LOVE going to Bull Moose! Always find what Im looking for plus a few bonuses. Staff is outgoing and friendly, always ensures clean disks.

First, the good. Their selection is decent and their workers are friendly. Now the bad. Their workers at this location are not that organized or competent. When I placed an order a week ago, I asked that that item come from a specific store out of the places that had that item in stock (due to the better condition Ive seen at that particular store). That wasnt the one that came in. That could have been a system error that does it on its own. I can accept that. Then, I traded in some stuff from a band that I no longer enjoy due to them being involved with the DC attack. I asked the manager if there was still a very low buy rate/trade in rate from it due to sony temporarily removing them from shelves. I was told that there was no lower buy back rate. However, there was. I can live without the lack of information to communicate that fact. What I cannot and do not accept is that despite the fact that Bullmoose wants to discourage the selling of that bands titles by not offering much trade in value (literally cents or a few dollars per cd/vinyl) they are perfectly willing to resell them for their standard value. In short, they can still profit off of the band, but you cant. This is by far worse than any gamestop trade Ive ever had. Just stick to selling online guys. Theyve started to sell games and pops at collectors value as well. So much for being proud to be a local store. Theyll likely become a corporate chain before long. Ive uploaded the photos of what I got vs what they are selling for.

I have always enjoyed the Bull Moose at the Lewiston Mall location and the work that they have done to expand the store is incredible. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere that has something for everyone.

I found most of what I was looking for and checked out easily.

Cool books and other media that you probably wouldnt find anywhere else because you didnt know you were looking for it.

The newly remodeled Bull Moose has become one of my favorite local businesses! They have literally everything within their line of options; movies, music, posters, video games, funny toys, and so many BOOKS!! Selection is unbeatable and prices are awesome too. (An entire rack of what must be at least 300 DVDs, each only $1!) My husband and I love going adventuring there because we never know what form of entertainment we will go home with.

I Love ... The Moose Because every time I go in there, I am treated very politely and friendly! I have been greeted with each occasion that I have visited The Moose with a friendly smile and the person who Is with me always offers To help me with anything I need! And when I check out, My DVDs are always cleaned to make sure they play very well, and they check to see how many credits I have in case I wish to apply that to the cost. ! Even though Im sure they are tired. Sometimes, I have never been treated with anything but very personal care with a friendly attitude and professional courtesy! Every employee is the same way, and they are always ready to help you even though they may be busy with something else. The Moose is a great place to get any movie, at the best price available anywhere. I have stopped in there after work and picked up a couple of movies simply because I knew I would be treated with the utmost personal and friendly care and needed someone to be kind to me. For a few moments, truthfully, after a very hard day at school.

Love the smell of this store, smells like incense. Been going here since I was a kid. This is my go-to place when I want to buy a game, movie, CD, etc. Why pay full price when you can get it used from Bull Moose? They also have unique novelty items that are always worth a peek!

More than just a music/movie store. its an experience into images, sounds and retro toys and video games and comics too. Great staff, so very helpful. If by chance they dont have want you want they can order it. This place is huge, doesnt look like it is on the outside, but it is. Great selections. Definitely worth the stop!

The new location is huge and awesome. Much space to move around. They were very helpful when I went in for guitar picks, friendly and knowledgeable for sure. Will come back for all music/instrument needs.

Good vibe most the staffs really nice but one lady working there, bit heavy set and pretty tall, she was just giving everyone a death glare maybe she just has RBF plus she seemed to be following me around the store every aisle I went down she seemed to have something to put away in that aisle maybe she didnt trust me because Im not white and I heard from my some of my friends that this is an issue here but who knows

The only store to get new or used movies and music. Lewistons new and improved store is great and carries a varied of books along with the other media. Always very good service.

Keeps having great influxes of nineties toys and this staff in particular seems dedicated to displacing gatekeepers and inclusivity.

Very clean store. Friendly staff willing to help but not pushy. I love the variety of things they have here. Books, movies, video games, even incense. But my favorite is the hard to find board games like Pandemic and Carcassonne (I highly recommend both). This store is definitely worth a frequent browsing.

Nice place, never really that busy and has a great variety of things to look at. When I went to check out, there wasn’t a cashier up front so I waited around ten minutes before just leaving without buying what I wanted.

They rip you off and give you $3 store credit for a tall stack of cds

Decent selection. Mostly kind staff. Fair prices. I like their 99 cent movie section for sure. They have a variety of items. CD, books, last minute gifts, video games, pokemon cards ect ect.

Wow, 1st time in the new expanded store. Nicely done, clean wide open, very nice compared to the other store.

We were given entry to store by one employee and one ran off to go tell on the other. The lil manager came and literally told us we couldnt come in. Governor states that if you cant wear a mask you have to social distance. They didnt allow either. Shame on Bull Moose for discrimination.
