First time happened to me at all times, bringing my birthday gift to Best Buy Levittown NY place, I told the guy at the cash that it arrived to me in an envelope with papers at all it was fit bit, and I wanna return it and get store credit, the guy called another person which he said that he is the leader for the cashier area! And he just scanned my gift and giving me a receipt say return???? And he continue saying the amount will go to the original credit made the purchase???? Now I lost my gift and I got embarrassed from whom sent me my birthday gift, he didn’t even say sorry, I spoke to the manager was there later of about 5 mints and he try to explain some things not related to my case, and did t even apologize or do anything??????????????? Shame

I stopped in today September 3rd, to purchase a new Apple Watch since I dropped my previous watch and cracked the screen. The gentleman that help I think his name was David was awesome and helped me quickly and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and did so with a friendly attitude. His positivity was nice considering I had a rough day. Thank you so much and I highly recommend coming to this Best Buy for your technological needs!

They had a beautiful microwave that was not too expensive. The man at the register on the way in directed us to the right place and sent a knowledgeable sales person. Deluvery via UPS was over 3 hrs late but merchandise arrived intact.

The selection was good the salesmen that I worked with wasnt the most knowledgeable,but helped enough that I wasnt disappointed in giving him the sale. The other salesmen on the other hand, I asked him for a roll of tape to make a handle to carry the 43inch TV I had just purchased out of the store. He told me he couldnt do that, it was against store policy. I told him I only wanted to build a handle being that they had no tween. I had him call a supervisor,who came an immediately said no problem,that it wasnt against store policy,and why did you tell the customer who just sent over $450 that he couldnt tape his own box to carry out.sent him to get the tape. He displayed poor customer service.

Only best buy in long island that I like. Got my apple airpods quick and easy. It is crazy this place was the first computer I ever bought so it is very nostalgic. First videos purchase and etc. Overall a milestone in my life that was awesome.

It all depends on what youre purchasing. Their return policy is horrible so be careful. I exchanged a smart watch which was $50 cheaper and ended up paying $90 more because of restocking fee and the associates couldnt explain the rest. Called bestbuy countless times over a months time and theyve been useless and still dont have a credit. Never shopping here again!

This Best Buy is neat and clean. It is a bit more busier than other Best Buy. The follow codvid restrictions. Their is a greeter. You do need to be a bit more pro active when it comes to store picks. I find it is easier to have your order number plus Id ready. You will be in and out very quickly.

Great customer service. I walked in, asked the rep at the front door where to locate the ring doorbell, he pointed it out and then as I was walking to the area, I heard him over the headset telling an agent, A customer is going to need help with ring. Once we got to the location, the next agent said the ring is here and please let me know if you need assistance. I said yes, he said one moment bcs he has a customer before us. He helped us within less than 5 minutes! He explained everything throughly and answered all my questions in an extremely knowledgeable manner. Finally, he took us to check out and completed the sale! Boom, and we were done. Easy peasy, quick, hassle free shopping. Couldnt have asked for more!

Your offer of a free Best Buy credit card is very misleading and a typical bait and switch! Offered a fee free card and instead being approved for an upgraded gold card with $59 yearly fee! Honestly is the best policy, please try to practice just that!

Poor customer service and low options for high quality laptops, even advertised products. The representatives at Best Buy treats customers as if our presence inconveniences their work day. I went here on the thanksgiving day. I have posted pics of the queue. Looking at the length of the queue you can judge the popularity of this place.You will find almost every sort of electronics items over here starting from crockpot for cooking to fitness bands.I took a Samsung tv that day. Below are the issues that I faced:1) the number of carts were very less, I saw most of the person buying large tv had to drag the tv all along the ground to bill it.2) there were only 2 billing counters, which was making the queue more lengthy and tough for the customers.3) the shop is over loaded with objects, very less space to move with cart or large tv.4) customer care representatives at the phone counter were very busy to sell phones with plans, they barely helped if any one looking for unlocked phones.I know that the above mentioned issues doesnt occur except during black Friday sales. But the authority should look into it.

Disappointing curbside service. With curbside being such an influential force in shopping over the past few months you would think businesses, especially a large national chain like Best Buy, would have the process streamlined. After about 30 minutes of waiting (while the check in message said to expect around a 5 minute wait) I went inside to ask if I could pick my item up inside the store or if they could give me an idea when it would be out. Despite the store being open for normal shopping and bustling with people, online orders are curbside pick up only, I was told. They could give no time estimate and shrugged me off to resume waiting. The worker was apologetic when he brought my order, but a 45 minute wait for a curbside pick up shows a complete failure of organization and an utter indifference to providing quality customer service.

I bought an open box tv in excellent condition and they forgot the remote, tv stand, and manual. Went to go to another location to exchange the item and that location forgot the screws to screw in the tv stand. So now I have to return the item AGAIN. I will never give Best Buy my business again.

Best Buy has lost my packages 2 times now before cancelling my order, causing me to be unable to provide Christmas gifts I had planned for and additionally making me lose out on potential deals for these products elsewhere while I waited. Customer services had nice people, though they had the capacity to do nothing about my problem. Today was my first time ever going to this Best Buy, and the staff their made it such a great experience. I originally went to pick up a new HDMI cable to connect a TV I recently purchased through Best Buy. I began speaking with a rep in Home Theater and expressed I was unhappy with my purchase. He took me over to one of the managers Justin, and without any hesitation he told I could exchange it for the model I really wanted. I came right back with my TV, and another staff member Ava took care of me, and the whole process was quick. The staff at this Best Buy really made my day and turned my regretful TV purchase into a happy one. Thank you again!

Horrible store. I bought earbuds that I needed to return. I get to store and Im directed to the wrong line for returns after waiting 20 minutes Im told Im on wrong line go wait on other line. I do that and 10 minutes later Im told he cant do returns and I need to go back to original line and wait yet again. After they are told its a return she rings it up as a sale and asks me for money. I said its a return. She laughs and says ok Ill return it but do you want to run and get another one or did I want her to get one. I said again that I want to return it.said excuse for a place that Im sure there employees are begging for that $15 minimum wage. SAD STORE. Mow I went online and bought directly from Samsung and spent 2x the amount of money on my new earbuds that will be delivered today.

Tried to use curbside pickup today. No way I will use this option again! We came and checked in, the website had a mark wait for 5 minutes. Guess how long does it take? Almost 40 minutes. Yes, I know there was a lot of people, but still - 5 and 40 minutes - too wide a difference. Just make some delay notifications during check-in if there is a big line! Does best buy app can count checked in cars? Im sure and I know - its not a big deal to add this option. There were only 2 employees who worked in curbside zone, but a lot of free employees inside. Is it a problem to regroup people? When I asked for ways to speed up the process, the manager just offered to cancel the order. I understand that due to covid or some best buy offers there curbside is only available. But still, covid is already 6 moths in USA and you still havent adapted to it: not your management nor your app! unbelievable!

Horrible customer service, I am elite Best Buy member and I treated so poorly during a return where they could not even tell me why I could not return the product instead the kept walking off and did not give me the time of day or being nice enough to try and help. The childish girl from the geek squad department who called herself a manager had an attitude the entire time a long with her red headed co worker as they acted so immaturely as if they worked there for a day. Honestly not sure if I would ever shop there again after that experience and sadly I was in the process of ordering all new appliances for a new house I bought. After dealing with those 2 employees it left a horrible taste in dealing with Best Buy.

Do not buy Geek Squad extended warranty for large appliance in-home repair. People are very nice on the phone but when trying to set up appointments they are consistently backed up making you wait for repair. This particular experience required me to wait 8 days for an initial appointment however the worst part was that the technician didnt fix the appliance when they came and I had to wait another 2 weeks for a return by the technician. When I called an appliance repair service directly they had appointments available in 2 days. If you want a reasonable response to a broken appliance, do not choose Geek Squad.
