We had a Kirby vacuum that we had had for 20 years. Never had it serviced. To say the least it started breaking down and not picking up much. We took it in to Macs Vac and he fixed it up like it’s brand new again! It runs and feels like a brand new Kirby! EXCELLENT customer service and a fair price!

Awesome knowledge of what hes selling. We walked up as he was closing the doors he welcomed us in and had no hesitation to help us decide on what to buy. We took our Rumba Robot into Macs Vacs for repairs. We lucked out because they just started carrying the line. Otherwise we would have had to send it out for repairs. Its nice to have a complete parts and service store locally. Dennis was fantastic on getting it repaired and back to us so fast.
