Great company to work with! Went to the office on a Monday and spoke to luiz (sales rep) about getting my countertops done and by Friday of the same week my countertops were installed. Thanks to luiz for taking his time to help me and wife choose out a perfect stone for my kitchen and working around my time schedule to bring my job to completion. These guy’s are awesome!

Worst company drivers in the world. Move into the turning lane to jump ahead of traffic. When the light changed he took off cut me and my family off nearly causing us to crash into oncoming traffic. I just hope their work isnt as reckless as their driving.
December, 2018I love my new granite countertops you and your employees installed in my kitchen! I was worried about the seam and stated to you multiple times when you were at my house measuring, how worried I was that they would be noticeable because the seams were going to be at my sink. You assured me they would be fine and you were right, they are fine and are not noticable at all! Thank you for that.I must write this in my review for all future customers to see and understand how professional you are. We had a problem with a particular granite warehouse we were sent to choose our stone. From the moment my husband and I walked in those doors of that establishment, the owner was rude and obnoxious. He treated us like we didnt deserve to walk into his business. The warehouse was so dark and the slabs of granite were so hard to see we needed to use the flashlights on our phones to see the stone while we were leaning against the slab behind us to try to get a view of something that was to be the focal point in my kitchen for the next 30 years! When I asked a question, the owner answered me with such an attitude, as if I shouldve known that answer. When I asked if he could show us more pieces in our price range he dragged his feet, literally, to walk to another piece of granite. When we mentioned how dark it was in his warehouse, his answer was, Well if you would choose a piece, maybe then I can have someone move it outside for you so you can see it in the daylight. Needless to say, I left that place in tears, without purchasing our countertop. I wouldnt have given that man a penny of my money!When you heard how we were treated you phoned my husband the next morning angry that one of your customers was treated so badly. You said it doesnt matter if we were spending $1,000.00 or $10,000.00, no customer of yours shouldve been treated in that manner. I will not name names, but I wish I could tell everyone I know to never patronize that establishment, ever! That man and his business should be shut down for the way he treats his potential customers! You sent us to another place where we were treated with respect. The way all customers should be treated.Again, thank you for helping make my kitchen beautiful! My countertops are gorgeous!Thanks again, Judy and Denny StewartFebruary 2019,The countertop has been in my kitchen a little over a month and we just found a hairline fracture in the stone in front of the sink, (not at the seam). I called 3KD around lunchtime today and your employee, (wont use names) was here before 5pm. Thank you for being prompt. He called this crack a fissure and said it is ok. It happens. There is nothing to do. He explained everything to me, said he will tell his boss, make note of it, and if it gets worse, which he said it wont, they will come out and fix it. I am putting all my trust in your company, I sure do hope if this fissure changes in any way, 3KD Marble and Granite will support what this gentleman said and come out and fix my countertop. I am trusting you and hope my Warranty is valid if this fissure gets worse at any time since I did notify you today, 2/8/19. Again, like when it was installed, you explained everything to me in a professional manner, made certain I understood how this issue was going to be taken care of.
