Best to ever going on right now love record room shoes

I visited this store today to purchase a couple of pair of shoes for my kids. The workers here at this location were very capable and willing to help us locate the items that we wanted to purchase and have sent to our home. The cashier was patient and helped us to place our home order while purchasing the current shoes that we selected in store. There was a large variety of shoes and name brands on display at the specific store. This was my first visit to this store location and this store brand. I would return to this location and would suggest that you give it a try to see if theres something that store offers that you may like to purchase.

I just love Rack Room Shoes . 👞They have a nice selection. But omg the designers needs to get out and walk the streets . The selection of sandals are UGLY. The munster family shops here. But its a great store they dont make theshoes they stock the latest brands of sneakers for young and old. This is the ONLY company I know of that will happily take yoyr returns back. Heydesigners its time to get on a plane to Italy 🇮🇹😀 and see whats new.

Manger was extremely helpful and nice will be going back to purchase some sneakers

Always have a good sale, never any issues with parking, easy to find.

Terrible customer service, not willing to check for the shoes we wanted. Got to say if your going to work customer service at least be willing to service the customer.

Brooklyn manager older guy who I believe was store manager was SUPER COOL and should consider making him a district manager, he was training his new employee like a baller teaching him the check out system! Great place to get a deal on 2 pairs of shoes

Needed black flats with open toe for a funeral.Wrong time of the year I suppose, none available. Great options otherwise

I really like this store and the selection it has to offer and plus they can search stuff online as well, but the Manager Ashley is amazing and great, her excellent customer service and product knowledge will definitely keep me a repeat customer.

I would give a 0 but the least is a 1 this was my first time and last time, because you are supposed to walk in a establishment, and get helped not get bashed for being in the wrong section, I believe the good book said to build people not hurt people because GOD sees our heart, the employees there simply need help with their customer service issues of their heart. I only writing this review hopefully the next time a new customer comes in for the first time they will not experienced issue of the customer service help I did, no one should be treated like that. Great quality sneakers at affordable prices. As I walked through the door the attendant was ready to assist me if I needed help.

The store was about to close in 20 min and i know what I wanted to buy and what size I was I enter the store the employee yells at me saying the store is closed but I couldn’t hear her so I said what she starts walking to me and yells get out I was on the phone she was like what you say about me I said ma’am I’m on the phone she was very disrespectful I won’t be going back rather take that extra mile and go to grapevine

The sales associate did a great job finding what we were looking for. He went searching in the system and then in the back. He made it so my daughterss outfit for our event tomorrow is complete!

Didnt get the guys name who helped me, but he provided quite possibly the best shoe store experience Ive had ever! He was welcoming, provided advice about my chpices, and even punched a couple extra holes needed. The store was clean and merchandised well

Been there 3 times. Good brand-name shoes, reasonable prices. The employees take it personally if you dont want their help, especially when there are few customers there, and thats hard to get used to.

Please stay away anytime Jeremy is in the store, to avoid been profiled. I bought a Nike shoe at the grapevine mall last week and I had the best experience at grapevine.They dont have my size in the store but got it ordered online for me in minutes,i got my shoe 3 days later and I am fine.But my wife and i went to Lewisville vista ridge mall 7days later to see the worse customer service from Jeremy.He is not friendly and obviously does not want people like us in the store-he profiles. I will never recommend to anyone, especially if you dont look like him. Stay away from Jeremy
