The doctor submitted the prescription wrong and Norco wont call to tell them they submitted it wrong. My husband called about it because he didnt here anything from either one and he found out he had a perception for a month and it expired. Norco refuses to call the doctor or the patient to tell them they submitted the paper work wrong.

I need a walk-a-bout after fracturing my ankle and having surgery. On Thursday I was told they would have it by the end of the day. On Friday when I called the woman I spoke to said she would work on it and try to get it pushed through and would call me later to let me know. I never received a phone call. Now Im waiting for Monday. ☹️ I got ankle surgery under workmans compensation, but I cant get a simple piece of equipment.

These people are great!! We had to get some unexpected equipment for a job and they were helpful and even sold us some things in bulk to save money!! We will definitely go through this company again.
