Went in here last night to to get a few vape items. Always a fun stop. As a last minute want I asked about an RDA so I could take the next step in my little journey. Jag was available when I asked about the item. We chatted about it and the best way to use it. Turns out my device was an option but not the best choice. I wasn’t in the market for a new device so l decided to take my chances with my gear and to the till I went. As I’m checking out Jag hooked me up with a deal so good on a new device no one would say no! I’m here to tell you. Give em a chance. You won’t regret it. Owner and his family are AMAZING. When i moved to Lewiston about a year ago I stopped by to get vape juice, never felt more welcomed anywhere before. Guy calls almost everyone by name, gives you his full attention, and does not try to upsell you on bs. Go in there, tell him what kinda juice you like, (at least for me) he will give very sound recommendations, and i am picky with e-juices. Candy and drink selection is on point too shelves are always stocked and neatly put away.

I came in late one night and they accidentally gave me incorrect change. I went in the following day (not thinking of it) and the guy was forward and honest about the mistake which i had forgotten about(it was 5 bucks didnt matter to me) and insisted he give me a discount to make up for the mistake. Awesome service and honesty to the customers!

I went in there to buy a vape pen a couple months ago, they were very knowledgeable on what to start me out with since I was a newbie. I really enjoy their prices on their juices as well. Their always willing to answer questions, even over the phone. When I have an issue with a product they are always willing to switch it out for me (bought the wrong batteries once.) and the batteries that I needed were more expensive and they didn’t even do a differential cost. I have never met a group of more professional people in my entire life. They genuinely care about their customers and the satisfaction of them. I also like the fact that it’s a convenient store because I am always able to grab my favorite snacks which they started ordering in because I suggested it. They also sell Jewel pods there which my sister told me to add in to this because there one of two places in the valley that have them but they were the first to get them in and the prices they have them at is a really good deal. Honestly I could probably go on all day about how amazing this store is. 😊 I am definitely a customer for life.
