Nice place to get groceries. Most reasonable on prices, Friendly and quick check outs. Must bring your own bags though.

I was there on Friday. Their food variety and sales ore great.I bought 2 cases of Poland spring water for 5.99 each. There is a big sale on water.The workers are helpful and the place clean. But their bathrooms are deplorable, as they are closed to the public. The area is filthy, and the sink is partly off the wall!I recommend going to the Italian restaurant/ pizza parlor. Their food is delicious and these group of stores together make a great practical place to shop. Also there is a discount card shop in this group w Key food.

Every single time I go to this grocery store the people at the service deli acknowledge me and help me immediately. I am always in and out very quickly because they work efficiently. You can watch them cut the meats and cheeses. You can see them change their gloves to make sure they are clean before helping you. There is always a manager to help. This is definitely a great grocery store!!!

Good experience. Clean and well stocked for the most part. Team members were restocking the shelves throughout the store (I went closer to closing time), they were helpful and polite when asked where items were located in the store.

The prices here both anger and confuse me.But having grown up in the area and hearing local gossip: We cant blame them, the rent prices and that shopping area are atrocious apparently.

I havent shopped here, but asked if they can deliver to elders around me during this virus. Awilda, the store manager was SO understanding, SO helpful and even bent the rules to help our community situation. I may just start shopping here now, even though its farther from my home,because of how thoughtful they are. What a caring manager, really makes you think back to when the community used to help each other.

For a moderately-sized supermarket, its usually well-stocked with mostly reasonable prices. The bakery, deli counter, fish, and dairy departments are always clean and appealing, with a friendly and courteous staff. Ive never been disappointed by their butchers work, nor have I spent the better part of my adult life waiting to pay for their goods. Were lucky to have this neighborhood grocer in our neighborhood.

I like going to Key Food because its near by, small and no lines. Last night the cashier greeted me which is nice and very unusual. Not just at Key Food, it seems the cashiers at most stores think they are doing me a favor by ringing up my items. Nobody (ok very few people) say thank you anymore. Am I wrong? Am I supposed to thank the employees now?

Had a bad experience while shopping here. I was waiting on line when a cashier called her friend who was shopping to go in front of me and then the friend went to get something else and I went over and she told me she was closed. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never go back

Key Food in Levittown is the best supermarket! From the Store Managers, Front End Managers, Cashiers and everyone else in the store, they are all amazing. I have a gluten allergy and since the day they opened they have a large white tag that hangs down on anything that tells you it is gluten free item. If they are out of an item, ask them and you will have it in 48 hours. I eat fresh so I am in this store at least three to four times a week and I have nothing but love for everyone at Key Food in Levittown.

Only place in neighborhood my wife can buy pernil. She loves it can get a lot of speciality Spanish items.
