Checking out I was asked if I needed a .15 cent bag, really, you want me to pay for your advertising. A bag with your name on it should be free. Not cool. Hope you dont try to write off the advertising in your business expenses at tax time. Im a business owner and many of your client are also. This makes me concerned to what else your doing to provide products to the customer. This gets the 1 star for Shady place to shop.

Friendly staff, clean environment with floor markers to maintain Social Distancing while shopping. There were quite a few dyes out of stock but that may be due to ingredients shortages. Slightly irked that they want me to pay for a shopping bag when I had 4 items that fit in my hand, but otherwise it was an in and out experience, no hassle.This week I will be trying Ions Inspired by Nature dye and I hope that it holds up to regular Ion Permanent and HiColor dyes that Sallys carries, as my usual Firetruck Red is no longer carried by Sallys in store.

So I went into Sallys in search of a good more or less gentler lightener. The lady that helped me was fantastic!! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and kept a smile on her face while maintaining a good positive demeanor the whole time! I didnt catch her name but she was adorable! The next day I had to go back because I had forgotten a few things and I think her name was Mandy? She was awesome as well!! First she complimented my outfit thought my leggings were pretty cool. Lifting up her customers is awesome! Then she helped me and gave me a background of her experience with certain products! Also a plus in my book! Thank you both soo much!! My hair is bleached and still soft! Keep up the excellent work!

I am an instructor for teaching hair nails and all the above..i only shop here because prices are great all products are the same from the schools to salons other stores just take ur money....love u guys ..thank you ...

With our current pandemic I have had to do my own hair color touch ups and I always find what I need at Sallys. The staff always points me on the right direction, especially with finding the right toner and developer options.

They are very helpful when you have a question. I will be buying my hair dye from there again.

General manager at this location is so nice and helpful! As a former employee of the company she really came across as friendly and knowledgable. The staff beneath her should benefit a lot with her as their manager. I am extremely pleased with this location!

This Sallys had an HR problem where all their staff walked out and it was closed due to no staff for weeks, I about cried, I needed some stuff you can only get at Sallys, its the only shop still alive in this strip mall
