As a new motorcycle, owner, I was extremely impressed the first time I entered The Hog Shoppe. Not only was the staff courteous and helpful, but they were extremely knowledgeable as well. I now frequently visit this establishment often and I am never disappointed with the service. They also have a nice selection of apparel and riding gear. Recently, I had purchased a one-of-kind derby cover that Bo had made and it came out absolutely amazing! Barbara always goes out of her way to answer any questions or concerns that I have and has assisted me numerous times with adjustments on my motorcycle. Barbara also gives me suggestions and advice in order to ensure that I not only have the perfect motorcycle for me, but have a safe and enjoyable ride as well. I am a customer for life.

If you need anything for your motorcycle (especially Harleys) this is the place for you. Huge selection, great prices and service. If you buy something at Hog Shoppe, you can even use their tools and install it (within reason). Barbara is awesome, she knows everything about bikes, gear and accessories. She can often be found wrenching on a customer bike out front. They have tons of cool stuff for your bike, loads of gear, helmets, gloves, etc. If they dont have it, they can order it in for you. Its the only place on Long Island that I will go to for all my bike related needs. Barbara has helped me out more times than I can count and she always does so with a smile. Large selection. Super friendly & knowledgeable owner. As for other staff I cannot say the same. Not sure if it was owners wife or who she was but she was in corner of store, behind counter of what I’m assuming was the parts department….. She finished ringing up a lady customer and then started up a new convo with same customer to talk about Sketcher sneakers and restaurants. A different customer in front of the counter was sitting on a stool but got up and stepped aside So I could have a look closer and to give me the space to be helped by woman behind counter. Before, at the start of, and during this new conversation she started up with lady customer, The woman behind counter must’ve locked eyes with me about 10 times. Finally I walk away and then try to find someone to help me and that’s when I found her I believe to be the owner and ask him a few questions regarding Some throttle cables and return Springs. I don’t know maybe I didn’t look the “part”. (I was wearing pretty exclusive pair of J’s and equally exclusive matching attire). So the woman behind the counter didn’t want to give me the time of day but ultimately it’s on her, because If I would’ve gotten some customer service in even a halfway considerate amount of time, There were a few for things I would have purchased as gifts. I can’t stress enough though how nice and accommodating the man that finally did give me some time was.

If I were given a chance to give 6stars I would. Walter, Barb and specially Bo was so helpful, knowledgeable and do every single thing there by heart. They don’t oversell stuff and they don’t do it just for the sake of making money. They do sell stuff with passion. They will recommend stuff but will still be saying that it’s what you really want for your bike. How do you want it to look like etc. They gained another life customer with me. As long as I have my HD, they have my business.

All of the employees are awesome!! Barbara and Elizabeth were amazing. My brother and I came in the other day and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

First experience there, Most pleasant! Barbara was patient and knowledgeable and most importantly she didnt try to oversell me. I will definitely be coming back time and again...and I dont live close! They have made a customer for life.

They have good stuff there. A little pricey but you have to take into consideration that they have staff to pay and overhead.

I was there today the owner is a very nice person I changed my regular lights to LED lights on my fat boy they did it right there even though it was cold I really appreciate it I will definitely go back to there

I never knew this shop was here before today. I finally found the leather jacket Ive been looking for for years! I highly recommend it to anyone in the Falconer/ Jamestown area. The man who worked there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go again.

Everyone there is extremely helpful and considerate. I like to do my own work on my bike and they give me so much good advice, that I feel no matter what I purchase from there is a good buy. I went to the Harley dealership looking to buy a sissy bar (no installation) for my softail slim. After being informed it would take over 500$ in brackets and relocating kits to get on my bike they didnt even have it on stock. I came to the Hog Shoppe and the owner helped me get exactly what i had needed. He knew exact sizes and brackets off the top of his head and had a great selection to choose from. Not only did it save me hundreds but him and his wife were so pleasant, they just gained a lifetime customer, thank you!

They sold me a used helmet, I wouldnt even give them a star. Just be careful with your purchase. Ill never go there again.
