Thick milkshakes, YES!! There are some new people learning, but the owner is set on giving his customers the best. The cakes & flying saucers are generously proportioned too!Everything is fresh & I am always greeted with a smile & can I help you.I have 3 shops a little closer to my home, but I go to Levittown, so worth the trip!!

Workers were incredibly nice and helpful, although fudgy the whales were sold out, me and my father had delicious hand crafted ice creams with sprinkles. The very best.

Best carvel, with the nicest workers…daughter has a severe food allergy and they have always been accommodating to that….one of the guys actually remembers her when she walks in, and if he doesn’t wait on her, he instructs the person that is….owner is a very nice, responsible guy and it shows with the way he runs the store ….cakes are actually the normal thickness, not like some other carvel stores where it has been very thin layered….we have 2 other carvels closer to our home, but always go here….keep up the good work!

The Best THICKEST Milk Shake I ever had in about 6 different Carvels I tried out. Even though this place is out of my way im going to be comming here from now on. Also the Gentleman behind the counter was very well mannered.

Awesome place since we moved to Levittown this been our spot. They know us and are very accommodating to the way we like our stuff. I wish more places had staff as good and humble and this place.

We bought our first birthday cake there. We had two pictures on the same cake. They did a great job with the cake. Price was fair and staff was super accomodating and answered all of our questions patiently. More importantly, the cake was ready on time and it exceeded our expectations. We hope to be there soon as long as they keep up the good work.

Here is where I ate my first carvel Oreo Sundae Dasher. Ive been a regular during the summers. Recently I cant be cause I am working for my college tuition. I love this place. The staff are super friendly. If I had the chance I would give these employees a hug.

My mom gets ice cream from here almost every other day and the staff is great with the exception of one young man. This guy will walk in the back if he sees my mom come in and tell whoever he is working with to help her instead of him. Not sure how thats customer service. If the review was based on him. He wouldnt get any stars but overall as a place its pretty good. Cant complain otherwise

I go here all the time! Great place with even better service! Especially that fine young man with the mustache! Nobody cares more about ice cream than that man; he found a career that is right for him!

It was packed when we went due to a promo but they kept the line moving so we didnt have to wait long. Good service and as always excellent ice cream.

Carvel is a summer treat!! Longer lines in the warmer weather but nothing crazy.

These guys are so anxious to get out of here and dont want your business that they dont serve a certain flavors of ice cream when there is still minutes till closing time.

Pricing has gone way up over the last couple of years. Ill usually stop in when theres a special going on. Cookie Puss is up to $35 - a bit too costly for an ice cream cake.

Im so sad that I didnt get the name of the man who helped me, but I asked them if they had coconut he said coconut shavings ONLY, no ice cream. HOWEVER, this young man went above and beyond and gave me coconut shavings, vanilla ice cream, coconut shavings, and then the cookie dough pieces I had asked for as well. He even said it himself sorry I went a little overboard theres no such thing! He was relatively tall about 510 to 60 maybe and he had curly hair. He was very nice and had energy, he clearly liked being there and people like that deserve recognition!!! Bravo to this man for making my headache go away with this bad boy! He even put it in a larger cup so that it wouldnt make a mess! A lot of people in the food industry dont care, but he did--does! Give that man a raise!
