This place has a great selection of fine whiskeys and bourbon. Unfortunately I drove all the way here because I heard they had Weller for sale, but when I arrived, it was based on a points system and I wasnt allowed to purchase it. I live out of town and theres no way Id come all this way to buy bourbon to gain points, to eventually be able to purchase what I came here for to begin with. But they did have a good selection of other rare stuff, so Id recommend this place for that.

Pretty seamless experience here. The main guy is fine as hell and speaks to you as soon as you walk in and isnt menacing (watching your every move, stalking, rude at checkout, etc.); he was helpful, so was the other lady that checked me out. She even helped me talk out what to get for my friends for their wedding! Lol He even let me know that the rum I chose had more varieties and whenever I was ready, hed have them in store! I like them here. AND THE STORE IS SMALL AND QUAINT. (a good thing) Youre welcome!

Absolutely the best service!!! The owner has successfully located multiple hard to get items that no one else has been able to get for me. There’s an Italian white wine I’ve been trying to locate for two years. I mentioned it to the owner truly not expecting to hear from him again. Several weeks later he called and had located the wine and was expecting a shipment of it. I was completely surprised that he remembered and contacted me. I ended up purchasing the whole case. Great store with a great selection of rare finds as well.

The only place in town working with Drizly! Their service is amazing!! They have delivered to me under the expected ETA twice now, and when they needed to substitute a mainstream white wine I ordered they wouldnt have back in stock til later that day, they substituted it with the best chardonnay I have ever had. They clearly know their stuff. So friendly and attentive, cannot say enough good things!

Appreciate the great customer service! I recently ordered a LOT of bottles through Drizly as a birthday gift for a friend. Liquor King was quick to substitute bottles that were out of stock, and, when my friend noticed a couple items missing, they were very apologetic and promptly delivered the missing items plus some.

Never thought I would write a review about a liquor store hahah; but this place deserves it. I used to think liquor stores are generally all the same... but as time has passed, I appreciate a smaller business that takes the extra effort to remember you when you return and respects the fact you are loyal to their store as oppose to others. Always leave laughing/smiling. The owner is cool, honest, and respects loyalty.👌🏼

Can I give less than 1 Star!? I arrived at 10:15AM 9.13.18 and browsed around a bit, this was my first time in the store. I normally shop down the street at Apple Jacks but this was closer and there was a banner out front saying new ownership, give us a try, boy do I regret giving these crooks a try! The shop worker said he was new and didnt know much about any of the whisky. I found a bottle of Weller Antique 107 and was excited to buy it as it seems to be non existent in Texas these days. This is a $25-$30 retail bottle on the high side and to my surprise when he rang it up he expected me to pay $70+ tax on a unmarked 750 ml bottle! This is highway robbery, I asked the clerk to double check and he confirmed. I should him multiple sights Total wine at $25 and others but he told me he would not sell for less. This is the last time I will walk into this liquor store, I will stick to Apple Jacks, they are right down the street, happy, friendly and knowledgeable, unlike these new owners. They are Crooks, RUN! RUN! RUN!

Stopped in to check the new store out and the staff was incredibly friendly; the store also looks great! There is tons of variety and it is so close to our house. I am so excited!

They really have a great bourbon selection and are improving each Wed when get new stock. They are very knowledgeable about the brands and I got a Noahs hill (willett), MB Roland Wheated and others on recommendation and each had their best attributes and are wonderful additions to my collection. I carried 5 5ths back in my luggage to Charlotte NC.

Marketing gimmickWould not allow me to purchase 2 bottles of Buffalo Trace bourbon. Employee said it was only sold in a gift basket arrangement with another bottle of liquor. Lets see....$30 for Buffalo Trace$25 for some weird brand of liquor$47 for a plastic cup and dollar store wicker basketNo thank you.

They recommend a bottle of Blue Lacy Apple Spiced claiming it was going to be similar to my Clyde Mays and it couldnt be further from fact. When I asked for a refund to put towards another bottle since this was their recommendation they refused to make it right. I will not shop here again. Total Wine is my store from now on.

Friendly staff, decent selection, fair prices. They dont have the volume or near the variety that bigger stores have, but chances are they have what you need!

I would rate a zero if that was an option. I asked for Rose that wasnt 35.00+ and they walked around as if trying to help and then they (he and she) went back behind the counter to get on their phones. They never said thank you or tried to accommodate us at all. Oh and we had two small bottles of wine in one paper bag that was clearly cheap and possibly made of rice paper and instead of double bagging the girl said you want to hold this from the bottom as it will tear . Dont go there!
