I can into the store not knowing what I need for my son. Doctor gave him a special nutritional instructions, I was lost. Not knowing what would be the healthiest for my son to consume, I turn to a professional. I walked into the Lewiston, ID GNC feeling a little uncomfortable. Immediately I was greeted by a man, Billy is his name, that was so joyful and calming. I think he could see I was very unsure of myself. I explained my sons situation to him. He was so helpful knowing what my son needed and the healthiest options. At the end Billy printed out instructions and went over them with me before I left. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I bought some peaches and cream Lean Shake online. When I tried it I found I did not like it. I called to see if since you are my local store you might exchange it for strawberry. I was not asking for money back. When I spoke to Billy he was rude and he asked why I bought it online? I told him that all the stores were closed. He told me his never closed. That is bologna. Anyways he said he would exchange it but was not happy about and it was a onetime thing. I told him thank you and that my husband would be coming by since I am an asthmatic and don’t want to go out anymore than I have to.My husband went today and they told him no they will not return it and/or exchange it. I have always been a person who would like to spend my money locally and have spent thousands of dollars at their store previously but with the service I received on the phone and my husband received today, I will shop online from now on.Sarah Story

Every time I go into GNC the staff are very professional and informative. I had questions regarding a protein powder and incorporating it into a recipe I saw. The gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about and recommended an Ice Cream flavor powder. (YUM!) He was also nice enough to print a ‘how to’ and benefits of using this particular protein powder. If I had any questions he welcomed me back. He encouraged me to continue reading and researching protein powders as an inclusion to recipes. I was also steered towards the peanut butters (OMG) which was in the recipe I planned to make. Toffee peanut butter! What sort of wizardry is this! In case anyone is curious they make amazing waffles!

Worst customer service ever. called to ask questions as a rep. for a local business. Was told Im to bizzy an I have other customers. Just because I introduced myself as a professional doesnt mean I need to be treated any less then a customer interested in a product. Just rude... An this is not the first time. And seeing the rates I can see Im not alone.. this place needs to go!!!!
