Great selection for the valley, unfortunately the lack of customer service means I wont be back.

We had our guns shipped from out of state. My husband called to get the FFL information and was never told any information on how our guns needed to be sent, what needed to be sent with them, etc. UPS requires you to have locks on all gun cases to ship them and Weaponsmart did not make it aware that they needed to log our guns within 24 hours of receiving them and would need the keys to the cases to do so. We got a call from them on our 4 day trip back to our home state (where we shipped them) from a lady that worked there. We told her we would be back in 4 days and she said it was an issue that they couldn’t get into the cases because we had the keys. My husband told her to return them to sender then if it’s such a big deal (the UPS lady told him to put an address where we’re moving to as the return to sender address so it didn’t get sent back to the other state we were moving from since we have no one there to claim them if they got sent back). She then told him it should be fine once she heard how many guns we had and how much they would be getting paid for our services. The next day my husband received an email from who I’m assuming is the owner explaining they had to cut the locks off of our cases to log the guns. Which that’s all fine and dandy but they could have at least asked us. In the same email he mentioned the store would be closed for a week with no explanation and we just had to let our guns sit there. When my husband went in to pick them up some crabby lady brought up the fact that what we did was “illegal” lmao. But it’s interesting that if it was so “illegal” they still opened the cases anyway instead of returning them to sender like we originally told her. All around poor customer service and poor communication.

Plenty of selection, also has a variety of weapoms from low end to high end stuff so price friendly for anyone in the market. Knowledgeable staff aswell. Recommend.

I dont know who it was. Had my wife take a gun in a few hours ago. Gun wouldnt funtion properly. My first AR platform. Gun was dusty. He wanted to talk with me. This Supposed to be professional went nuts on me over the phone you name it insinuations. Ive only lately decided to hold another weapon given i vowed i never would. Im 64 i did it once.

You will find something online and it will say in stock. But then they will tell you its not when u call them up. I only gave them two stars because they seem nice enough. Just need to deal with customers alot faster and keep up to date on there stock. Gave my business to others in town because of this. So unfortunately cannot recommend at this time.

Jay is probably the most helpful guy in the valley when it comes to guns. For a busy business owner he will take the time to properly inform anyone with any questions they have. Weponsmart is my go to for any firearm needs.

You will pay a little more for the same item found online, however, the folks at Weapon Smart seem to know every product they sell inside and out. They also can tell you how the products they carry will work on a given firearm platform. Buying local instead of going online never made more sense with Weapon Smart. Looking forward to using their gunsmithing services in the near future for milling of a G17.3 for a RDS.

Stopped here while I was in town visiting family. They have all the good stuff in stock. I had a hard time finding magazines for my FN Scar 17. Well he had plenty of magazines in stock and I took 4 of them. I would recommend this place if you are looking to customize, my dad has gotten a bunch of stuff here over the last couple years. Was looking for a Vortex Venom red dot. Currently backordered from Vortex at all big box stores. After searching for anyone that had one, three pages down on a google search I stumbled upon weaponsmart.com. They listed one in stock and I called. Yes they had it. Yes they would ship. And by the way its less than any big box advertised price. 1 hour later I was notified shipping label had been created. 2 days later I have it mounted and zeroed. Their in Lewiston Idaho, Im in Vista CA. Shipping was USPS.Can I give them 10 Stars? They are now bookmarked in my browser and my first stop for all my firearms needs if my local dealers dont have it.

This is the best shop that I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot in many different states. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to work with you. They have an impressive selection of anything you could want. and if they dont have it in stock, they will find it and order it for you.

Absolute worst gun buying experience Ive ever had. They tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale. Terrible customer service, bad language and just not a nice place. I tried to spend my money local but it wont be with these guys and honestly I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. If zero was a star thats what you would get.

This was an unexpected and most enjoyable stop! If you have any interest in some of the best firearms available there is no doubt you must make Weaponsmart a priority visit. Intelligent, knowledgeable and professional are just a few words to sum up my interaction there. I will make it a point to shop with them in the future after this visit.

Found this place while looking for a gunsmith. Didnt find exactly what I was looking for, but ended up spending @ 2,000 dollars for bang sticks. Really nice store, nice knowledgable people.😀

Liked the interaction with the company but due to the extreme wait times of the holy roller upper Ive given up and have moved onto a new build. Do not expect them to come back in stock.
