Shelves were so empty I thought it was March 2020 all over again. I went in to get some travel items, the travel section was mostly empty, they had no dramamine for nausea in the whole pharmacy section. Snack aisle was empty as well so I didn’t even bother. I grabbed a few of the travel items they did have and left the store vowing to not come back to this target again.

Great experience with employees who were kind to me and lively with one another. Gave a overall easy-going vibe which is nice. I went on Tuesday night, some shelves were empty but those were mainly the cleaning products sections. The back area was a bit messy with aisles blocked off by supply boxes. Didn’t really matter to me though, I found most of what I was looking for. Only disappointment was they didn’t have Oreo dessert bars lol

The Levittown targets online pick-up service came in handy for seeing if a product I was looking for was in-stock. I checked at least two other (non-taraget) stores first, and target was the first one to have it in-stock (important due to upcoming travel and inability to wait for shipping) and at the same price range as everyone else. The convenience of having in-store pick-up options with customer service that is helpful is good. In the future, i might consider checking Target first for some items i might expect them to have.

At its own its a great store, However My Daughter has been wanting these albums from Tommorow X Together. That are not in stock, My Daughter and I would really appreciate it, if there were more albums from different creators.

Great Store!...They are Always willing to help..Bargains on everything throughout the store!. Very friendly, knowledge, and courteous employees who are always willing to go out of there way..I love the fact they make eye contact and ask if you need any help..Something the other so called Big Box Department stores could learn a thing or two in!!..Often when you try to get someone to help you in another store you almost have to try and find a person..In most places sadly today they are running away or looking for a place to hide to avoid people..Its like going on some treasure hunt and when you do get help the type you get is of hardly any value at all!..This location in particular has always specialized in catering to what matters most and thats ensuring not only a great shopping experience..But that the customer leaves feeling that it is they who are important..Not just what goes in the register drawer...

Very pleasant associates. Much faster delivery than Amazon and much better service than overstock.com that doesnt have the quality management that target has.

Store was clean, but employees should know how to speak to customers. I asked an employee a question and the manner in which she replied was as if I was interrupting her while she was in the middle of conducting brain surgery!To make matters worse for myself, I asked her to repeat the answer because her voice was muffled through the mask, she did, while waving me away and walking off.Good place to go, if you don’t need assistance!

The same homeless guy has been here for years. Usually he’s on the bench in the foyer sleeping with his camp set up. Today I had the displeasure of seeing him laying down/sleeping outside the foyer. Apparently management has barred him from the store, but they don’t call the police because they say the police refuse to act, if they even show up! (Can’t say I’m surprised by Nassau County PD). Your corporate office should be all over the Commanding Officer of the 8th Precinct. I’ve seen him at Kohl’s too so I guess you get to share the filth.

Every time I go to this target, I always leave without getting everything on my list. The shelves are always empty. I tend to go in the morning, so there is no reason to see the shelves this empty! I only come here when Im in the neighborhood or else I go to the one in Westbury.

At the self checkout registers I was helped out by the attendant because my valid target coupon wouldn’t work. This young woman overrides the transaction and manually administers the discount and I was able to purchase this massive toy for my son that I couldn’t of afforded for Christmas unless the Discount was taken off. So I felt as if we had our very own Christmas Elf make this possible! Amazing experience for me in very rough times do to me being out of work since March 12 2020 because of Covid 19.. my sons Christmas will be made now because of this employee

Overall good, but I still had to wait a bit for the email telling me the order was ready. Also - There could have been better social distancing in the store. I would recommend.

I have been trying to call this store all morning. The phone rings and rings and no one answers - not at Customer Service (what a laugh) or in the electronics Department.

All staff members from my experience is absolutely rude, treacherous attitudes & flat out unprofessional including one of the managers named Joe. I just needed help on an order & in his exact words were “I’m on the phone with a customer” rudely and proceeded to continue his conversation rather than nicely saying “I’m sorry i can not help you at the moment. I’m helping a customer on the phone” The store is unorganized & i will never shop there again

Easy, convenience, safe and fast. I pull up the parking area, confirmed through mobile app that I arrived, and within minute Target employee (with face covering) stepped up with my order item. What a breeze!!

I go to this Target and never have an issue with staff. Today a rude lady was in electronics. I asked for a price match with Walmart. She said it wasn’t in stock at Walmart so she can’t do it. I Showed her on my phone where it was in stock and in my cart. I asked if there is a difference between in stock at a local store or Walmart.com? She told me not to put words in her mouth, I said I am asking you a question I’m not putting words in your mouth. She said let me go ask someone else. She comes back and says I WAS RIGHT YOU CAN NOT DO IT😳. What I don’t understand is why have a policy you will not follow if a hand held will not work properly. I had the Walmart app up on my phone not a screen shot, with the correct item and model. So I was rude to her and said I don’t want the item. I did ask for someone else to talk to and she told me it was only her. I did hear another associate in the store that was on the walkie telling her to tell me something but I already walked away. She was nicer and told me I could ask someone at customer service. I wasn’t given that option with the other lady bc she didn’t want to resolve the issue. I should have known not to go to her because the person in front of me had a issue with her as well. She needs to be retrained on store policies and her attitude towards customers. Because we can give just as much attitude!

Fast and courteous employees

I was using the mens room and I witnessed something very disturbing,an employee urinating in the urinal and not washing his hands after he was done. During this time with the pandemic and all,you think that an employee of Target would be much better schooled on washing his hands after using the rest rooms. By the time I washed up myself, this person with a Target shirt had disappeared. Just the thought of this employees hands touching everything in the store,its appalling!!

I understand everything has changed since Covid, but we are four months in in the store still doesn’t know what it’s doing. Staff are wearing their masks under their nose. And worst of all they lack the training.

Nobody ever answers the phone 😡

The Levittown store had two very long lines and only 3 checkout stations.The longer line was for the Self Checkout section.I observed an employee putting items on shelves that were apparently discarded or left at the return section. Another customer asked this same Employee if there was a Manager around and that she wanted to discuss the long lines. The Employee said I am the Manager. The customer then said well, can you do something about these lines? The Manager said we had a lot of sick calls today and walked away. There was no sense of trying to help the complaining customer. Furthermore, there was nobody directing Customers to go to an available Cashier. I have never seen a more poorly run store. The Manager on duty today in my opinion does not have any business being in the position that she has. She could have at least said let me see what I can do to the complaining customer. This Manager does not know the first thing about Customer service. She should be ashamed of herself.

Target in Levitown is NOT following Covid guidelines the cashier was allowing customers to come up very close to me and my daughter. Not telling them their was a line and to back away. I said I was uncomfortable at check out. And the cashier did nothing. Said it was fine if they cut the line

Target has such a great variety of different products, its literally a one stop shop. Prices are reasonable and the stores are well organized and clean.

Great service

I recently shopped this location and was surprised of the great selection.The grocery department had many carb conscience food items.My complaint of this store was the regular checkout. Horrible and lack of front end manager managing the amount of registers open and someone watching how the long line in center of store was alll the way to rear of store.The complexity of the line situation being unmonitored was really upsetting. People were just showing up from shopping and going to any line. It’s not their fault but someone controlling flow oftraffic would work best.

I LOVE target, but stay on top of your signage! If a sale is OVER take down the SALE SIGNS!

One stop shopping

Pandemic NIGHTMARE!Out of 15 cashiers, 4 (!) were open on a busy Saturday afternoon. The three lines went all the way through the store. 30 minutes waiting in line is NOT a quick in and out, which it should be during a pandemic! Absolutely horrible. Not going again.Edit: Tried curbside pickup later on, just that all items I ordered were not eligible for curbside pickup! This store is a joke!!!

Love target but one section of self checkout is open. There is only 1 regular register open. So ridiculous. Open more registers up and have people on the floor ring.

Item was advertised as clearance, got there and there was one item left. Tech dude wouldnt honor new clearance prc, listed on the site. Would only honor the older clearance price of 99.97. Went to hicksville, and they had one left, that it was honored. waste of time.

30 minutes went by and No one came out! I tried calling and the phone rings and rings no one picks up or they pick up and hang up on you!!!! they hung up on me 7 times finally I had to go inside the store. I spoke to Michael and he said they have phone problems around the holidays! Are you kidding me? I would never shop at your Huntington Station location ever again! I asked Michael for the manager and he was to busy to speak to me? What an experience and what a joke! Two thumbs down to you Target of Huntington Station! 👎🏼👎🏼

No customer service, phones never answered, lack of help on floor. This is how its always been, even before the pandemic.Only good is the wonderful people in the pharmacy.

Store is clean, staff is friendly. Return a are made seamlessly. Havent had any issues with this store.

The store in general is great. The downside is the Pizza corner, the lady is not very consumer friendly, always low in cooked/ ready to eat item ( pizza, breadstick). By 3pm, the oven is off and no more food available.

Happy to give a positive review to Target in Levittown. I was in there tonight and asked customer service if they would honor a coupon for $20 off $100 I had forgotten to use at the time it was valid. I didnt expect anything but thought it cant hurt to ask. They couldnt honor it officially because I was too late past the expiration date, but the manager Ryan took $20 off the purchase I had just made tonight, so I got the benefit of the coupon.I gave four stars because they sometimes (often?) dont have a full selection of certain items.

Staff is terrible. They dont look where they are going because they are in such a rush. I was knocked into 3 times by employees and not one of them said sorry. I dont know what happened to the management at this location but they dont seem to care at all.

Easy to see right off of Hempstead Turnpike servicing Levittown and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Whoever maintains inventory and places orders needs to be fired.. I can see once, twice, hell even three or four times.. But CONSISTENTLY being out of size 7 pampers cruisers while having full stock of every other diaper is just mind boggling... Been going on for 6 months now, and seeing as the genius has yet to figure it out. They never will. If youre looking for size 7 cruisers, dont waste your time coming here.

This is by far one of my favorite Targets. It is very clean, the staff is always willing to help and never nasty. Everything is well organized and in order. I highly recommend this place!

Clean store with a decent inventory (things you are looking for is usually in stock). Employees are helpful and I never see them sitting around doing nothing. Lines are not usually too long and if they are they always open up new registers to cut down on wait time.

Terrible at restocking, many empty shelves for typical items. Also check the dates on everything. They have many expired items on their shelves. They clearly dont cycle their stock

Very well kept, neat, and organized location. Had a great variety of all products i checked out (compared to my local Nyack Target). Would highly recommend this location for what i would classify as a true Target experience. Even though its so far from me Id consider checking it out once in a while due to its pristine conditions. A manager at guest services by the name of Barbara was hostile and rude during my visit today while trying to price match an identical item from Walmart. I love target and shop so frequently here, I’m still shocked on her behavior

Levittown store: Two open registers in the whole store forcing guests to wait on one line, not six apart, during peak weekend shopping. Poorly managed.

Target used to be my favorite place to shop. Ever since that Giant data breach Target has dropped the ball look at my receipt I use to spend a min of a $100. at Target now its like 10 here 30 here 5 here. As per the reason why it is simple every time I shop at Target no matter what store but this specific one since I shopped here recently I can evaluate this bad score. On my visit every section I visited I was disgusted by clutter empty shelves out dated products broken freezers broken toys you name it what ever I was looking for I did not find and wanted to run out. It was as if Target had a going out of business sale on black Friday. My recent shopping experience at Target was horrible my kids even made a statement where is every thing. So I ask you Target answer my kids where is everything? why such a mess such clutter so messy filthy broken wrong items in every spot like a blind monkey did the stocking. Also NOTE: at one time in my life I was even thinking about employment with Target I am happy I did not to see these stores look like this is terrible. You cant even use the excuse that you are in the middle of fixing up the store because you already did that so why I ask.

This target is my local store that i’ve been coming to since i was a kid. i always used to think of it as a nice establishment but recently (i’d say over the past 6 months to a year) its been getting really dirty and gross... the food court especially is constantly swarmed with flies and they always fly around your food and they’ve been here for a least 6 months straight. it’s just really not a good environment.

Love Levittown Target! It always has what I’m looking for in stock and it’s a great place to shop for all sorts of items. I go to target for the quick shopping trips if I ran out of something in my home, to the larger shopping trips for anything from household items, groceries and Christmas gifts. Once again, it’s a great place to shop!!!

The place is very nice and well organized, the staff did really treat us well and very friendly.

The staff is so kind and helpful. I am usually hesitant to ask for help but Im so glad I did. We laughed and they really raise my vibration. The cashier named Mickey Was awesome. She was a great human. And the young girl named Jasmine was super helpful and polite. There were others that I did not get their names, but the man from the electronic section was a gem. And the woman who helped me get the pants off the mannequin was another awesome soul.

This target is one of the best in my area. Very clean and the merchandise is always restocked with large selection. Caters toward pretty much anything youre looking for from clothing, to furniture, to groceries. Staff is also very helpful and nice.
