Jude was fantastic at showing us various beds from a wide price range. He also gave us a demonstration of adjustable bed frames/bases. He was very informative, professional and no sales pressure (closer). After sleeping on our new founded knowledge of beds, we called Jude to proceed with our new purchase for both our master bedroom and our guest bedroom. Great Job!

Christopher was incredible! He did not try to hard sale us but answered all of our questions and gave us choices, more than we needed and we ended up learning a lot of things to consider since it had been 20 something years since we had bought a bed for us. He bent over backwards to take care of all of our needs and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

The staff that was there from 5:00p.m to 7:00pm on 11/30/2020 was AMAZING. They was honest about the whole transaction start to finish and they was very knowledgeable. We needed an adjustable bed for my elderly father. We walked into Mattress Firm and we were immediately greeted by Ryan. He helped us pick out the appropriate mattress and bed and mattress cover. He was so nice and really helped us in making our decision. We got a great deal on an adjustable bed, and we shopped on line to do comparison shopping before going to the store, and we saved at least $500 by going to Mattress a Firm. The next time I need a bed, I will be going back to that store.

5 stars for Sean O i purchased the Charlotte mattress worst 700.00 i ever spent. That mattress caused me severe body pain. Grateful for the hundred and twenty day try out cuz I had to exchange that mattress before I would not be able to move that is the worst mattress I have ever in life slept on.

We have been clients of mattress and firm for a few years. We had bought a bed before and we had a great experience. Yesterday we decided to buy a matttess and we were blessed enough to come across Sean the sales person, he was nothing but AMAZING, very patient, professional and no pressure sales.

I was very happy with Josh. He was helping another customer when I arrived, acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. A few minutes later he came over and brought me a head protector to try a few of the mattresses. Once I selected one we went through the transactions; he provided me options and wasn’t pushy just pleasant and provided information. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Explained when my mattress would arrive. Would recommend anyone purchasing a bed to go see Josh. He knows his stuff!

Josh was helpful with answering questions we had. I didnt like that they didnt seem to have inventory. If you liked something, it would need to be ordered for pick up or delivery. I wish they had some you could purchase on the spot. But good selection of mattresses and whatnot

My boyfriend and I were shopping around for beds since we just bought a new house. Josh greeted us and asked how he could help. We gave him what were looking for and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Was not pushy at all and understood we were not looking to buy that day because we wanted to make the right selection. We fell in love with the purple bed and decided to go with that after deciding a few days. I didnt want to go to any Mattress Firm to make the purchase it was only fair we went back to Josh. We live in Forney so it was a 45 minute drive. The financing was an easy set up as well everything went smooth with the purchase. Im very satisfied with my purchase and HIGHLY recommend anyone to this location and to see Josh.

Our salesman was very friendly, but I am concerned with 2 things, 1. That we purchased a discontinued mattress as a higher price than a comparable Sealy at your competitors, and 2. the box spring came in ripped, and we still have not heard back on a replacement.
