Needed a new hose last minute. Went in and had one made... 32” 5/8 hydraulic hose with two straight BSPP 5/8 fittings.... pennies shy of 170 dollars!!!! I was in a hurry and needed the hose so fine I paid it. Less then a month later the hose ruptured right behind the crimp about an inch away. Called and told them and was told they can send it in to be inspected and “IF they determine it was a material defect” they would replace the hose. Estimated time 4-5 weeks. Or if I buy a new one again for 170 ish dollars they will refund me the cost. What if they determine it’s not a material defect ? Or they just don’t wanna refund me?Over paid for the hose, hose ruptures in less then a month, and they jerk me around to get it replaced again. Yah I won’t be a customer there anymore for sure.
