This guy is out of control everytime i order something its in faster than he says it will be hes gotten me a new windshield because of a factory issue free of charge and said he would pay out of pocket if thats what it took even opened the doors on a sunday so i could pick up my order to be ready for work on a monday lifetime customer

Business is great it is nice to know that u can walk in and get great customer service and a lot of times not even have to order the parts they will have them happy to support a local business also .

Disappointing customer service and unresponsive. I ordered a set of high clearance control arms for my RZR 800 3 weeks in advance of an off-road trip. After 2.5 weeks I get an email that states my order has been canceled due to a problem with the buyers address. My address on their order was exactly correct so I have no idea of what the problem was. I then tried to call them on their direct number and left a message--I never heard back. This is no way to run a business. My credit card company was successful in getting me a full refund but I had to reinstall my old control arms on my RZR to do my trip. Not cool and theres NO EXCUSE for not responding. Dave
