I had an old AC system replaced by Northside, furnace, coil and condenser, who did outstanding work. Not only were they incredibly thorough and professional from the very first assessment with Chuck, which included a proper heat load calculation, but they made improvement suggestions, planned to reorient my equipment in the attic and were extremely competitive on price. The installation crew was friendly, professional, communicative and blew me away with their creative install that passed inspection 2 days later. I took bids from 4 local companies, 2 took no heat loads so were disqualified immediately and the other sized properly but wasnt competitive on price. I wont hesitate to use or recommend Northside in the future. This is my AC company! 5 stars!

We needed our AC looked at and finally bit the bullet to call. They had someone out there within a couple hours! The guy was Extremely nice, professional and helpful. He fixed the problem and had everything cleaned up within an hour and a half! They gave me a heads up call so I could put my dogs up which I really liked! The office people were very sweet as well! Highly recommend calling them for any problems you have with your unit. Definitely using them again if we have any problems in the future!

My elderly parents’ AC went out. Found Northside via Google search. Called & left a message. Tim called me back within 10 minutes. I explained their situation and he was at their house within 45min. Tim came out and did a repair on our AC on the same day that it went out. In less than 2 hours, our system was back up and running and we were comfortable in our home again. Northside installed our AccuClean AC unit in 2016 and they have done a wonderful job with keeping it running well. I recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance. Their prices are fair and they are professional and courteous.

Had tech come out for consultation about room being hotter than house, no issues with unit. Charged us $230 just to close vents throughout the house with no technical suggestion. 2 days later. Our blower blades came apart and locked up the motor. Needless to say, we went without AC (no response to their 24hr hot line) due to this negligence and now need to fix something caused by the extra pressure.Do not recommend this company. Spend your money else where.

Service was performed by Sam Hoffman, Sam was very professional got right to work let me know what he was going to be doing .he serviced both the units in my house identified an issue with the return Plenum that I need to address . Sam checked both of my Units and afterwards we sat down and went over everything that he did and what he found. Sam made sure I understood what he would suggest I consider repairing and all the different ways that I could do this. Sam was very straight forward and very honest when we discussed all the options and I felt very comfortable with his professional “down to earth” no pressure demeanor. My units are pretty old and I plan on letting Northside replace this older unit after Sam & I went over the Pros & Cons of such a decision!!With Service employees like Sam I will always call Northside to be my A/C units Service company!

AC is not getting cold enough and I called north side. Josh (technician) came out and checked the unit. He is very professional and know what he was doing and found that unit was low on Freon. Performed a leak test on an oily part of the insulation but it was good. After topping off the Freon he found it was the loose valve and tightened it. The ac is running cold now. Thank you Josh and Northside.

Al was super fast to come to our rescue today! Somehow, our thermostat was locked and it just said permanently holding so even though it was set to 68 the temp in the house was 75. I just had surgery Monday so all the meds Im on and what my body I going through has me overheating. I wanted to cry.i was so frustrated, but AL saved the day. He knew this thermostat like the back of his hand and fixed it faster than I could say please and thank you! He was understanding, thoughtful, and even took some extra time to explain a couple other settings by answering my bazillion questions.We love this company and they always come through with amazing service, but if you have a chance to, ask for AL!
