Steven and his crew did a good job.

Steves an very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful guy. He tuned my Supra for Track day at ECR. The car performed extremely well and was kept within safety parameters for the high temps we were seeing on track. Before Steve, I had an OTS tune that gave issues with transition throttle oversteer. After the tune, it was a night of day difference on power delivery smoothness and consistency. I wouldnt hesitate to come back and plan to once I have more upgrades in the works.

These guys were super awesome and super friendly they couldnt help me with the problem I had but they told me why and and were still super helpful. They knew what they were talking about. Good guys

Steve did a great job adjusting my tune for E85 on my Hydra ECU. I consider myself very lucky to find someone local who has even heard of a Hydra ECU. He took time to explain the things he found with my tune and afterwards even answered some questions I had on parameters. Also identified that my boost gauge was incorrectly reporting psi; which I have since resolved with new gauge. The whole team there was very pleasant and was fun seeing such varied projects in their garage.

Well, they tuned my vehicle, they did it with only 2 pulls. Granted my car had minor mods and the only reason I needed a tune was due to my car getting aftermarket headers. So they did the job. I had 2 issues. One issue was timing, I had an appointment set for 11 AM and the tuner had arrived 30 minutes late, was annoyed by this, but its whatever. Im always early and I suppose this is a pet peeve. The other issue was the standards of work in this shop. I understand people needing a smoke break, but one of the mechanics was smoking over an open engine bay... maybe thats just me, but smoking a cigarette over an open engine bay, inside of a shop where theres flammable fluids possibly in the engine bay that was being worked on, but also flammable liquids on the floors or in barrels near where he was working on the car. I just feel like this is just a slight concern, maybe its just me, but I wouldnt smoke a cigarette over an open engine bay and a few buddies that work on cars agree that it isnt a smart idea because again, it can set things on fire.

Had my m235i tune with Ecuteck and the gain was rewarding, around 35 more HP and 70 more torque to the wheels, Steve took his time and did what I wanted more speed. Car is running very strong and my draggy time was down to 4.3 on 91 and m performance exhaust.

I highly recommend Prt performance. Theyare awsome! Very professional and knowledgeable crew. They went far and beyond to satisfy my needs on my car, they explain things that needed to be done ahead of time and sure knows there stuff. For all you cry babies out there that was not satisfied, Im sorry, but you know modify a car is expensive and tuning all depend and what type of engine you have that can get the result without it blowing.. the man was actually doing you a favor from spending more money by telling you the honest truth .

They know their stuff, friendly, no complaints.

Got my car tune at PRT Performance but the tune is not right paid 1,200 dollars to get it tune. I took it back a to Steve and told what was going on he just hooks up the computer and adjust some things and see you should be good does not bother driving it. Know I will have to pay more money to get it tune again. The service is very bad I understand his shop is busy. I would not recommend PRT Performance to anybody in the DFW area.

Top notch place. The best tuner in DFW calls this place home. Prices are very reasonable.

Had the tune for less than 24 hours on my Mustang Gt, called to ask about a refund because of no noticeable difference in horsepower or torque infact the sound quality went down on exhaust, no deep rumble or high output. The owner admitted to me since I wasent satisfied with the tune that to return it to the way it was and not to stock it could mess up my engine and or transmission and only give me back half the money I spent after spending close to $1,000 on something I’m not happy with. I would NOT recommend going to this place save your money and go somewhere professional like Cobb!

Ive been coming here for years for custom exhaust and for my dyno tuning needs. Mustang dynos read a little lower them other dynos but Im always confident with the quality if the tune for safety, longevity and performance. I recommend this shop to anyone needing engine builds or performance goals.
