Ordered online but instead they signed me up for a newsletter. Then I called to see what time they’ll come, and the guy says he didn’t receive an order. But I clearly have a email that days “ORDERED”. Why? Also I gave them the address, but apparently that is not enough for them to know the placement of the tank. This is My patients home, whom is 71 years old, now she has to wait 2 days for oil. Thank you.

I have been using them for the past few years and never had an issue. They have timely deliveries and support some great causes. However, I called for a fill and was left a receipt with a higher price/gallon than what was listed on their website. I was never told a price/gallon when I called and assumed that what was reflected on their website was accurate. Called and left a message that was never returned. Called again two days later and let them know. I was refused a refund, stating it was an online order only deal as listed on Facebook (not on their webpage) and they would only give credit to my account for my loss of just over $40.

Our heater went through more oil than expected, and I woke up to a chilly house. I ordered oil from Big Oak at 6:30am and they were here by 8am. It was so wonderful to not have to wait and get all my space heaters out. Ive tried others in the area, but none have been as good with speed and customer service.

I loved my experience with Big Oak Fuel. I ordered a cord of firewood. It really was a full cord and was delivered on time as promised. Price was great and delivery man was very nice and customer friendly! I also communicated with Big Oak Fuel via email and got a prompt, friendly and very helpful response! I will definitely use them again for my firewood needs and refer them to my family and friends!

I called Big Oak Fuel one cold morning I was about to run out of oil the girl who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. I was told that they would get the oil out to me before 12:00 pm so I dont run out. The truck came before 12:00! The oil was the cheapest around. Buy your oil from Big Oak you wont be sorry.

After ordering online, they called very apologetically to let me know I was outside their service area. They called back shortly and said theyd changed their route for the next day to make sure I could get a delivery! Great guys and the best price on fuel around. Thanks!

Just a shout out to Big Oak Fuel for a fast delivery. I called Monday and told the guy I needed a fill up but it could wait until after the storm. He said. I love you for that LOL. and yet they still filled me up the same day. Since ive been dealing with this company for 15 + years, ive not had a problem till today, according to their instructions i had a blank check ready to give to the driver after he pumped the oil, (last time i paid cash and office staff stole it, so they wanted a check instead), since i did not know how much a fill up would take, got the tank location wrong, wouldnt pump the oil till they had a completed check, banging on the door when im not home, now not answering the phone, find another company

Did online to get fuel after a day of not getting fuel called and they said i wasnt on schedule then hung up on me. Figured they would have asked me if I still needed fuel!! Horrible customer service

Won’t ever use again. They ripped me off. It was snowing when I ordered oil for next day delivery. They increased there prices for the snow day and because I ordered that day it was a big difference in price even tho I had next day delivery. If i knew this i would of ordered some where cheeper. I paid 2.79 for 265.5 gallons. The next day (the date they delivered) it was 2.77 for just 100 gallons. So it was much cheeper for over 200 plus gallons. Also my tank is 275. The way the pipe is We run out of oil with 8 inches on oil in the tank. I know this because we had the heater guy out before. They said they gave me 265.5 gallons of oil. There is no way it was that much oil, my tank could not hold that much of oil. Talk to other people who had similar things happen to them. You call and the lady is not helpful. Will never use again!!!!

I used these guys for a few months for oil delivery and twice they never showed up after telling them im completely out of oil . I have 2 small kids and told them that so had to suffer 2 days with out oil . Again recently I called for oil on a monday early am and ordered oil ask to come that day since I was completely out they said cant ..ok no prob so the next day I said ok .. I waited and waited for them from 8 am now its 1:00 in afternoon I call them no answer for hours . So I called REX fuel to come .. they not only beat there price but came that same day . I didnt cancel either one to see who would come first .... I needed oil so im waiting and waiting finally REX oil shows up 3 hours after I called . Awsome service . Now I called big oak fuel to cancel again no answer at 5:00 pm . Dont yiu know big oak calls me at 7pm to say ....O sorry we couldnt make it do u want us to come tomorrow? I laughed and hung big . BIG OAK IS NOW BIG JOKE FUEL!!! TO ALL PEOPLE WHO NEED OIL TO HEAT HOUSE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BIG OAK JOKE FUEL .. REX FUEL WAS NOT ONLY CHEAPER BUT 100 PERCENT MORE PROFESSIONAL AND WAY WAY WAY BETTRR SERVICE . I WILL WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY
