Very nice and helpful staff. Sure every now and then you probably need something at the big blue or orange place, but usually a trip to the ACE hardware store will be quicker and easier.

I am so disappointed in this store. I live here in Lewisville and have arrived at 5:45 am numerous times to be there when the door opens at 6:00am. Each time, however, THEY HAVE NEVER OPENED AT 6:00 AM. I work all over dfw and I lose so much time just waiting for them to open the doors. Their hours are very inconvenient only open Monday thru Friday 6-6. In a contractors world our time is money and they could care less about that. Today the man walks in with his nice corvette like nothing at 6:10 with McDonalds in his hand its ridiculous. Yes it was only 10 minutes today but I have waited longer and this happens every time

Best tool selection around. Cheap prices and quality name brand tools. Helpful staff. Nice selection of tool belts. They have alot of hard to find tools also.
