I never rarely write reviews. However, Sundown Ski and Surf Shop is SO SPECTACULAR, I feel I must. Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to shop with. The ski bus trips leaders are equally awesome. I recently got back into skiing after 15 years and I feel at home in this shop. I sing their praises and applaud their expertise and professionalism. Their prices are extremely fair and affordable. I urge you to check them out.

Such incredibly nice and knowledgeable staff at this ski shop. Chris remembered my boys from a previous purchase we made at the store. She helped my son with a helmet and made sure it was the right fit, and also took the time to make recommendations on goggles for my family. Hunter was tremendously helpful in educating me and my husband with skis and ski boots. He ordered boots from the warehouse and followed through with calling me to come in and try them on. He patiently made adjustments to the boots to make sure I felt comfortable with the fit. Couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and service. We’ll be back again!

The staff here is great. I frequent here to get new gear, and everyone is very helpful with anything I need help with. Recently went on my first Sundown trip to the mountains and it was a really great time. Both Vincent and Marissa did an amazing job coordinating everything from the moment we got on the bus all the way till we went back home. Would recommend!

Great deals on packages.. took a little longer to try on the boots but they measure your feet in all ways and get you the best fitting liners. They can tell you everything you need to know about your style of skiing and what you need. Will recommend and use for all my skiing needs. Thanks sundown for getting me my 1st set of skis

I was helped by Chris with finding goggles. She was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me including having a manufacturers rep come to the shop so as to get more information. A true professional and a real asset for Sundown. Whenever I go to Sundown the staff is always very helpful and courteous.

Sundown has been my go to place for anything related to surfing and snowboarding. The staff comprise of people who are all hardcore skiers, surfers, and general outdoors people so they absolutely know everything they are selling and will always take care of you! Never had any complaints, I send everyone to sundown.

Tj is the best. I bought new bindings and boots for my board and I couldnt have been happier. Not only was the price the same as online retailers, TJ gave me so much valuable advice that I never would have known. I would have bought boots too big, and would not have been able to get my bindings attached to my board because my board is over 10 years old. TJ walked me through with his decades of experience.With him Im a customer for life.
