Cool store if you’re in need of the stuff they sell. I don’t need to go too often. I wanted to get a frame for a drawing my girlfriend got for me. Quick in and out. Line moved fast. Multiple cashiers all seemed friendly. Will go back when I need something.

Love this micheals. I will say that the waits a little longer than Id like, but definitely worth the wait. The staff here are super nice and helpful. Also as far as products go theyre usually always good with the stock, I travel past another micheals to go here.. worth the 5 star.

I loved the clearance sale!! Everything was clearly labeled and organized well. They had an impressive selection and super friendly staff. Only downside was the long lines and slow check out but for the savings it was worth it.

Went in for St. Patrick’s Day crafts. Week and half before, no crafting items for decorating or for building a leprechaun trap. Was very disappointing for kids also. Walked out only with pad of construction paper and glitter glue.We were A.C. Moore shoppers, now this is only place locally. We love to craft and I just don’t find Michaels has everything we need for our projects. Missing great floral picks, foam crafts, yard decorations, so many seasonal items loved all the bins at AC Moore. I always walked out with tons of bags.Michaels has many items to decorate inside your house but it’s also supposed to have plenty of items to craft.... right? I did find it expensive, now only 20% coupon. People have told me to try Joannes and Hobby Lobby. Loved A.C. Moore... sad it’s gone.

Its a nice place for shopping arts and crafts. Its quite huge and they have a lot of choices. Aisles are well stocked with different products. They also do classes for kids in arts and crafts. Its our go-to place for art supplies.

Curbside service was excellent. The item that was ordered over the stores website ended up being out of stock. However, the curbside staff apologized and asked if the out of stock item could be substituted. Since this order was made by my Step Daughter, I indicated that I would have to call her to find out. The store clerk took the time to fully describe what I needed to know about the substitution and I called to confirm if the substitution would be okay. In the end, the store clerk ended up pleasing my daughter with a successful delivery of an item which fulfilled what my Step Daughter needed. As far as I was concerned, this is an excellent example of what customer service should about!

The staff( I guess not the whole staff but one guy in particular) was kinda rude to me and my grandmother which I really didnt like. He wasnt too helpful and tbh I didnt find anything I was looking for when I went in so I just left. Im sorry.

Great store. Had everything I needed and it was all easy to find. When checking out I had an online coupon and the cashier told me of another coupon I could use in addition. I thought that was so nice! She didnt have to do that but it was great that she did!

Michaels is the best! Ive been coming here for years, and can always find something for the kids. They loved the Kids Club, we came every Saturday morning. It does get crowded, and the line can be long.

Their staff is a mix batch of good and no good employees. Few will greet and smile, some will simply ignore you. Still it is a good place to buy art, decoration and gift packing items.

Went for some acrylic paint used a coupon and saved money.

Went to find a medium size storage box for my granddaughters hair clips and bands.They had so many it was really hard to decide which would work the best. So I bought more than one so she could choose the one she liked best.

Great selection, well organized. I can find what I need for a wide variety of crafts and art supplies. I am glad I get their circular electronically since theres usually coupons. The coupons provide a good savings but can be a bit confusing(this must drive the cashiers a bit crazy).

I love Michael’s so before anyone jumps on me about some constructive criticism please realize I am looking at this from the view of a handicapped person. While I find Michael’s aesthetically pleasing it seems that there is so much empty space in the front by the door but then when you go to get on the line its not only so long and tight because they make it this crazy one area to stand but with a rollater it’s virtually impossible to do. There are very few workers at this location and the ones there are not warm and fuzzy like one would expect in a place that people who enjoy crafting and hobby’s would at very least expect to find their employees interested in what you are doing and help you to be able to fill that basket. Seems like whenever I go in they are doing some major upheaval of merchandise so I am forced to walk around far longer looking for the items I need vs the time spent on actually enjoying myself and putting together what I want. I do have to say their PLANNER section is the absolute best of any of the Crafting stores, that area I do enjoy but its at the far back of the store, having to walk through a maze to reach it is troubling for me. Michael’s always has great coupons but if you have any of the 999 exclusions listed on the coupon as in “Name Brand” items or on sale unless if specifically says so the prices are just ok. Thee coupon off setting really helps. The 2 sometimes 3 cashiers they have on at any given time, a.m. or p.m. are in no rush, they actually seem to move in slow motion. Again another group of non smiling unhappy souls. One time I tried to make a joke about breaking my jaw on the candy I just purchased and let her know it was stale and the girl looked at me and said if your jaw was broken you wouldn’t be able to talk. I asked for a manager who took 22 minutes to come to the front desk and that was from when I started to clock it so I am sure it was over a half hour and she defended her employee and said that she would refund the money but there is no way my jaw is broken....YA THINK. It was like a Dumb and Dumber show down. But i will say I can not take off more than one star because One of my favorite things are the planners and all the stuff that goes with it, they have excellent supply for all kinds of crafts and i love their supply of decorative boxes so my “Candy Broken Jaw” and I go just not as often as I used to .

She only agreed when I insisted that there were signs up that said it was on sale. She did ring at 50% off or I would have left it there.
