I visited here to pick up some Canna nutrients and was treated like a friend. Information and guidance was offered and the young lady was patient with my price checking and budget minded purchase.Even got a sweet reusable bag to carry out my selections.Im usually visiting a different location thats more directly on my daily route, but Im very grateful that they have several stores with various options throughout Maine.

I was really disappointed when I purchased a 600$ LED, nutrients, and a pack of seeds. I did 2 grows my first time with those seeds. Only one ended up being female.... The guy on the phone was snarky to me, and didnt sound like he cared. Thanks for helping wont give them another cent.

They carry a lot of stuff. The reason for a 3 isnt the staff or the selection, but the prices. Some things as much as 100% more than other grow shops. Makes the 20% discount seem silly.

I asked a question about an item and the employee that answered was sarcastic and totally unprofessional. He was no help. Not one employee was wearing a mask. I was the only person in the store wearing one. The older guy at the register was even worse, it was like he was angry that I asked him a question as well. I wont be going back. Im just going to buy online where its much cheaper.

I see some hate on the reviews for this Store. This store seemed like a privately own location. For being a smaller businesses in a large building this place has me digging in the dirt this spring. Organic soil and a lot more. If you are sick of the big guy and want to help the little guy try this location.

Pros. Good people. Answered all my questions even my stupid ones. Seemed very knowledgable. Gave me some free trial stuff that they really didnt have to do. Didnt have something I was looking for and they offered to go above and beyond to get it to and for me. Cons.. very empty seeming place. The sales force needs to get a little more into the selling.More or less though Im going to continue to be a repeat customer. Its out of my way but worth it.
