Ronald was great. He was stuck with us for about 2hrs while I sat on half the stores mattress selection. He showed me only mattresses that were close to my budget and had all the answers to our questions. He knew alot about each brand and didnt make relaying the info about the mattress construction too complicated to understand. Would recommend Ronald for anyone looking for a new mattress.

He was extremely personable and at no point in time did we feel we were talking to a salesman trying to get us to buy things we don’t need, which often happens when you walk into mattress stores. If I can give zero stars I would. Purchased a mattress 2 years ago from Mattress Firm. Mattress cost almost 4K when all was said and done. Within one year of purchasing “one of their best sellers”. After excruciating back pain and many sleepless nights I paid to have a technician come measure the mattress to find it was heavily sunken in. I receive a store credit, great! I loved the mattress I had purchased so much I assumed I had just received a “lemon” so I got the same mattress again. I’ll admit, that was prob not the brightest idea in retrospect. Here we are again two years later. I wake up all night long with my back aching. It feels like I’m sleeping on cement. No one should feel this way after spending this kind of money on a mattress. I again pay to have a technician come measure. I was told by the technician himself 90% of his calls and complaints are for this Serta mattress yet they claim there’s no indent. I’m suffering nightly… the store manager who we had initially purchased the mattress from has offered us a whole 20% discount. I was hoping they would stand behind their defective mattress with a little better then 20% as we don’t have another 4K to throw down the toilet. I need a mattress for my little one, I have friends looking for mattresses I would never recommend this company as they are selling crippling sunken rock pads disguised at over priced mattresses.

Ed was helpful in helping us choose the mattress. The price was comparably with all competition. We have dealt with Sleepys (Mattress Firm) for 25 years. Never had an issue, dont see any problems in the future.

Ed at the Levittown location was so helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted and my budget and I was in and out in 15 minutes. My mattress was delivered the SAME DAY and the delivery guys were awesome too.

We have been wanting a new mattress since before the pandemic, but really didn’t want to buy online despite claims you can return hassle free. Finally decide to go in store and so glad we chose Mattress Firm they ensured it was a sanitary environment by providing full length disposable sheets (I hope they recycle them). I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ted Goldspiel for going above and beyond to make sure that our bed was delivered properly. You see, we ordered our bed from the Levittown, New York, store, but when it arrived in Summerville, South Carolina, it arrived with an incomplete base. The deliverers took the base back but we were unable to get a delivery date for the new base. That’s when we called Ted. He was pleasant, professional and happy to assist in straightening out our problem. The proper base was delivered in two days! Once again, thanks for turning what could have been a bad situation into a great result!

We (my partner and I) haven’t bought a new mattress in year but knew it was time. We have been shopping around and did not want to spend a lot but decided that we needed a great quality bed as our sleep patterns were off with the pandemic. Such ease purchasing a mattress! I was helped by Ted Goldspiel - he listened to what I needed/wanted vs just trying to sell me something. I was looking for a full size bed for my toddler (who was acting crazy in the store - and he didnt seem to mind or rush us out). I went in on Saturday, and the bed, was delivered on Monday!Even the delivery crew was great. They took their time and even moved the bed twice for me so that I could see where I wanted it in the room. Cant say enough good things.Oh - also came home to google price match my mattress - Mattress Firm has the best price by far.

I am loving my new mattress! I went to Mattress Firm on a Saturday morning and the mattress was delivered within 24 hours. My sales rep, Ted Goldspiel, was very attentive and catered to my needs. He spent a decent amount of time with me reviewing the different types of mattresses and was patient as I tested each of them. Ted made the purchasing process very efficient. The delivery took all of 20 minutes and there were no issues along the way. I would go back to Mattress Firm to purchase my next mattress...but hopefully that wont be for another 10+ years!

Really amazing service, Ted, our salesman was incredibly helpful. He spent a lot of time with my family and I to find the best mattresses for my brother and I, and at an unbeatable price! Also, Mattress Firm has a 120 day Love your Mattress policy, which means that if you dont like your mattress after 120 days, you can exchange it or receive a refund. Very pleased!!

Aside from deciding which mattress I was more comfortable on this was one of the easiest purchases. Ted Goldspiel was great! He was welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was also very patient as we kept going back and forth laying on the same beds to get a feel. We are still trying out our mattress for the 120 day trial period but so far, so good and you cant really beat the return policy.
