The gentleman that was in on Saturday was very sweet and very attentive to everyone needs . He made sure everything was taken care of and even asked his boss if he wasnt sure. I had switched from metro PCs to boost mobile . And the gentleman name is Percy . High five to him. Thank u

Hated this place before they reopened they were shady and some timey. Love it now! New guy is super nice eh too nice as he was trying to help everyone at once and an altercation did take place with 2 customers(me,sorry)... hes gonna need a helping hand soon because when its my turn i dont want to keep being interrupted by a previous customer who clearly needed help he couldnt give her. Other than that we got great service and walked away happy spenders.

Theres a lot of confusion over advertised prices, seem to come with caveats for this or that reason we couldnt really get that price on the sign. Promotions that look good but in reality are not. You can bring your own phone but that phone wont work for this plan, you have to buy a more expensive phone or plan to get this iphone for example or even use your own phone. To get the cheap plan you have to buy their phone. Different prices online than store, also different info depending in store you call. Frustrating and it seems either way, they get more money. So ultimately what looks like great prices, start to look less stellar when you show up, wait a long time, to get them. There was only.one clerk, so maybe they hope after the long wait you want a phone so bad you just get it. There were other customers in the store who think boost mobile is the best. We were looking for one of the low cost plans, and even though we had a boost mobile phone, there was a catch. That type of thing is always annoying. The clerk said the reason was the company was bought out recently and things changed. So take down the deceiving signs then? Well whoever bought out the company is attracting customers will deals that have too many caveats to end up really being a deal.

OMG! I just wanted to say that the gentleman name Neftaly is and has been an awesome person. He is very helpful and is very understanding. He explains things to you so you better understand your phone or phone plan or deal. He has worked at the Franklin (Philadelphia) mall before and even then to he is a very pleasant person to have this job. I am very pleased with his performance at work and will definitely tell friends and family in the area that has Boost or want to transfer companies to come to Boost and see Neftaly. This guy is AMAZING! Thank you Neftaly and sorry Im just doing this review about you because I should have done it that same night but I got distracted. God bless you Neftaly in all you do!

Ive been trying to get my hands on a new phone for about a week and a half now. I couldnt order what I wanted to get online or over the phone, and many of the other locations are currently closed likely due to COVID-19. I tried this location and unfortunately the first time I tried here, they didnt have what I wanted but the guy who was here was kind enough to let me know when their next delivery of phones was coming in and was kind enough to hang on to the phone that I wanted. When I came in to pick the phone up, I had no issues with setup or purchasing and was I even able to go in and out of the store in around a half an hour.

Fast friendly experience. Just know there only open until 5pm on Sundays not 7pm like it says online.

The two gentlemen salespeople were super cool. This is the only reason they got five 🌟s. The service on the other hand is horrible. We got the family unlimited plan and will be switching back to our old provider next month. If you get a call and surfing the web the connection will stop. You cannot look anything up while talking. If you want a no contract plan go to metro. It works and you can be in the desert and still talk and surf at the same time. I know from previous experience. Cant wait to say goodbye to Boost

Went in to buy a phone and the customer service I recieved from representative Neff was impeccable! He walked me thru the set up of my phone and answered all my questions. I live in Morrisville and returned to the Levittown location to purchase my Prepaid internet and will return to purchase phones for my children. The person responsible for hiring him did a great job! Boost Levittown has a repeat customer with me for sure because of Neff!
