Had a previous issue with my AC only blowing hot air due to damage from hitting a Deer. Took it to Faulkner Toyota and they unfortunately made the issue worse, only replacing 2 of the needed parts. Took it to Phoenix Collision and dealt with Dan, who I ONLY have great things to say about. He kept me informed the entire way, was extremely polite and reasonable and really made sure everything was working perfectly before I picked it up. They take pride in their work and it really shows. Its a wonderful place to get your car looked at and fixed, as they REALLY pay attention to detail and put the customer first. Thanks for knocking this out of the park guys and putting other centers to shame with your top notch work:)

I cannot praise or thank this autobody business enough. They exceeded my expectations immensely and are all just overall great people. They have been doing what they do for a long time and it shows. They also really do care about their customers. To make a long story short, I had to seek out an autobody for dealership damage to my brand new 2021 truck. In the end, the truck looks even better than when I bought it. Phoenix collision is definitely still going to be my top pick for anything else I may ever need and I will absolutely continue to recommend them to others.

I went for a state inspection which they list as costing about $30 with the sticker. Ended up getting charged nearly $100 for a bunch of tests they ran without telling me! If you need to test my car as part of the inspection, be up front about it and how much itll cost! Dont just surprise me when I go to pay.

This auto body shop is one of the only honest places anywhere. They take the time to answer questions and help you with all paperwork needed for insurance companies. The turn around time is so reasonable. They do excellent work and you will not be disappointed.

Big Joe is VERY MISSED. But recently car broke down at area hospital and O called..dealt with Dan. He had car towed..fixed it and sadly ..since I only drive that car in the snow, totally forgot about it. He was super nice and patient in my picking it up late. Definitely suggest useing them .
