I was very pleased by the service received at this shoe repair store in Lewisville. I had a new pair of Sperry boat shoes and the right side needed to be fixed after just a few weeks of owning it. I held on to it for a while until I remembered this store was nearby. I took it over and asked if anything could be done. The attendant told me they could fix it. I was very impressed when I saw the results yesterday after picking it up.

I brought a travel bag in to have the strap handles replaced. He did an excellent job. In the past he has put new heels on my flats. Again great job. If you have leather or feax leather items that need repairs I would recommend Rawhide.

They put better soles on my shoes than what were on there when I bought them. Also they worked with me to hold them until I got paid.

Love this place! The quality is A1, the owner is friendly and can do everything from protect and care for red bottoms to taking in boots that are too wide on your calves!!! You must try this place Im sure you will be pleased!!!

The order of these photos go. 1 when I bought my shoes. 2 when I got into a motorcycle accident in my shoes. 3 after the fix there. From the damage and natural fading my shoes recieved the repair that was done is the best I could have asked for. And it was extremely affordable with prompt service. The only downside is you pay at drop off and not pick up.

I brought two pairs of work boots here in rough shape, needed new soles and laces. I heard a lot of good things about this shop and was not disappointed. I received my shoes back two days later in great condition. Brand new laces, leather was dyed evenly and oiled, they even conditioned the padding around the ankle. Definitely coming back here.

I brought Phil a pair low heels I needed reconfigured (he added a strap on a set of mules) & not only are they even more comfortable, theyre now more stylish. And at a reasonable price! I also liked that I brought in another item and he advised that they couldnt fix it without it looking bad. I appreciated the honesty.

I messaged Rawhide on a Thursday night, 2 days before my husband and I were to attend a black tie event. He had forgotten that his nice shoes had a broken heel! I messaged Rawhide in a panic to see if they could make a last minute repair before Saturday and to our excitement, they could! They did a high quality job repairing his worn down heels, conditioning the leather, and they even stitched up a seam that was coming undone! I highly recommend for good quality and customer service

If you are looking for a good reliable shoe repair service this is the place, they repaired the zippers and added new soles for less then what it would cost for a brand new pair And they did it in two days. They deserve 10 stars. They can repair anything leather.

I am a musician who uses a leather stage outfit to perform in. Everytime Ive taken one of my costumes for repair, Rawhide has done a superior job. The stitching is almost indestructible. Very professional and courteous service as well! The job has been done quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this place for all of your leather repairs!

Guess they do decent work sometimes. Had a simple heel repair for my wifes boots and they botched it completely after they charged me over $35.00 for it ( IN ADVANCE). Now I know why. Apparently a simple repair isnt so simple for them. I wont be using them again. First and last time.

I will never return to this business nor recommend them to anyone. My request was simple, to polish and refurbish the soles of my Clarks sandals. They were great shoes and just needed a little work. I paid $38.00 in advance. Because of their poor craftsmanship I had to throw the shoes away. The owner neither apologized nor offered to do the job right. If I could, Id give them less than a 1!

I have had super leather work done here! Dress shoes resoled several times. Cowboys boots resoled twice, leather bible cover and a custom sheath for my hunting knife... All outstanding work! Prices are high, but the product is good and lasts.

This was my first time to use this shop. I took in two pair of worn out 25 year old Justin boots and got back two repaired boots that I am very happy with!! I also was impressed by it taking no more than two days to get them back!! I will be going back!

These people completely destroyed my $300 pair of Tony Lama’s cowboy boots! All I asked for was a simple resoling and they stretched my leather and completely took the whole look of my boot away!

Instead of being honest and telling me he did not WANT to dye the boots, the owner told me that suede cannot be dyed. What an idiot!!! I should have asked which animal blue suede shoes come from. Hes dishonest, apparently lazy too.

7/28/12 HORRIBLE JOB!!!!I took 1 pair of Harley Davidson womens boots and requested re-heeled and fix the sole or replace due to the leather stripping on the heels and soles stripping off. They glued them and replaced the heel cap. They look like a child repaired them!Same day 1 pair of leather fashion boots that had plastic heels and wrapped in man made leather and it was stripping off. Asked them to replace the heels. They glued the pieces that were stripping off and the places that had holes, still have holes! Horrible experience! Worst part is they made me pay IN ADVANCE to the tune of $68.00 for both horrible jobs! They basically told me tough they didnt care they got their money in advance!
