Peggy solved a huge problem for me when all my apps screens got scrambled I thought she could just go into iCloud and get it back right. She found that tho I payed for backup each month, that setting was turned off. She got me all straightened out again and it was a mess. Thanks for all her thoroughness!!

Bobby Huey was our Verizon representative when we went into the store today. He was very helpful. He looked for ways to help us save money while upgrading our phones to the ones we wanted. I had a Great experience today with Corey. I came in upset with my Samsung. But I am now an LG family member. Corey did a great job showing me all 3 LG phones and there qualities. I love Janet at the levelland Verizon location. We went in a few days before I was scheduled to have a surgery and explained all that was going to happen. She preordered the S10+ for my husband and I and let us know we would get a email when they came in. Not only did we get the email but she text me as well to let us know they were ready and for us to not forget our account number and stuff since we were transferring from sprint. She was ready for us and had us done in a short amount of time. We are so greatfull. The next day I had questions and I couldnt go in to the store because of my surgery and I was able to text her PERSONALLY. I was so greatfull she was so considerate knowing I had just had a major surgery. Janet you are the best!

Though Are Mgr of Levelland store us way Tech, I HATE the papergiving-do-it -yourself policy on transfering pics over to our NEW phones. We have lousy Wi-Fi here in Littlefield,Tx. More of do it your self service....Ugh. Still carrying around my old phones cause lady car wouldnt (even asked directly 3 times) transfer my phone info(pics) over. Lousy attitude.

The wait time is long and most the time they dont ask if I need help or just move on to someone else and pass me. I have wanted to buy several things but end up walking out because its not worth the hassle and the price is so bad on everything its marked up like 200% its not worth paying for it when Amazon sells it cheaper or Walmart.
