Called this place today, just to see if they would be interested in buying one of my bikes. Some guy calls back offering $800.00 . Laugh of course and get off the phone. I give him benefit of the doubt that she may have relayed the wrong information. So I call back. He tells me that Kelly Blue Book said 800. Which was a lie. I tell Kelly was $2095.00 he says thats retail. Which was also a lie retail. Is over 3000.00. Thats with out all the upgrades. Never sending people these guys way again.

These guys are awesome. Dustin in the service department always gets me taken care of as quick as possible. He’s friendly, honest, organized, hard working, and easy to talk to. I trust these guys. They do really good work, and I always look forward to coming back here to say hey to everyone.

I dont think they changed the oil, just added to the old because it was way over filled and look at the color of what I had to siphon out. Its black with us 60 miles on it. They comped me my next oil change but that will be the last one they do for me.

They quoted me $4700 over list price on a new jet ski. They are marking up freight and assembly 100%. I ordered a brand new one from New Braunfels for a much better price and fair fees. I understand they are in short supply but price gouging is unethical.

This past weekend I bought a can am ryker, my salesperson was Harmony. She did a great job there was no pressure. Harmony made my buying experience fun and enjoyable. These folks are friendly but STAY AWAY! They will sell you a bike but it will be an absolute headache to get it registered and titled. I ended up having to get Yamaha North America involved to get any type of response from the dealer (and havent to this day) and I still had to go to the local tax office myself to get the bungled title corrected at my own expense ($) and time. I will never return here for anything and honestly, I was not too impressed with Yamaha North Americas involvement. No one ever followed up, I was forced to do all of the contacting. There are plenty of other options out there, if these folks cannot get the taxes paid and the bike titled correctly, what else can they not do correctly?

They always do great work. They provide good communication, are friendly and professional. Ive been going to them for over 10 years and will not trust my motorcycles to anyone else.

Trying to upcharge 2,000 dollars on a 65 yz. Told me 6,600 firm cause only bikes until after December. I should call corporate over it. But was taken care of by professionals at cycle shack north Conroe, TX. Same bike for 1600 less. Make the drive dont let these pukes rob you of your money.

I bought a Yamaha Tracer 900 GT on June 19th 2021, still dont have the license plates and its August 26 !!!! Not sure what the hell is going on in this place but its starting to worry me...I also bought a 2021 Ducati Scrambler on 07/15 from a different dealer and I had the plates in 10 days. Night and day difference....

Dont recommend this company to anyone. Went to purchase a motorcycle and was told I couldnt test ride it (not even in the parking lot). I could understand if I didnt have a motorcycle license or even on the 1000cc+ bikes, but I have 15+ years riding experience and was looking at a small 300cc bike for my daily commute....how do you expect someone to drop that kinda money on something and tell them they cant make sure its what theyre looking for beforehand?? TERRIBLE business model but HIGHLY recommend Lone Star Yamaha if youre in the market for a motorcycle as they allow test rides and wont make you buy something you may not be happy with.

Jim and Gary made the entire process seamless for me to buy my first jetski ever. Took a jet ski there years ago. Told me it wasnt worth fixing and itd cost more than it was worth. Well years later this shady mfr messages me this just to block me. Professional, not at all.

They were amazing. I had taken my bike to another shop to have a rear and front tire put on. They used an analog balancer. Which I think was the problem. I had them rebalance the tire three times (at other shop) and the last time taking all weights off and reseating the tire. I still kept getting a vibration whenever I got to 90 mph or higher. Worse at 100 and even worse at 110 where it felt dangerous. The shop where it was done looked at me like I was crazy and a giant inconvenience. I get it. I even watched the tire correctly balanced the third time as per the manual.I didnt know what else to do. Called Yamaha now convinced something else was wrong...maybe a recall.. Bike was a 2020 Yamaha R6, 6k miles never dropped well taken care of. All I had done at the other place was a simple tire install. Main reason I do all my own bike work, any time I take it in I always have some sort of problems. Soon as the new tire was put on and I was able to hit 90+ I felt a sensation like I was running over something. Mid tire an up and down motion like running over large cement cracks but on areas I knew were smooth. The last tires were smooth as butter upwards of 140. I went from thinking it was me, it was a bad tire, maybe bent rim, a possible recall - you name it. I didnt have the issue before and now I do. It had to be the balance, but after the third time I was second guessing myself.After all was said and done and extensive phone time with Yamaha who said my closest certified dealer was Freedom in Lewisville, I took it there. Yamaha also looked up to see the other shop was not Yamaha certified. Whether its a gimmick to get licensed or a money thing to get certified who knows. But I called these guys at Freedom at 4pm. Mark called me back by 430 just like he said he was going to (most shops never call back) with plans to bring it up Tuesday (Monday is holiday weekend and its the end of the week currently). I told him I was close, Im sure its just a quick balance. Not only did he squeeze me in because I was only five minutes away and certain it was the balance, but I got stuck in traffic. After I got there 30 min later than expected at 530, they didnt complain or make snide remarks, I was impressed. Two folks offered me water and made sure I had everything I needed ... Texas heat and all.Mark took care of me asap, got the bike in the back and Jody tossed it on the balancer quickly, found it .75 out. Fixed it. After I left I finally got to ride my bike fast again without worrying if I was going to die some how. It had been that way for a couple of weeks of going back and fourth with the other shop ....After three visits, three rebalances with the analog Rod method and a shoulder shrug... I had to cough another 40 bucks up. But not freedoms fault. I learned a valuable lesson, get it digitally balanced and you know your bike regardless of what people say.Freedom even helped me on the price because it was a second opinon and they were trying to help. They fixed the issue asap, no complaints and I didnt have to leave my bike up there for awhile like the other shop wanted me to.Thank you Mark and Jody for working on this and making this experience awesome so late in the day. I can actually ride this holiday weekend and focus on getting maintenance done and this whole thing behind me now. I was literally one opinion away from having my whole front end completely stripped apart to find a non existent issue that Im sure would have been an issue later after all that time and work. I cant thank you enough.

I had been hardcore shopping already and already knew exactly what I wanted. But in my shopping around at several dealerships I noticed there seemed to be trend of a rather nonchalant attitude from sales people at multiple dealerships. Being that I’m personally in the Luxury retail sales myself I took it as quite a put off. So I asked a friend of mine who they suggested to deal with and I was referred to the Sales Manager Loren @ Freedom Powersports in Lewisville.Even from the first call I made up which landed my on the phone with “Tom” the Finance Director everyone had an upbeat and spirited energy. Upon my first arrival I could tell the Dealership as a Whole had a very Positive and fun atmosphere and Culture. This is invaluable to any healthy business and work environment as a positive work environment breads Happy employees and this always shows. Tom had his work cut out for him on the financing for my new Seadoo GTX 230 as he had to work his mojo to get my deal hung. But he came through like a champ!!! Also parts and service including Nick’s insight and help were phenomenal. Highly recommend these guys for any water/off road fun! 😎

If you are doubt about where to buy your Jett Ski from than read my review. I read the reviews and had mixed emotions about buying but said what the heck. Bought from salesperson Samantha who was super friendly and made the buying experience great. My experience after the sale wasn’t the best and no place will ever be without issue but I will say this....the Lewisville location took excellent care of my husband and I in the end. Beware of FPS! Dropped my side by side off for a routine service and not only did it take them a month the total bill for service was in excess of $2600. Aside from a sluggish battery my unit was running fine when I dropped it off for serivce however shockingly a couple of days later it wouldnt run and needed all kinds of repairs. Kind of makes you wonder........Terrible communication by the serivce team, had to practically chase them down to get any information and had I not hounded them who knows how long my unit would have been there. Ill never be back to FPS again!

Bought jets skis over a year ago and they still have not been able to provide me state registrations. Ridiculous. Won’t call back. Blamed it on covid originally. It’s been a year.... terrible service after the sale

I brought my recently purchased a CanAm Ryker 600 from the Denton store about Feb6th. I was taking a ride to Dallas for a appt when l lost power and began to get a error message to limp home. Luckily l had someone following me as lm a new rider. I found this dealership 2 miles away and limped my beloved there to get her some help. This is where l met Mark in Service Dept and he was very helpful & helped to set my mind at ease they would figure out what happened & fix it. 2 days later they had my bike fixed, tested, washed & ready for me. Fantastic service. Great sense of humor, we laughed about the weird manicans staring at us from multiple places in the store. I was impressed & happy with this franchise. Highly recommend.

If you need a new toys freedom powersport is great but if you need any works done like mechanical wise on your toys just get ready to spend 3x the amount compare to anywhere else. I took my can am spyder to get it check why is not shifting into gears and they told me i need to replace the transmission and engine cost around 9k more than the motorcycle worth and charge me $175 to diagnosis and ask me to donate my can am for free?. Lucky i didnt and I took it to JK cycles in Carrollton and they fix it for $1,730. They replace the shifter shafts insides the transmission that was it and drive perfect now. I really believe they didnt even diagnosis like they said and charge me for it.

Samantha was very helpful during the entire process. We came in to purchase a Can-AM Ryker. She was very patient and speed up the process. It was a Saturday and they were short staffed I kindly requested if we could continue the process by bypassing the finance department since we were paying cash. She went and spoke with her manager and moved our process along. She helped us find the best cycle class and taught us how to use the Ryker! Check this place out Samantha will take care of you!

My wife was very pleased with the professionalism from Freedom Powersports and Marine in Lewisville. We contacted Lucas on a Tuesday looking for personal watercraft. We had been researching for 3 weeks in OK., KS., AR, & TX. They just had a Yamaha FX SVHO available 10 minutes before we called, and after the call, we put a deposit down and picked it up the next day, Wednesday. Greg welcomed us as we came in the door. Lucas took us to the Yamaha service department, and showed us a small flaw in the seat and allowed us to pick out new life vests, to compensate for the flaw. We were impressed as they did not have to point or offer to give us anything. Brennan in Service called about the accessories that we were interested in adding to our Yamaha. Dustin also came out and went over the procedures for the break in period. Stephanie in Finance called Tuesday to follow up and ask if we had any question. They were fantastic to work with on Wednesday when we picked up the Yamaha. Our only frustration was driving from Okla. 4 hours, but it was well worth it! Thank you again!!

Im not sure where the 4+ star rating comes from, maybe it was an off day. We visited with every intent to purchase a Can-Am Spyder and left, vowing never to return. We were there at least 30 minutes, sat on a couple bikes and walked in the front door twice before anyone acknowledged we were there. They werent that busy, with one guy standing there talking to someone about the whole Covid-19 thing and a girl doing something on her phone. Maybe they werent sales people. I dont know, but I know they worked there. Hi, how are you, be with you in a minute goes a long ways. We ended up buying at another dealer.

I called 6 times over two weeks about a specific jet ski they had, was told I would be contacted twice by their finance person and it never happened. On the final call I was told they were sold out of the jet ski I wanted. I expressed my frustration because I was trying to make the purchase and really got just “we are busy so we can’t call everyone back”. Why would they tell me then someone was going to call me back if that was the case? Or how bout say sir I’m really sorry what can we do to make it right?

I purchased my first bike 2019 yamaha mt07 with these guys. Kyle, Stephanie and the whole crew really know what they are doing. They explain everything very clear. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this facility to every rider.

Purchase brake pads from outdoor Powersports and they gave me a 7% discount, but did not have the front sets. We found that Freedom Powersports in Lewisville had the two front ones that i needed to get the whole set. First called freedom in denton, they even offered the discount but would have order them. Assuming that the other Freedom would also honor that I drove down to pick up the other two front pads I produce the receipt from Outdoors showing the discount they offered me and what I paid for the rear and told him about that their denton location had also offered it. Parts guy told me no, and made me pay full retail.I would take my money else ware unless if you want to pay top dollar. Next time Ill just wait and have the other locations order the part and give me better customer service and price.

I bought my 2009 R1 from North Texas Yamaha (now know as Freedom Powersports) back in 2010. After 47,500 miles I have to say that was the best decision that I have made. The service and parts have kept me rolling without a blink. They are very easy to work with. The mechanics are friendly and discuss any issues they find with the customer. I wouldnt think twice about buying a new bike from Freedom Powersports. In my case, 7 years of solid service. No question. If you want a bike, get it from Freedom.

We were very pleased with Freedom Powersports. After looking for a jet ski for quite some time, Samantha (Sam) was very patient & understanding. Being a purely fun purchase, we wanted the right ski at the right deal. She never pushed us to buy nor tried sell us more than what we wanted. However, she was very informative to help knowing what worked for our needs (still didnt try to sway...just provided the facts for each make & model). Weve now owned the jet ski for a few months & our whole family is greatly enjoying it! It was a fantastic purchase!(parents of Hudson - not didnt mean to review under his account 😀)

My wife and I were looking at purchasing a Can Am Spyder here and initially had a very good interaction with them. It was going to be an order item because it was a 2018. We put a deposit down and they wanted to finance immediately which I thought was a little strange. Van said the order could not be completed until we proceeded with finance. We are in the process of starting a business, and after speaking with finance we decided we wanted to hold off until we were more financially stable. I called and let Van know we wanted to wait until after we were more established to order it. He was agreeable and said he would take care of it on his end. I also have emails to back up our conversation. After not hearing from them for a week I followed up, and Van said the order could not be cancelled. Fortunately we put the deposit down with a credit card and the bank will proceed with a fraud report. We will never step foot in another Freedom dealership again.UpdateCrystal from the corporate office contacted us and has resolved the issue. We were very happy with the efficiency she handled the situation. We would never go back to Lewisville location but we were thankful she was able to refund us

I came this place trying to purchase a jetski they are sold out and may get new PWC on the next months so They took $500 out my Credit card That I put down called one week after to cancel I DID NOT SING ANY DOCUMENT and now they do not want to refund my money they tried to sell me a Different model more expensive something that I never agreed and I will be contacting an attorney.

Ive heard some negative things about the Freedom females but since they have dealerships everywhere I decided to go take a look at a sea-doo. I was pleasantly surprised at what I encountered. I was only there to look but since Samantha provided such an awesome experience I ended up going home with two new toys. Samantha is awesome and really knows her stuff. She answered all of my questions and even offered to meet my family and I out at the lake to help us learn to ride. Dont believe the negative stuff. This dealership offers great customer service at a competitive price. You might find it a tiny bit cheaper somewhere else but you wont get the service that Freedom provides. Go see Samantha. Worked with Gary for a month on a ATV for my wife. Not once did I feel pressure to close the deal. Upon arriving to the dealership, Brian helped me close the deal (Gary was at a Boat Show). Seamless transaction. Brain did a great job closing the deal. Got to meet key people in different departments. I was advised of add ons..., but again, did not feel pressure to buy. Josh Demuth was the Service Writer. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He made my 8 years day by giving him an autograph poster of himself when he raced. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Dont be afraid to venture into their amazing showroom to look around. You WONT feel pressure to buy.

I got there, went to pay and it turned out to be $10 less than the quote.Service was done on time and bike was nicely polished before I got back on it.

Decent selection, but we got there 10 minutes early to do some paperwork and the staff ignored us while they were watching a video about customer service. No acknowledgement, no well be right with you, just ignored. The paperwork we needed took 75 seconds.....

Me and my wife, Bought a 2017 can-am from Lewisville powersports, everyone was very professional.. I feel bad, we had an issue with the unit .. no power .. was running awesome..then next time wouldn’t go over 50 mph ..If your new to can-ams like us, their are two different keys, service key and high Performance key .. I had the wrong key in .. this place is awesome, we will buy from them again .. soon ...

Lyle was the salesman for the Yamaha tw200 I bought and he was super nice and credible. He helped my figure out on how to get a deal. Paul helped me buy equipment and gear for my riding and he brought up things about gear that I wouldnt even think of. I was very pleased with Pauls help.
