Ive had good experiences shopping here. Always knowledgeable and willing to help with anything Ive bought from them and tried ;) to hook up myself. The few times I couldnt figure it out myself, I was happy to pay them to connect it for me. I had a case of that last week and they helped me out of a jam. Will definitely go back.

Horrible customer service. Petty and belligerent at the front desk, no desire to have more work or take care of customers at the repair/install desk. I wont buy there in future. Good business is about being a good community member.

Positive Review for Steiner Electronics!! I went in with a blown out subwoofer and Scott (I believe was his name) was very helpful. He was able to get me set up with a new subwoofer and was knowledgeable on what could cause the issue that I was having. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are there for their customers! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a sound system for their car, or home!

Went there to buy a reciever. I guess theres a reciever shortage and they wouldnt sell me one. Then they said they would sell me one if i bought a set of speakers. Went to costco got the one i wanted 30 dollars cheaper. I totally understand i just didnt understand saying you didnt have any then you come back and say if i bought speakers too you would sell me one.

Andrew is great, meets internet pricing, has the knowledge. Hes not pushy like some sales people.His suggestion was spot on, I did upgrade a bit to superior unit. Install was timely and above my expectations. I will need to return...... another set of speakers is in the need now.In all this is a thousand fold over the other big box stores.

Very overpriced and the owner is extremely rude. does not take returns on anything and the customer service is terrible. take your money elsewhere or else it’ll be a waste.

Reading the reviews and going in into there business they are overpriced and the owner is rude. Save your money and drive to spokane I just had a remote start put in my wifes truck for $300 less at car toys for the exact model at steiners

Nice store with a good selection. Helpful staff that are always willing to talk to me, even if Im not buying anything that day. When I do buy, though, I feel that I get a good price, and good service. Theyre even willing to compare and match online prices (although they are usually already the same).

Recently went out looking for a surround system. Had one years ago that never really lived up to my expectations. Looked online and around town. Went into Steiners on the recommendation of a friend. Really glad I did. Its nice to go into someplace that knows what they are talking about and could help me pick out equipment that fit my modest budget. Even had them install the system. Scott was awesome. Good prices and the best service Ive had at any stereo store. And, by the way, the system really kicks. Way better than my old system and I spent a lot less this time. Go in and give them a shot, you wont be sorry.

If you want great service and excellent equipment for your home or business entertainment, Steiners is the place to go. Scott did a fantastic job installing our TVs and home entertainment package. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He also cleaned up after himself which is a great plus. Not something you can find these days.

I have purchased from Steiner’s for years. The level of experience that is available when making a purchasing decision is unparalleled in the area. The amazing thing is if you look at prices from any company able to help with installation or trouble shooting, they are usually the best.

I have purchased many things over the years from this store and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended them many times to family and friends who have also had good experiences. Their prices are reasonable, and Ive never felt like I over paid even when I compared their prices to online prices. I especially like that I can get help when I need it. Ive lived in bigger cities, and there are not too many of these types of good small stores around anymore, so Im glad theyre here.

Great local business. Kind of expensive to get work done there but they do great work and quality electronics in general are just expensive. You get what you pay for and they do a great job. It is definitely worth the money.

Great staff and a variety of every thing

They seemed nice, however, I had cameras installed in my vehicle. It wasnt even set to the correct date and time on the security system. I was told to come back if I had any problems. I came back because the front camera was turning off without me telling it to. When I went back to Steiners I spoke with an older guy that was there. Instead of figuring out what was going on, he felt the best move would be to blame it on me which didnt help matters. He was pushing multiple buttons on the screen and didnt seem to know much of what he was doing. I had to reset them back to appropriate settings. Very frustrating! I am just going to order from amazon and install myself the next time around. Save myself money and peace of mind.

The store is okay, but their noisy ads make me want to say that I never want to support a company with such belligerent advertising. I hope the Google ad blocking campaign works well.

Their technical work was fine. However, the customer service of the woman who answer the phone left quite a bit to be desired.

Went in to buy a car stereo because mine didnt work with my phone. I have only ever had radios that came with the car, so I was a little worried I would be overwhelmed when I went in. The salesman was quite helpful is explaining the many options and recommending what would work best for my car. The price he quoted was reasonable and I appreciated the good service so I scheduled a time to take my car in. They said their shop was quite busy (which is a good thing to hear, because busy must mean they do good work) so they scheduled an appoint for about 10 days out. I went in on Friday to have the stereo installed, they did good work, and setup my cell with the bluetooth before i left. They even called me when my car was ready. Plenty of places say theyll call but never do. Overall good experience.

I do not think their customer service is what I would call good. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in there. Among other things they really push you into buying the very best and most expensive stereo cables saying they make all the difference. Well I purchased them. Over $500 just in cables alone, not including speaker wire. They all had lifetime warranties which was huge purchasing factor. When the ends on my $150 hdmi cable went bad the first time they kind of fixed them saying they have been having this problem with these cables and their fix should take care of it. Then later when the cable no longer worked at all they said they dont carry that brand anymore and that I could try and get ahold of the company that was not located on this continent. But they personally could not help me. I have not shopped there in years. I would not recommend them either. Costco offers a lifetime Warranty on most everything. Not as long on electronics. So I shop there now, they are amazing to deal with.

Bought a $1000 sound system for my car and made the mistake of having them install it. I think it only played a half a song then quit. Thx guys! Now I have to plan for a 2 hour trip back down there just so you guys can make it right!

Cannot say Ive ever been treated worse in any store anywhere. Their prices are too high, their service sucks and they dont make good on their mistakes. Long story short, they sold me the wrong interface parts for my vehicle. I wasted 2 hours on a Sunday to learn this. They would only return for in store credit (wasted $50 there). I found the actual part (better quality than the crap Steiners sells)online for $18. During the return process I was treated like absolute crap. Like I was a burden on them? Hope they enjoyed their Sunday off while I was burdened with their mistake. Dont waste your time, go anywhere else, it cant be worse than this place.

I decided to replace every speaker in my car and went to Steiners against some peoples advice. I was there for over an hour and it came down to someone whos name tag said 15 years of service, telling me it was too much work to do that. I owned a very tricky car to replace the components. Needless to say the next place down the road was more than happy to provide service and get my business. Surprised that they would turn down a large order. Leaves me to assume they have too much business and dont need any. Dont waste your time.

Quiet place they like to follow you around even if youve said you dont need help.

Just called down there to talk to someone about putting a cd player in my new car. The lady that answered the phone didnt seem to know anything about it and would not transfer me to anyone else. Instead she would only say that I had come down there to talk to someone about it because it was so complicated. All I wanted was to get an estimate for installing a blue tooth compatible deck into my car. I had all of the information about it at hand that anyone might need. Instead of admitting that she didnt know and transfering me to someone who did she hung up on me. Really terrible customer service. She could have just said they were too busy to take my call right now and Id have understood. Instead they lost this customer for good.

Condescending sales personnel who only want to up-sell parts and service. A 1980s business model that no longer works in the 21st century. You would be wise to shop elsewhere, anywhere but here really.
