Very friendly staff here ready to help you with whatever you might need. The dealership is clean and well organized, so it’s easy to find motor clothes or service dept. Compared to other Harley Davidson dealers this one is a little on the small side, however it is well worth your time to stop and grab a shirt and hang out!

They were super helpful. The entire staff plays a role in the process and ensures that you know your new bike. I would do business with them again!

The service department is fantastic!The service guy took a lot of time trying to help me find the appropriate tire for mu bike. Taking time to educate me on different tread patterns and rubber compounds.Ultimately they were unable to get exactly what was needed, but then they suggested several locations that may be able to help.I will forever recommend their service department as o e of the very best!Thank you Hells canyon Harley Davidson. Picked up a decal and ordered some Hells Canyon chips. Saw my first electric Harley. Very interesting. Still wouldnt buy one based on the 150 mile ride before recharging.

We were in there on a Saturday 3/6/2021 standing at the parts counter waiting to be waited on. Our usual parts person was gone for the day Eric Forest. (Eric has been great to deal with our parts for our CVO) So we tried talking to a different parts person. This guy didn’t care that we had been talking to Eric. He just kept telling us there were no opening anytime soon. We explained we lived 100 miles away and that our parts were in and paid for. We also said, we were not in a hurry. Finally he decided we could unload our bike. Next the service guy came out and was very helpful unloading and getting the bike signed in. He was great to work with Thank you. Tuesday my husband called to complain to the manager about our treatment on Saturday from the parts counter. She made him feel like it was just us. So long story short,, we decided to remove our CVO, parts and all.

So I’ve purchased three Harley’s from this place and have always been pleased. But today I’m not so happy. I have a 2017 Harley trike paid $44,000 for it by the time contract was signed. I purchased the extended warranty and Pre-paid maintenance which cost over $3000. Last few years have had back surgery so have been able to ride much. Just found out the 3 year extended warranty ran side by side with the two year factory warranty. What the hell. Why would I need an extended warranty to run with the factory warranty extended means beyond. Then because I was unable to ride it and put miles on it my Pre-paid expired to WOW over $3000 gone like that. REALLY FEEL LIED TO, I EXPECTED MORE YOU GUYS!!!!

Long story short, 60$ for no name tire wasnt an issue. 220$ to mount it was. Ask price of mounting tire before assuming it is less than 30$ like most shops.

I needed a front tire. 130/80B17 on my ultra. These people charge me $251.95 for the tire and then $84 to put it on the bike. It is a $ 155 dollar tire and an hour labor to put it on. Do not stop here for your service

I just purchased a new 2015 Dyna Wide Glide from these folks and wanted to say it was the most positive and fun experience Ive ever had purchasing any vehicle. During the sales process I was given a tour of the store and was introduced to many of the people who work there including parts, service, and retail. My sales person, the business manager, and everyone else I met was friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. These are genuinely friendly people who like to talk motorcycles and clearly care about their customers and customer service. It is rare in my experience to find a dealership like this. What a great group of people.

The service manager Jack was awsome he fixed a recall on the ABS Brake system that I know nothing about, a Loose grip and fixed the fuel leak I brought it in for in just an hour plus washed the bike. Quite an outstanding Harley-Davidson dealership. I have had nothing but good experiences with them since I purchase my 2017 Road Glide two years ago. I recently had an issue with my bike that was luckily covered under warranty and they were able to straighten it out within an hour. I highly recommend talking to Andy for all of your HD parts needs. Will definitely return to them in the furure.

I like HCH-D because its a small enough dealership where one can get well-acquainted with all the staff. Moreover, I have full faith and confidence in their service department...under Jack Murphys leadership and lead technician Darrells years of technical experience, expertise & knowledge. Everyone is friendly and treats customers with dignity and respect--even the owly ones. They do their very best to help get travelers back on the road again when breakdowns occur. Eric Forest, parts manager, provides excellent, efficient service. New store GM Diane is out on the floor greeting customers personally, when shes not too wrapped up in company management. Go to HCH-D and youll see what I mean.

While out on the road during our vacation we needed work done on the Harley. They just happened to have the part in stock. They got the bike in late in the afternoon and we picked it up first thing in the morning. (Just so happened we were staying at the hotel across the road from them) They have a great group of employees there!

Best, honest, and most helpful Harley Dealership Ive ever been to. I drove 6 hours just to go to this one as my local Harley dealer try screwing me over twice. They didnt try to sell me on all the accessories and upgrades I couldnt afford. I am even willing to by parts from them and pay the shipping rather than ordering from the local High Desert Harley.

The Manager Had My Family And I come In take pictures of me with my dads ashes on his favorite hog then let me pick out a free Harley tee-shirt and a collector poker chip and sent me the pictures as well.

Round 1:My problem is with the service center. I had an issue with my bike, made an appointment two days in advance and ended up sitting in the store for over 7 hours without the main problem being resolved. Oil leak was fixed, which was significant.Round 2:Appointment made two weeks in advance. After sitting for one and a half hours I was brought to the back to speak with the mechanic. He asked me if I was aware of a specific problem....the main reason I was there, which was made known upon making the appointment and again when arriving...5hrs later, bike is running great. So the work is solid, but make sure you set the entire day aside.

Ok, heres the situation. At the Hells Canyon Motorcycle Rally (epic btw) and needed new highway pegs for the Harley. Stopped in to their remote showroom in Baker City, no luck. HOWEVER, they brought them in from the main dealership for me! WAY above and beyond. Thank You All at HCHD!!!!!
