, however I was able to get assistance quickly. But I was impressed with market layout, easy to find stuff. Thank you.

Customer service is horrible.. staff is on phone while checking me out and kept her phone conversation all through without uttering a word to me.. Please work on your customer service.. staffs have no clue what customer service looks like

You can find many items from Africa well packaged in the store. Still need to improve in costumer service.

They have got just about everything I need and the products theycarry are of very good quality. Store is well organized and easy to find and pick out what you want,staff are so very respectful and responsive.
