We have never had problem with anyone or the service with this store. Always quick and friendly. Great service.
Not a fan of this store, went in yesterday to drop off a package and the girl tells me she can’t scan in my ticket on my phone. I have done this before and it is aloud. I left and had to go to work wasting my time to drive there for nothing to get told I have to print out my ticket. My fiancé dropped it off last night and he said a couple people in line we’re getting there tickets scanned no issues. The girl at the desk obviously just didn’t want to take the time to scan my ticket ;(
This place is awful. If you know of another UPS drop off store in lewiston please let me know. 4 or 5 people behind the counter and noone greets you or seems to acknowledge that you are standing there. I feel terrible for anyone coming to this store. The staff is always rude, barks orders at the customer, and are VERY UNHELPFUL. I have literally NEVER had a good experience here. Are they exempt from getting fired? I assume the manager is just as rude as the staff are most certainly modeled after someone. I do not want to go to this store EVER and I usually ask my husband to go. They are by far the most dismissive, and rude staff that I have ever dealt with.
I was told to wait outside until the store opened, it was 7:29am, the store opens at 7:30am.
The little girl that worked the counter this last Friday evening needs to take a class on customer service. Unwelcoming and rude as hell. If you dont like a job.. leave!
We always get in fast. Theyre very efficient. And the product gets to my person on time or ahead of time.
I stopped going there a few months ago. I dreaded going in there so much each time, due to the rude staff. Extra time to go to Clarkston but worth it!
Honestly I just needed a notary service and it was listed on their site. Friendly staff, but no notary service.
Rude customer service and wanted to charge extra per box of prepaid post. Never going back here.
The girl that helped me was extremely rude, I agree with another persons sediment, you would think they don’t like their jobs! She took my item out of the box I had it and proceeds to tell me she doesn’t need the box, oh and they don’t recycle so I have to take the box with me! What does recycling have do with anything!
Some of the most friendly and helpful around. I have other UPS store mailboxes and have consistently found caring, honest, and staff that goes out of their way to assist me! This store is awesome!

I pay more to skip the USPS lines and run in here instead. The service is great and I really appreciate that they are focused on getting my needs met and allowing me to get on with my day. Thanks for the service ladies!

Using this store was a horrible experience! I went to them thinking they would be more personable and user friendly for holiday shipping then the post office – I was wrong. Not only did they take twice as long to process my order while I was in the store but they charged twice as much, at the time I rationalized this by telling myself the packages would get there in the time they promised and I was going to be receiving a reliable service. I was wrong again, I sent two packages to the same address one made and the other did not. On the day this package was promised to be delivered I received a call from UPS stating the information was entered incorrectly and verified the address, I was promised the package would be delivered the next day and I would be notified if there were any further problems. It was not delivered, I was called the following week by this store stating the package was returned. I was offered no apologies for this or explanation why the other package made it without issue. When I clarified the information they needed I was told I would have to repay for the shipping – this is RIDICULOUS, why should the customer have to pay twice when the service promised was not delivered in the first place. When I questioned this all they kept reiterating was they were privately owned and not part of the UPS franchise, thus it was not their problem. Needless to say, I will never be using their services again and I recommend you do not either!
Rude, unfriendly staff. Cant even say hello or thank you for the business. Postal and Copy in Clarkston is so much better to deal with.
The store did not look like the photos online but damn did that lady mail my package in less than 3s.

Poor service, and rude ladies at the counter. I walked in and I automatically felt like I was interrupting a gab fest between friends. Felt like they wanted me gone and unwelcome.

Not bad, This branch is not the best out there. They do however get the job done.
The staff is very rude and they act like they dont like their job. I dont think I saw one smile on their face the whole time I was there. Customer service should be their number one priority and it is not.
