Great store & location - don’t always have everything i need but the staff is nice. prices are a little high and sale items sell out fairly quickly but slow to restock- i but what i buy regardless of sale- it’s annoying when it seems like they are intentionally delaying restocking until sale ends. i ha e seen this happen with my own eyes- a staff member who i am particularly friendly with confirmed this.,that’s not cool. but they are clean & otherwise professional & courteous.

I just dont get it how this store is in business still. Walmart across the street charges half the price for the same items. It is one thing of having prices a bit higher than Walmart but it is another thing robbing people by charging them 2x.

Have never actually shopped here. Have only returned bottles. I do find this chain more expensive than other supermarkets.

This is a good area supermarket that carries most food products. They tend to have more individual serving products than some of the others in the area. They have a deli and seafood counter in addition to an isle dedicated to meat and frozen foods.Located in a small plaza with other stores, there is plenty of parking. As with all of this chains stores, prices tend to be a bit higher than their competitors

King kullens bakery makes the best Italian bread 🍞 hands down my favorite. I also like how empty the store tends to be I feel like the only one in there.

This supermarket is always spotless. The produce is beautiful and the meat department is excellent. They also have a good bakerie, deli, seafood departments. They provide sanitizer for hands and carts. Social distancing is fine and there never seams to be a long line at the checkout.

There are better supermarkets out there for sure

Meat and vegetable sections need major improvements freshness and sections

Always clean prices are ok sometimes have to be careful with prices that are not updated on their system when you pay at the self-service cashier

A quaint suburban grocery store that has almost everything you need for your refrigerator, cupboard and Kitchen table. They have a good quality deli department with fresh salads and cold cuts. The bakery department has fresh pastries, cakes and gourmet style cookies to choose from. A decent selection of various frozen foods and good meat department for those carnivores. Overall, a friendly customer service experience with helpful employees and a quick checkout experience as well.

A employee that I asked for pirates booties asked someone else when she found out where it was I was already outside the store and she came out to get me. WOW !!!!! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I go to this supermarket often. Very convenient and get in and out quickly. Usually get get my fruits and vegetables there and my deli meats. Always fresh so dont have any complaints.

Its a grocery store. The food is slightly on the expensive side, but theyve got a good selection, and the staff has always been helpful.

Im in my truck in front of the store while my wife is shopping, dale is shoveling snow moving wagons and doing the garbage. Great hard worker

Very large and full selection of products! I did love there energy saving fridges! It lights up when you walk by and it shuts off. Also the day I went they had lots of great sales!!!

The store is always clean and friendly staff except for the one older woman in the deli with white hair. Her attitude is terrible, not customer friendly at all.

Love the canoli cake...hate the staff...so disrespectfull...thats why this place is going down, the service is bad.

Pretty good store was clean prices reasonable and they had to working cashiers this was Wednesday afternoon positive experience. I havent been to King Kullen in over a year before this.

Usually not crowded even with everything thats going on now in the world. Price a little high. Lines move fast.

No help from anyone to show me how to use the ATM machine. Was on a time schedule. So I walked out and left the full cart of food ect.by ATM. Cant even set up an app for the store like you can for Shoprite and stop and shop. R S

I think this is a fairly good store. Very well stocked, great produce and the bakery comes out with the best Hungarian cheesecake in town. That all being said I only give two stars because they will only have 1-2 checkout people working at a time. I end up waiting in line for extended periods of time. Its very clear that there are many people like myself who reject self checkout. I think it would be way cheaper to shut the self checkout down and have the few people hired to hover over the self checkout to the many empty normal checkouts.

Kung Kullen in Levittown, had a sick employee working over there and although he was wearing a mask, he should Not be allowed to work with a lite cough that is constant, at least during this pandemic b/c thats one of the symptoms of this nasty virus but the manager on duty thought nothing of it. I wouldnt go back there is, b/c the manager didnt take it seriously and backed the employee. I should have found out the managers name and taken it further, but I figured Id just shop somewhere else, for now.

Employees wear dress shirts and a blue vest. There is a warm local friendly feeling at this store. Many cashiers and self check out. Good meat. They grind there own chopmeat. Will not buy chop meat anywhere else.

Great place to shop . Food is fresh and the store is clean and well organized.

A little more expensive than some other local supermarkets with less of a variety. However the employees, especially the cashiers, are always helpful and friendly. They also have a great coupon policy with chances for great deals if you plan your trip. It is in a convenient location and good to pick up a few things quickly.

Just ran in for a few items I needed thats all not my regular store I shop at. I only go there for convenience when I need something and cant wait for my regular shopping or could not get when I did shop because it was out of stock in my regular grocery store

Not the best looking bright lit supermarket Ive shipped at. Went in for salmon burgers but they didnt have any. The butcher said they just dont sell well🤤Not a supermarket of go back to. It seemed a bit dingy as well and a little too close for comfort, the aisles that is.

Pat defines customer servic. The way she is with customers is amazing! I’ve never seen someone handle a long line individually the way that she does, and she’s done in time and time again! The store is very lucky to have Pat and she is an asset to the company.

Visited the bakery and there assortment of danishes were off the charts delicious. The prices were excellent as well. Although I miss my favorite baker NICK.

Clean store, the isles were free of clutter and everything was easy to locate even though it was my first time at this location. They had some great discount deals on perennials outside at the entrance.I also would like to add that I found the staff here to be very pleasant & helpful.

Terrible prices and even worst customer service. Staff is rude. Stew Leonards or shop rite are both substantially better and right around the corner.

Picked up a 3ft round hero today.I have to say... I was very impressed with the freshness of the bread.We had leftovers which I put in the fridge around 3pm.At 1 A.m., I had another piece and the bread was still just as fresh.I definitely recommend this king kullen for heros.Btw... I have my own shop and delivery service genieupgrade.com and I actually recommend heros from here.

I go here more for convenience then anything else. Prices can be high. Produce isnt the best but they do have a decent bakery.

Power was out due to the storm and the food in the freezer was blocked off so no one would go into them to help keep the food from spoiling but you could smell the food had spoiled badly already and they just waited for the freezers to come back on and freeze that food back up again

This supermarket has the highest prices in comparison to its competitors. Im not quite sure how they have survived for as long as they have. Both the neighborhood walmart and shoprite near beat their prices any day of the week. There are people who still shop here so Im guessing they dont mind over paying for common products. Honestly, I recommend you shop anywhere else.

Been going here for close to 20 years, hard to beat location, always clean and well presented displays. A bit higher on prices than other chains but with weekly specials, very fresh produce, and quick checkout times they more than compensate.

This review is for the Deli. If I was allowed to give negative stars I would. What a joke this place is. 6 deli associates working and none of them asked if I needed help, I stood there for 10 mins during my 30 minute lunch break and none of them asked if I needed help. Oh btw, this isn’t the first time i’ve been ignored at this deli counter. WTF would I be doing just standing there. What an f’n joke. This is unacceptable and action should be taken. Train your f’n associates.
