No Star! I bought furniture from them and it was infested with BED BUGS! Starting fresh in my new apartment and the first piece of furniture I bought was from them was infested and they tried to say it was me. I went to see them the next day to inform them to come pick up the couch and he said ok and picked up a big sprayer to treat bed bugs. If they have that on hand then of course they have a BED BUG PROBLEM. THEY HAVE YET TRIED TO REFUND ME
Never will I ever recommend this place....... Used furniture with holes. The manager and whoever the guy Brian is are good ppl but the company overall suck! DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP FOR THIS FOOLISHNESS!
Do not I mean do not buy ANYTHING from this place. My partner bought a couch from them and they took 2 hrs to deliver. One person brought the couch over on 1/6/21 and that night she was bit from bed bugs. KEEP IN MOND SHE JUST MOVED IN THE DAY OF!!! Very nasty place very unprofessional, if nothing is done we call the BBB and have an health inspector come and trust me you don’t won’t the problems I have in store.
I do not recommend this place!!! They draft your account without your permission they hound you for payments the day before due date and then the day of!!! They call you before the place is open who does that!!! Bro you guys ain’t open yet why are you calling me for the payment the day it’s due!!! I know when the payment is due
The worst customer service experience Ive ever had...
At first when you rent with them they make it seem like everything is OK the process is super easy but whenever you want to return something they take forever to come pick it up they don’t want you to deliver it at the store they want to come pick it up themselves and they still charge you after they say they come pick it up. They double charged you they put your card on automatic payments when you don’t ask them to and when you continuously tell them to please take it off they still don’t take it off they offer you a refund they never give you a refund they just say that Just so you can be pleased with the service and they can hurry up and give you off the phone. After I pay my bed off I’m never renting with them again . Every time I call up there it’s a new person who works there anyways so obviously somebody isn’t doing their job right.
Very skeptical initially doing rent to own not going to lie, but the quality customer service here I was givin was unmatched by any furniture store I’ve visited in my lifetime. Crystal by far exceeded my needs insuring that this new experience for me doing rent to own was one I won’t forget. In a good way. Domingo was extremely helpful as well making sure I was delivered on time and in a timely fashion. You can’t go wrong at this store with such an amazing staff. Thank you Bestway!!!
Just went to the location in Lewisville off Main Street and they took great care of me! Went in with a specific need and they met that need more then 100%!!! Told them my budget and they worked out a great deal for my family and I! The staff was great! From the sales person to the delivery driver to the manger who I’m going to assume was the lady and the counter. They did try to hassle me or convince me I that I needed something that I didn’t! My wife and I visited the Lewisville location was greeted nicely right away by Crystal. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She immediately set up delivery for our beautiful refrigerator. Domingo showed up at scheduled hour and carefully uploaded and set everything up. Looking forward to doing more business with them .David P.
We have 20 bucks in rentals and they hound and hound us just for 20 bucks. We had more but gave it back. They always gave us used broken down stuff. Once done paying this last off. I will never rent from them again. They are rude. The people thst give my stars are there friends. Calling work or home for 20. Saying no more late payments after today . trust me they will take the payment. Just call corporate like i have done.
I went to bestway to rent a computer about a month ago.. I was very impressed with Crystal! She was amazing in every way! She is what I call ideal customer service! I have honestly never met anyone who was a type of person that treats people the way they would want to be treated.. I thought I was the only one who acted like that! I have to admit I don’t always leave reviews but I had to make sure she got credit for an amazing job! I will be a customer for life as long as she is there! It is not about the money and the cost of something.. it is what is priceless.. which are the smiles on people’s faces and joy of being around caring people like Crystal!
Horrible !!!! They will call you everyday n all day about a payment !!! They are very unprofessional.They go as far as texting your phone !!! I hate this place, I advised everyone to stay away from this place.

Not a good place to rent from theyre quick to take your money but slow to deliver what you rented i got a fridge and living room set from them they were quick to deliver the fridge which i appreciate but instead of delivering it all at once which is weird they split it in to 2 deliveries my furniture was supposed to be delivered the next day between 2 and 4 there were a total of 3 deliveries on their list from what i saw and was told that was including my living room set i called at 430 when there was no furniture delivered to my house the manager never said anything about not having delivery guys till i called again at 5 the manager said he didnt have any delivery guys due to some unfortunate happenings but my furniture would be delivered personally by him after they closed so i said that was fine i could wait till 7 when they closed to get it because he was the only one there well i got off work early at 6 so i would be home i sat untill 10 pm waiting on him or even a phone call no call no show keep in mind i work early and i stayed up waiting for absolutely no reason... so i waited all damn day today still no call and no furniture so i finally called about 30 minutes ago asking what the hell was up... my guess is they just plain forgot... But not only did they forget but the manager flat out lied and said he tried calling me which he did not i waited by my phone and at my house any normal person would have left a voicemail but hes a liar he never called So then im paid up till the 28th i asked if i would be credited for the time that my furniture should have been at my house but was not and according to them they dont do that so if you rent something and they dont deliver it on time be prepared to eat that money you just lost because of their lazyness best bet go to Aarons which is where i should have gone

Made appointment for pickup 2 days ago. Today, no show for the furniture! Called more times than I can count. Guess theyll have to coordinate with the realtor to get their stuff now.
Over charged my card and charged me for a box spring that i dont need. Ive been calling them for two weeks and no one has came and picked it up

Worst customer service and defeitful practices of a rent to own company. I came in because the sales woman on the phone said there was a one-day half-off sale on the phones that I was currently renting from Rent-A-Center but I had to come that day so I came and let them verify all my information and she assured me shed have the phones by the next day and she never called then she was out and the store manager had no clue what was going on when I called back on Monday another lady who said she was the assistant manager said she would help me and never called back so then I called again and they said they had some of them but not all of them then I called back the next day and all of a sudden one was gone and were back down to want this went on for a week finally when I called Rent-A-Center where I was renting now and he called to verify they said they had one the one that was supposed to be for me dont ever shop this store they are very deceitful and they do not follow up in addition when you call their corporate office no one returned your call or cares about the situation

My dryer broke and I needed a temp until I got it fixed.. Well I called Crystal at the star and explained what happened and within the next day I had a dryer brought to my house and she was one of the delivery techs to make sure it was done in a timely manor... Thank You BestWay
I worked for them briefly... the unethical things they do to get a customer to walk back in the door is sickening... An actual part of their talk off is telling a former customer they have a check in a certain amount waiting for them at the store... WHICH IS NOT TRUE.. What the customer has is a credit for the money they put into the former agreement... THIS IS A LIE PEOPLE.... PLAIN AND SIMPLE... I stayed for a week and got out of there....
Horrible. Got a PS4 from these people. When I got it, it did not come in a box it was laying on the floor in the back office. I took it anyway because I didnt think it would have problems. When I got home I could tell that it had been repod a couple times because it has a few glitches. I cannot get the system to come out of Rest Mode. I have to unplug the whole game just to restart it. Some employee called me asking how my product was working and I told him. He then said he would get me a brand new product swapped out and that he would transfer my payments over. He didnt tell me that with the new system, it changed the price drastically and added more monthly payments to my account. I feel like this is a scam. By the way the total price for my PS4 is about $900. They are $350 or less in stores. They dont tell you that either.. I wouldnt waste my time with these people again. Im going to save and buy the things I want.
The worst experience, Manager very rude on the phone. They lied to me. I bought a Samsung TV and they delivered an LG. Call and call and was insulted and hanged up the phone.Never delivered what I bought, but when I went to ask for my refund they were at my house right away picking up the tv and asking me if I want the one I bought that was in the truck lol.Never ever again, I’ll continue to deal with MASTERS rent to own. They always been great!I feel bad for the employees there! They are very courteously and polite.And I paid $130 and my refund was $119.50Thief’s!
Bestway doesnt even deserve 1 star, I ordered a bedroom set and called every other day for 2 weeks because I had never received it! Then I went up there to get a refund of my money they refunded my money and gve me the bedroom at no cost, when they delivered I noticed it was used dresser wobbled and had 2 large holes!

The delivery guy Dameago or whatever his name is very rude he came to my house after store screaming beating and kicking my door my minor daughter and my grandbaby was at home called me at work saying how scared she was...totally disrespectful.

They are the worse company ever you have yhe hardest time making payments over the and they are always trying to get their items back for you or try to send a dirty matress to your house and want you to pay for it and you know that they would not sleep on it I would never get anything from them again
Horrible place i will never refer ANYONE to this place unless you like to be harassed and have them show up to your place of employment and call your references about 12 times a day. Even if your a couple days late.
To remind me for a payment is never a problem but to call me back after I called about an issue seems impossible. Really thinking about just going with another store
