Rude staff who are completely disrespectful and wasted 15 minutes at the beginning of our session and ended it 20 minutes early for no reason. The guy Ryan was especially unhelpful and talked down to some new players. Strikeforce is way better.

Yesterday, I researched a few places to buy my first air soft rifle and ended up at Ricochet Tactical. Matt, who helped me out, was awesome. He took his time to explain to me what I needed as a beginner to get started in air soft play. This place is one of the best indoor Airsoft Places on the island. You need something you can guarantee that Shaq has it. That MF is THE BEST!!!! He is very knowledgable and is able to help you with almost anything Airsoft. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you’re getting into Airsoft, COME HERE FIRST! His prices are very competitive.As for his field, it’s smaller but it’s very fun. His staging and set up area is perfect for social distancing and is great. They are big on safety which prevents anyone from losing an eye or two. They play different objectives which is nice and entertaining. The field is however dark. You’d need a tracer unit to really see your shots. But it doesn’t prevent you from getting up close and personal ;).I also love that he has a small range to shoot and tinker on your gun. Overall, this is a great place to come in the winter time. Price of admission is 1000x worth it.

Played my first game of airsoft there and it was fun. I was iffy on if I should play the sport but the ref and the people I met were really friendly and made me want to get into the game more.

We just arrived home from my son’s birthday party (Nerf Party) and I am getting texts and messages from guests that it was an awesome party! In my honest opinion, probably the best party my son has ever had!Our first venue fell through and Ricochet Tactical was able to accommodate us on short notice. So very grateful they did! From booking the party with Shaq, who was so polite and professional, to the two party hosts we had, the staff couldn’t have been more awesome. Our guests were LOVING every second of the party and nobody wanted to leave. The staff here made all the difference, so THANK YOU for making my son’s birthday a truly memorable one! We WILL be coming back!

We had a birthday party here and I thought it was good for the price. We reserved a 3 to 6 pm slot, however they kicked us out at 5:45. I highly recommend that you wear sweatshirts with hoodies to protect your arms and neck for air soft. One party member got a big welt on her hand. Gloves would have come in handy. The website should have a dress Advisory.

One of the best airsoft fields on Long Island prices are fair and refs are not biased towards any players. Despite its size the CQB engagements make you think quick on your feet and make for a lot of action.

Came as part of a booked gathering of about ten guys. most of us our first time. bought my first AEG very good pricing. had a damn amazing time playing. games are quick which can be good. kept changing up the teams which was great in my opinon. just wish it was a little bigger. as of right now they are the only field near me.

Hard to find (field is down the stairs, store is on aisle 3). Owner took the time to explain a few things about airsoft since im new, didnt try to mislead me or sell me stuff I dont need. Honest. At first I was a little iffy about coming here because how small the field was but it turned out to be one of the best experience I’ve had In a while, playing airsoft for about 7 years and coming to this field doesn’t compare to the others I’ve been to. The players are very friendly, awesome pro shop the guy fixed my mp7 in 20 minutes. Prices are fair, definitely coming here more!

This was a great place, the selection and price of the guns are great, the refs were very nice and helpful, I bought an MP5 airsoft gun from the shop and it works amazing it was also at a reasonable price, I have already started modifying it, this is the best place to go for airsoft and buy an airsoft gun.

Helpful. A little pricey but nice selection of gear and weapons. Only thing they didn’t have was specific camo colors in pants, got everything else I needed !

Not forgiving to new players. Wear gloves or you will got shot in the hand and bleed!!! I went in a group of 6 and 5 of those people have bruised and bloody hands. We were not warned of this as newcomers and experienced airsofters immediately took advantage of this. Staff was nice but informal and not forthcoming with the pain of airsofting.

Honestly, Shaq was of great help! He doesnt try to sell you on something you arent comfortable with. He tells you his good opinions and lets you decide for yourself. I got the Tipmann Recon have yet to shoot it though.

Being a airsoft player for many years now good quality stuff and if he doesnt have it in stock or at all he can always order what your looking for.His field is really good, heard a lot of things but after trying it first hand really good i honestly enjoyed it. The lay out is really good, staff members are pretty cool and reasonable pricing for everything. I started airsoft here a year ago and I’ve been playing here about once every month since. I’m happy to call this place my home field. Yes, this field is quite small and can be a bit dull compared to the larger field on Long Island (you know which one), but the playerbase here is consistently friendly and good-sported. The refs do their job right and you don’t get the vibe that they don’t want to be here like in other fields. The field owner, co-owner, and refs are always around talking to players so you really get to know who’s running this place. As for the pro shop, pricing is very fair. Shaq is willing to match the price of any competitor and is very straightforward and honest with you. I asked him to repair my AEG one time thinking something was wrong, and he assured me that as much as he wanted to take my money, there was nothing wrong with it. If you want to get into airsoft I’d say this is the perfect place to start.

Came here to try a new field a few weeks ago...First off the good..The staff here are hands down amazing, really friendly and helpful. They take the extra precaution to make sure you play and even charge your batteries simultaneously loan you a battery to use if you are low. Customer service was great and they really made sure your satisfied. The time organization was top notch and game rotations were quick. The pro shop while is small but very friendly. They chrono your gun every time before you get on the field to ensure no one is shooting hot. The fps limit is 350 if I remember correctly. The area is clean and I didnt have the feeling like my stuff would be stolen if I had brought equipment. They sell cold drinks at a very fair and realistic price, hence $1 cold water with options of Gatorade and so on.Now the bad..I took a star off because their rental guns are terrible, I mean seriously terrible lol. Either it doesnt have bbs, or it randomly stops shooting and jams. Played 2-3 games and spent half the time walking out to see if I can grab a working gun, after 3-4 attempts in 1 game I gave up. But for the price point you cant really complain, gives you a good insight of airsoft as a beginner.The field is pretty dark so thats a preference if you like dark fields or not. It was hard to see who was and wasnt on your team. If you have a flash light attachment then in my opinion you would have some sort of an advantage, again personal opinion. personally I wouldnt mind it just a bit brighter.My gun shoots hot so I doubt Ill be able to use it there, other wise thats the only thing stopping me from going back. I wouldnt mind going back but the though of possibly using a rental scares me. All in all I like the field and the staff is wonderful.

Ricochet tactical os a great and cheap (in a good way) place to go airsofting. Personaly i think the dark makes ot more fun to play in and the staff are amazing and if you are just starting airsoft you should buy your first gun there.

My experience here was O.K. My gun shot too high so I head to rent (which isnt ricochets fault). All the rentals I used werent charged so the guns died in like 5 minutes and there is nothing special about the field, its just one big square maze-like room.

Ive been buying supplies and guns (airsoft) from here for years, most of my collection are from here. Shaq is a great guy and cares about getting his customers the best deal possible. I have bought well over 15 guns from here and would have spent alot more if I had went somewhere else.
