This place is an absolute joke, they cancelled my order and blamed it on my address. I have a purchased ammunition online for years and never had a problem, until I tried freedom munitions. Go elsewhere for your ammo fellas, support a company that wants your business.

Horrible business practices! Placed a $200 order for ammo using a promo they offered. The company cancelled my order after several days and blamed it on billing and shipping addresses. I provided proof from my order info that both addresses were a match. They deliberately lied to have a reason to cancel my order. I believe its because the ammo went out of stock. Horrible business practice to blame the customer instead of owning up to the mistake. They since will not return calls or answer their phone and I have lost the promos that were originally offered. Stay away from Freedom Munitions and save yourself time and hassle. Steel City Ammo has much better service and reliability!

Ordered 500 rounds of 9mm reman 124 grain and 50 rounds of 124 +p jhp on friday 9/24. The package shipped monday 9/27 and was delivered Wednesday 9/30. Shoots great everything is just as expected.

Ordered 4 boxes of NEW 223 Rem 55 GR and they come in and they are all reloaded. They even came in the boxes that say NEW. Tried calling to talk to someone and no one picked up as expected. Be advised they do not SENT YOU WHAT YOU ORDER. They just send you what they have.

I originally loved the ammo but then was informed they had a data breech. I had my credit card fraudulently charged twice shortly after buying through here. I wish this place actually had serious online security. Yall checked my ID when purchasing ammo. Take the same care in protecting credit card information. Yes, you spent a lot of time sending out a professional notice of this breech...Too bad you didnt take the same care when you first got my credit card information. If youd been collecting SS numbers, you would have cost people their identities. UPDATE. I expressed my concerns to customer service in an email. I got a generic. Thank you for your understanding and concern. This company doesnt care about your personal information.

I ordered some 45, 556 and 308 from Frredom munitions a few weeks ago. It came in in about 3 days and I was happy with the quality of it! It was nicely packaged. I noticed it had a highly polished shine, although this may not affect functionality of it but as a reloader I appreciate that extra step. I havent gotten to shoot it yet but If it doesnt shoot well I will change my review.

I purchased reman .223 and it ran amazingly through my rifle! On top of that i ordered my ammo on a Wednesday night, and it got here Friday morning with regular shipping, especially during times like these when everyone is buying up ammo that’s awesome!!! I will definitely be ordering through them again, and soon!

Freedom Munitions was the only supplier able to deliver 223 Remington ammo as listed on their website,. They had a slight backorder, but shipped quickly from Idaho to Tennessee. And, their pricing was as good or better than most.

The price used to be pretty cheap (worse now) but thats what you pay for cheap ammo its ran just fine through my guns and I havent had any hiccups yet, but the company isint very ethical. Ive ordered NEW Marked ammo just to get a box of Obviously reloaded brass even though the label says NEW. They also Dont post Any reviews unless its five stars and The customer support sucks too, but besides the shady business ethics the ammo works just Fine and I have recived everything Ive ordered before.

I ordered 500 rounds of m855 556 reman ammo and received it within 2 weeks of ordering. Really fair prices and updates thru emails were reliable. I will definitely be buying more!

Placed an order and upon receiving the wrong ammo, I submitted a return on their website. Since I heard nothing for 2 weeks I emailed them and the representative said they werent aware that returns could be started on their website. The representative proceeded to say they dont offer returns, and now I am stuck with $60 worth of useless ammo. This companys primary goal is to scam regular people out of their hard-earned money. Stay away.

I remain objective when writing reviews and try to leave emotions out of it. Quality of ammo is great for the price! Can’t beat it really, but the reviews of taking 3 weeks to get your order from date purchased to your front door is about 3 weeks.

Decent prices, however everything else was awful. I ordered two different ammunition items and I got an email a day later telling me there was a mistake and they dont have one of them in stock. Then it takes another 2 days to ship out a small order of 223 that was in stock, which seems extremely fast compared to other reviews. I was unable to cancel the order because it had just shipped the morning I called. I will never do business here again and I would caution others as well.

Ive had excellent service from Freedom. Its mostly what I shoot. They excel at 9mm and .380ACP, but Ive noticed them out of stock on other calibers from time to time or else just seasonally available.Ive only had one hard primer in thousands of rounds. Wish they didnt have an outlet in Houston so I could avoid paying Texas tax, but on an everyday basis they are the best brand for your money.

I dont get the bad reviews. I have been ordering from them for years. Great quality. Prompt friendly service. I couldnt ask for more.

Might be a wonderful place to find ammo if they ever actually sent it out after the purchase. Im on phone call number three in 3 weeks and my answer, it should be going out this week. Seems like I may have heard that before. Walmart it is.

The problem with online reviews, is that satisfied customers dont leave reviews often enough. Ive never had an issue with quality, shipping, anything. There have been a couple of times where Ive had lengthy shipping times. But theyve always been up front, explaining high demand products may take longer than expected.

Horrible service. You order and they do not even ship your order for 7-10 days! They SAY its in stock but I suspect the delay is they are compiling orders then running production to fulfill. Bad service but it pinches pennies at consumers expense. No other supplier has such horrible shipping practices. Ammo is good, but I dont like to support companies I feel are shady.

The prices are great, but this company is very unorganized and have a hard time communicating with their customer. They regularly respond to emails, but the responses are vague and do not address the question. They sell ammo that they do not have in stock and wont tell you when it will be ready to ship so it could be weeks, but who knows. They dont charge your card until it ships, but thats not the point. If you have to wait weeks to get ammo, then just say so. I can handle a well calculated ETA, but leaving it up in the air is not what a customer is looking for. Overall, probably wont be back, but if they implemented a little more customer service I would consider buying from them again.

6/18 Will update when someone on their end actually works a day in their life. I ordered ammo a week 6/12/ ago and luckily I wrote down the confirmation number because I never received confirmation from them (they keep sending sales emails though). So after a week of nothing I try calling and they only answer the phone 7am-12pm CST. I wait until the following Monday (today) and call them at 7AM and it still says their offices are closed and I leave a voicemail. I call back around 8AM their time and still closed. Finally around 11 I guess someone remembered to flip the switch and it says they are open, but keeps forwarding me to voicemail. on 6/20 someone picks up (no one ever called me back). All they say is sorry it has not shipped yet UPS hasnt come by. Lady said she would wave shipping fee but lets see if it ever leaves their office. 6/25 still has not shipped.

Horrible customer service. Very vague site. They dont allow returns or exchanges and Im upset because the wrong item was sent to me and Im stuck with it. Wont be ordering here again or recommending this place to anyone. My business will be elsewhere.

Almost 2 months and still havent received my ammo!

Just got done with their BlackFriday lies. Right from the supposed start of 9pm PST their site wouldnt work. Kept trying had items added to my cart numerous times just to have them disappear when the site tried to load the checkout process. Screwed with it for 3 hours at 12:00 it said sold out. This is shady business. I will never recommend this company again nor will I ever buy from them again. I would caution all who would entertain doing business with them.

I have been using Freedom Munitions ammo for about 4 years. I have never had Amy issues with their ammo. I have shot both the new and re manufactured rounds. I have used the following calibers: 9mm, 40 S&W, 45acp, 38 spl, 357, 44 mag, 45 Long Colt, 223/556, 300blkout and 308.As for shipping, when I first started using Freedom Munitions, I received the orders between 24 and 36 hours from placing the order. Around Christmas, and at other times when UPS was busy, the shipping times increased. Now it seems to take about a week after placing the order to receive the ammo. Going back through my records, the order numbers show that Freedom Munitions is fielding a lot more orders per day/week, which will have a big impact on when orders are processed and shipped. Additionally, Freedom Munitions is not located in a city where there is a major UPS shipping center, therefore, orders can be held up in the UPS shipping channels.As for Customer Service, I have never encountered poor service from Freedom Munitions. I did have a concern a year or so back when I ordered a 300black out upper receiver. After about 2 weeks of placing the order, I called to check status. The person I spoke with indicated that the order records showed the upper was out of stock. After confirming some information, she said she would speak with someone about the issue and get back to me. Within 2 hours she called me back. The following morning I had an email from someone else at FM. One week later, I received the upper which I had ordered.My question to those who have had bad customer service experiences with FM is; how did you interact with the service rep? Did you yell and scream, or did you treat the rep the way you would want to be treated.

False advertising...Black Friday deals were supposed to start at 9PST. Website would not work. I kept trying and slowly different portions worked for brief periods. Finally got the black friday deal added to the cart and tried to checkout and it kicked me off. It even asked me to set up an account or sign in at one point and then went back to the ad when I tried to proceed. Finally at midnight when I went back to my cart it kicked me out one last time before it came to life and said sold out. I will not recommend or shop with them again.
