Its a big store and there are many aisles stocked with novelty and practical use merchandise. Paper goods, cups, candy, balloons and greeting cards are just some of the items readily available. A good selection of items for party events and all occasions.

Went in for a couple of balloons, staff was friendly and efficient, though they could have used more help, had to wait a few minutes for a person to inflate balloons, because first employee needed to stay at cash register

This place had everything for a party, even gave me ideas just walking up and down the aisles, it was clean and well organized. The staff was helpful to me but I also noticed how helpful they were to other customers as well. The check out line was super long but moved really fast, which was surprising and awesome. It was nice to just make the one stop for all the stuff I needed.

I placed an online order for pick up on a XL costume got a L when i got home i noticed the mistake they made so i called right Away and spoke with manager mind you no apology, i asked if they had the correct size i had ordered she said yes and said they would have the correct size on hold for me the following day i called to confirm they said they would have it on hold when my fiancé arrived there was no order on hold and no manager to speak with ! I was very highly upset and disappointed worse store ever !!!!!

This location is absurd. My sister is eight months pregnant and they refused to let her take the shopping cart out of the store to load up her car. She purchased multiple heavy items that she should not have been carrying. In the process, she dropped many of these items (which then broke) and she was forced to bend down multiple times to pick these broken items up. She also hurt herself and they denied her any employee to help her with the items. Do better Party City. Do you hate pregnant women? Whats wrong with this establishment hiring emotionless teenagers?

15 people on line, 1 cashier we could see. Maybe there was a second helping with balloons. We left. Corporate disconnect on full display.

No bias here, waited on a line for 30 minutes to get balloons and they tell me I have to wait on a different like to order them. Is this the DMV?

Three occasions I have ordered from this location and all three times were complete disasters. Go to any other location. They can’t get anything right here. If you place an order online to pick up, you will get the email that your order is ready for pick up but then they will cancel your order and not tell you until you arrive. If you place a balloon order online, you will get there to find out they gave your order to someone else or never blew your balloons up and now you have to wait there until it’s done. Go elsewhere.

I went to Party City last week and I seen a roach on the floor while I was washing my hands. The most dirtiest bathroom ever. It’s not clean as it should be. They need to remodel the bathroom and instead of having the soap out they need to put it up just like other public bathrooms.

So I went to party city today.. was a ltiile disappointed abt it.. place was crowded I guess a mask is not mandatory.. cause people were not were one.. and the lines were very crowded with no six feet apart.. I love to support my local stores but as a customer would like the same support..

Needs a remodel, looks like they turned an old dollar store into their store with old looking shelves and tight aisles. Bathrooms are old and dirty looking. Other than that they have everything a party city carries, and most of the staff is friendly/helpful.

Always has whatever you need for parties or unfortunately with the current times drive-by birthday celebrations. Get everything you need to decorate your house, backyard, or vehicle!

Amazing place to go to staff was amazing so sweet the manager Alyssa was so sweet and helped me with everything I went last Tuesday everyone was there to help me when I was finished with everything there was young man I think his name was Brendon at the cashier so nice to talk to unlike other cashiers at other stores. I will be going there more often.

Great Party & Otherwise goods

So I understand that some of the employees are temporary (at least I hope), but I asked a young lady for help with costumes being that they didnt have a costume wall, who then asked other employees for help, and after being ignored another young lady yells back with her back still turned tell them to look online... am I the only one who sees something wrong with that? So I immediately left and came straight to Rubies Costume Company where I was greeted at the door, the young man answered every question I had and even walked with me to help me with what I needed. Needless to say, my son I left very satisfied and he got the costume he wanted. I would not recommend Party City, and the only reason I went there first is because I worked for one years ago

Great place for all kind of party stuff from birthdays to weddings to annivasaries. Anything you need to make your party perfect. Prices are reasonable and sometimes they have good deals. Would definitely recommend it.

We come to this store every time we need balloons. Not only do they have an amazing selection, but the people are always very nice and helpful. The balloons I bought here for my moms 50th birthday (almost two weeks ago) are still perfectly full and floating in our dining room.

Even though I can find a lot of the items from this store as I do at the Dollar Store, I tend to come here first to plan and get ideas what and how I would like to proceed for a party. They do have a wicked amount of items for just about every occasion but my favorite part is the giant center with all the candy and little prizes that you can make up goodie bags for the kids (or adults LOL) within this area. Besides that stuff you can also find seasonal things and some arts and crafts items to go with that. They offer a good assortment of plain color paper products In case your theme is a color vs an idol. The lines are usually not long at all and I enjoy shopping at this location. I took off one star because of the fact that a lot of this stuff an be purchased at the dollar store for so much less. Its heartbreaking in my opinion to go and spend 5.95 on a pack of cake plates to only find them later at the dollar store,. Its Money in my pocket. ***Same for wrapping paper, balloons and invitations/thank you’s/baby announcements.

Horrible experience. On June 2nd, I ordered 5 balloons for my daughters HS graduation. I was told Id get an e-mail when theyre ready, which I did. I came back about 2 hours later and two young teen females asked me if I was sure that I made the purchase in Levittown. They whispered to each other for several minutes in the corner behind the registers. I told them if they could not find the balloons, to blow up new ones. They again asked if I was sure I made the earlier purchase at Levittown. With that, a mid-30s, heavily tattooed white male emerged screaming whats the problem?, ignoring me and addressing the two young ladies. He did not introduce himself, or identify what his position is. I assume he manages the store. Then HE even asked me if I was sure that Levittown was in fact the store at which I had made the purchase. He then said well we cant find it, and you should have your receipt.... I followed him to the wall where prepared balloons are kept, as he turned his back on me to terminate the conversation. I saw my order right in the middle of the wall, plainly visible to everyone. As I went to grab it, he instead grabbed it, preventing me from doing so. I commanded him to give me the balloons, as I had already paid for them. He then let go of the strings, as if to let them go up in the air had I not reacted quickly enough to grab them. This is the worst retailExperience I have ever endured, and I have worked part-time in restaurants and retail since 1986. The counter workers seem detached, disinterested and immature, and the management, assuming this fella is a manager, is laughable.
