I called to order some parts and one came in wrong. So they dropped shipped it to my house. They were nice and took time with us. Well go back for more parts when needed.

If I could leave a zero I would. I was told it would be about 10 days turn around. 27 days later I finally got to pick it up. Kyle had the nerve to argue and say he told me 2 weeks. I was ignored time and again and things were done that I didnt ask for nor was I even contacted about it. 2 grand later and having to call again instead of being contacted I finally got it back.

Love working with the guys at Supreme Powersports. They know their stuff and actually care about their customers. Even willing to stay late and answer questions.

The guys there are awesome. Took a avalanche backpack in and they filled it, routed the lines, showed me how to fold it and everything super nice guys!

What a awesome little store !! And amazing customer service !! We were down this way for a camping trip and our 4 wheeler broke down, we searched and supreme was the first place we went to ! They didn’t. Have the part we were looking for at this he time but I’m not mad about it cause they also have some pretty cute clothes in the back of the store. So glad we stopped in !!

I went to Jeremy for all my needs since I was in high school whether its sled belts oil plugs or whatever else I needed he has always been a good help when it came to that but I took my road bike to them this spring to have them do a front tire and fix the fuel leak I told them I could get the brakes and clutch figured out after the fuel leak and front tire were done they kept the bike for about 6 months they were trying to get ahold of me but I work out of town alot in the summer out of service i didnt get any of his voicemails but he got ahold of me 2 weeks ago to come get it I was told 200 for it I got down there and it was double little over 400 dollars and they didnt do one thing I asked said the liability of the bike couldnt leave with the fuel leak or front tire done til the brakes and clutch were done I was gonna have them do everything that was needed til he told me a 3000 dollar estimate so I told him the two things I wanted done and they never got done, the bike was down in there shop for 6 months and couldnt do the two things a customer asked to have done needless to say Ill be going through another company for any of my needs wish you guys the best

Although Ive seen good reviews for Jeremy and his staff, I cannot concur. I purchased aa 14 RMK which he had retrofitted with forged pistons for the previous owner, and after riding it once the engine lost compression. Upon closer examination the cylinder walls were scored. Supreme tried to tell me it was because dust has settled in the air box and then was ingested in the engine upon restarting after their work on it, which would be their fault if it were the case. They would not stand behind their installation of the pistons, and wanted 75% more money than every other Polaris mechanic I contacted to rebuild the top end. I took it to Guys Outdoors who did a great job for almost half the price. Lessons learned:1) Dont preventatively, or otherwise, replace stock aluminum pistons with forged; the cylinders are not made for these.2) Dont take any power sports to Supreme for work, they do not stand behind their work and gave a terrible recommendation to install something that ended up hurting the snowmobile, then tried to rip me off to fix what was at least in good part, their problem.

I recently broke my a arms, I then contacted Jeremy to order the new 36 ZbroZ kit for me for my sled and he had it overnighted for me and back on the snow the following day. Not many shops will go out of their way like he will for you.
