I got married on April 10, 2021. After getting the run around from another boutique, I decided to go to the Bridal Boutique. Veronica was my consultant, and I came to absolutely adore her! She listened to all of my desires, and 12 dresses later, I found the one. I was initially hesitant on my dress as it was strapless (I really wanted an off-the-shoulder look). Veronica then put some temporary straps on, and I fell in love. I always felt heard, which is something Ive seen horror stories on. The Bridal Boutique is a place I now recommend to anyone getting a wedding dress!

Purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Boutique! The service was friendly and fun! I felt like my consultant knew me from the first conversation we had that day. The first dress she picked out for me was THE ONE! She was incredible. And the price was perfectly in budget! Would definitely recommend coming here for your dress!

I was so excited for my appointment at Bridal Boutique given their advertisement of being one of the largest bridal boutiques in Texas. I browsed their website ahead of time to get an idea of styles I liked and brought those with me. My “stylist” Veronica brought the first round of dresses, most of them matching what I was envisioning but still was not the one. I gave feedback on what I liked and didn’t like only to have Veronica bring three to four more dresses that were quite different from what I liked. When told I wasn’t a fan of that batch of dresses, Veronica proceeded to turn irritated and condescending towards me. Veronica, the “stylist” she claims to be, completely gave up on trying to bring me any more dresses and told me to browse through the store and pick it out myself. Being completely overwhelmed, as that is not my job, my entire experience was ruined. Veronica gave very little effort to even try to help me find my dress and managed to bring me to tears. We left not even an hour within my appointment.

This is THE SPOT for wedding dresses! We had a Thursday afternoon appointment here to start off a full weekend of dress shopping. From the moment we walked in it was amazing! We were offered complementary champagne and water and brought to our suite to begin the process! Our consultant was Vee and I really can’t say enough about this girl! She created an experience that we didn’t have at any of the other Bridal shops we visited, she brought out every dress we wanted to try and then several variations of each dress until we found exactly what we were looking for! This boutique has a huge inventory and will have exactly what you are looking for. After attending all of our appointments through the weekend and trying on so many other dresses we decided to go back to BB and look at the dress again, they accommodated us last minute on a very busy Saturday to come back and try on the dress again! This place is incredible and should be on your list of shops when looking for a wedding dress in the Dallas area. You won’t regret the drive to Lewisville!

This is absolutely the place to go!! I had the most amazing experience here. We were greeted right away by Angela who helped me find my dream dress! She offered us champagne to start and then brought us back to a nice private area with so many dresses that stayed in my price range! She was so helpful by only pulling dresses that were in my price range and exactly the styles I was wanting. She made the whole experience so relaxed and fun. I loved that it was a “no pressure” experience and she truly just wanted me to find the perfect dress and have fun doing it. My mom and sister had an amazing time as well! This is by far the best place to go wedding dress shopping and seriously, ask for Angela!!

I had heard great things about Bridal Boutique and was so excited to come try on dresses for the first time! I didnt think there would be any way I would find my dream dress the first time looking but it was the second one I tried on! Angela helped me and was AMAZING!! I told and showed her what I thought I would like and she pulled so many amazing dresses for me to try! My group had lots of opinions and she did a great job coming up with solutions. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

We had the most horrible experience at BB Lewisville. Veronica was our assigned sales rep/stylist. My daughter showed her the pictures off their store’s website that she liked however Veronica got her likes and dislikes completely wrong. After the 4th gown that my daughter rejected Veronica got frustrated, impatient and obviously irritated with us. Which resulted in my daughter getting tense and feeling rushed, not allowing her time to try on different wedding dresses. Veronica took her to the floor to let my daughter choose dresses off the racks herself but as they were looking Veronica’s tone was condescending and she didn’t act like she cared to help my daughter find the perfect wedding dress. Our whole experience lasted less than 45 minutes and she managed to ruin this joyous event for us. We are not sure what Veronica had going on in her personal life but her job was to read the bride’s style and to help her find the perfect gown. She completely failed us.

I went to 3 shops and my experience with Vee was by far the best! She is so attentive, helpful, and knowledgable. I could tell that she intentionally picked dresses with my vision in mind and asked me all the right questions so that she can hone in on my dream dress. She could even tell how I felt about it as I was standing there. I am so sad that I didnt end up finding my dress there but I will always remember my experience and will recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a dress.

Danielle E. was absolutely amazing! Within my first 7 dresses I found just the right one and it was not at all what I thought it would be but I love it. Love them!!! They have a huge selection and wonderful staff. I had my first appt booked with 3 more to go and I didn’t have to go to the others! I found The Dress within an hour at Bridal Boutique! Wynn was phenomenal and so cute. Also, the location is fun because it’s a historic downtown with several cute shops and cafes to eat at before or after your appts.

JUST WOW. This is where you want to go to find the perfect wedding dress! When my mother and I walked through the doors we were quickly greeted and were offered beverages with many warm smiles. The staff treated my mom and I with so much kindness. We felt so at home. I got the most darling sweetest consultant I’ve ever had and her name was Candice! She had great knowledge on the inventory and exceeded my expectations. Candice is honestly the most fun and loving person I’ve ever met. She made me feel so loved and taken care of during the whole appointment. I felt like I had a sister helping me through the whole process. She helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I was sad to say goodbye to her when my appointment was over! If your looking for a consultant ask for Candice. Overall my whole experience was just magical and I couldn’t be happier. The customer experience here is to die for! While having a big wedding wasnt on my list, an amazing, one-of-a-kind dress was. I researched the DFW area for where I might find that unique dress and BB Lewisville was one of two places I shopped. I scheduled my appointment during a Watters trunk show and my appointment with Candice was a DREAM. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for. It also did not hurt to have some of the other stylists doting over me in the new Watters collection that I got to be the first one in! It was truly an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind through the entire process. Dont get me wrong, you could spend a TON of money here if you wanted to, but I also believe in the professionalism of these ladies to help you find your dream dress on your budget.The boutique team was also helpful in expediting the process once my wedding date got moved up six months. Danielle was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful photos of me in the dresses we tried on since my family was not able to be there.She definitely got the style I was going for and the look I wanted nailed down and was incredibly respectful of my budget.She also went out of her way to show me what the gowns would look like with changes made to the bustline to accommodate my ample chest (which I am insanely grateful for).I still am torn on what dress to choose, but I know Im in good hands here regardless of my choice.

I loved bridal boutique! I had actually found my wedding dress at another popular salon in Dallas, but I was so disappointed in their service, I did not want to give them my business. When I went to Bridal Boutique, my consultant, Wyn was so kind and accommodating! I wasnt sure that was the dress yet, so I went through the entire dress experience with her. I never felt rushed or pressured. I always felt supportive. We booked them for a private appointment, and we felt so special! I wanted to customize the dress I selected, and Wyn was very quick to confirm we could do this! If you decide to visit Bridal Boutique, I highly recommend Wyn! I will forewarn that it took my dress about 7 months to get in (they thought it would only take 3-4 months). Not their fault, but just be sure to purchase ahead of time, brides!

It’s a cute spot with less than cute customer service in downtown Lewisville, Texas. Personally, my experience was pretty disappointing. It actually left a lot to be desired. The staff here can be a little dry with their service to some patrons and act quite differently to others. I was offered nothing to drink and had to ask **3 times** about taking my “I said yes to the dress pic”. When I originally came to order my dress, they didn’t offer the pic or any drinks to me then either. Thankfully, my friend was with me (all of my family is in Florida) and she took my pic bc I doubt they would have even taken it the way they were acting. The lady that assisted me provided basic assistance and either she has no style and is in the wrong business or just didn’t care to show me their nicer accessories because she brought out the most basic accessories that they had while other guests were given beautiful options and provided with much warmer service. I just don’t like going into establishments that make me feel like I don’t belong there. It’s very off-putting and offensive. What really annoys me is when people bypass my hand that is held out for my change and put it on the counter like their afraid to make physical contact with me. That is just rude. I am happy about getting married and getting the dress that I originally wanted which was picked out at another store so I wouldn’t allow their very aloof “customer service” (if you could call it that) to bring any shadow to my day. My recommendation: if you’re looking for warm, friendly service that makes all feel welcomed and valued as a customer, find another place. There are plenty in the DFW area and this is a once in a lifetime experience.

I had the BEST experience finding my wedding dress due to Angela! My hopes and exceptions were set high and I wasn’t disappointed. Angela was very helpful, understanding, patient and kind— she really did help me find my dream dress and make the process fun and easy! LOVVVVVED this place! there are SO many dresses and every one of them are BEAUTIFUL and everyone is so helpful. They give you the best experience hands down and had the most choices to choose from...I went to 5 boutiques prior! Only thing I didnt love about it is that I was really close to another bride trying on her dress I can see where that might be a problem for some, but they were friendly and we even voted on her dresses (which we loved). They do have more private rooms, but we were in the back corner not sure how they choose the rooms people get. 100% would recommend this to ANYONE. Also on a side note they say their dresses are $1500+ but my dress was actually on sale for cheaper might not hurt to ask.

I found my dress here today, and it was one of the most fun and memorable experiences ever. I came with my mom and sister, and my stylist was Candice. She was so much fun and made us feel so at home and comfortable. She did such a great job of pulling dresses based on the style I communicated to her, and I loved each one she chose... but of course, I found THE ONE! Candice let my sister try on a dress really quickly at the end just for fun, so that we could get a photo of us together in wedding dresses, and that was so much fun. She was so encouraging and accommodating, and I never wanted to leave! The boutique is beautiful and has even more dresses than I ever could have imagined. I flew in from FL to join my sister for her wedding dress shopping. We had an exceptional experience with Sales associate, Veronica Montiel, who was warm, kind, and knowledgeable. However I was not pleased with the store’s customer service manager, Jill. She stepped in to the 2 hour appointment during paperwork time, at the very end, without introducing herself to the bride, to remind Veronica of a dress transfer fee that needed to be in the paperwork. Upon telling her it was the wrong dress and wrong size, she disregardingly said “Well, that’s all they had”, did an about-turn, and walked away. I was appalled and wondered who she was and why she barged in for 10 seconds during a 2 hour appointment. Before I left I asked for a moment with her because I did not want another bride to experience what we experienced. I very nicely reminded her of the importance of the customer experience in business (especially with photos and videos and social media) and that her comment about a fee should have been handled 1:1 with her Sales associate, away from the bride and guests. I also recommended email confirmations on bridal dress requests for ease of reference (currently it’s done via phone). She apologized and did remove the fee at the end. I am glad my sister found her dress there and hopefully Ms Jill will be more cautious (and kinder) with her guests in the future.

I cannot thank Amy enough for helping me design and find my perfect dress! I was one of those brides who could not figure out what I wanted in a wedding dress and was just all over the place. Amy was the perfect person to help me hone in on what I actually liked and didn’t like and finally make a decision! I ended up doing a custom gown based on her recommendation and it turned out gorgeous! I was able to take what I liked in two dresses and put it together into one unique dress. I would not have been brave enough to go for it without Amy’s guidance! I also purchased my veil from Bridal Boutique and loved how it turned out! I have had so many compliments on the dress and veil and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. Thank you Bridal Boutique!

Every little girl dreams about the day they find their wedding dress. Bridal Boutique really made that dream a reality. With their picture-perfect studio, huge mirrors and intimate spaces for you and your entourage, it was the perfect place to say yes to the dress. I worked with Danielle… a lot. She helped me find my dream dress (which by the way was cheaper to buy in Texas than California), she helped my mom and my grandmother find their dresses, she was so considerate and prompt in keeping us updated on order status and all the little details. She went so above and beyond that I invited her as a guest to our wedding. I tried on 30+ dresses at 5 different dress shops and Bridal Boutique was hands down the best. Was disappointed to see the associate was not wearing a mask this morning. A group of 3 entered the building with no mask on and the employee greeted them with no mask. I understand if a customer doesn’t wear one because it’s a special occasion but the fact that the employee didn’t wear one is disappointing. Every business should have a responsibility to keep customers and employees safe.Update: why not have your employee wear a mask then? How is it any different than a regular appointment? There is no excuse for not protecting your employees and customers. Period.

I’m not sure how this place has any bad reviews! Carrie helped me find my dream dress and made it such a wonderful experience!!!! There is seriously no need to look anywhere else other than BB!!!

Called back in late October to inquire about coming to their trunk show(s) and the woman who I spoke with on the phone was very short and immediately rattled off were booked until late November I was like okay but am I able to come see the dresses during your trunk shows? and she told me that they didnt allow browsing... pretty sure thats what the purpose of trunk shows are but I guess not here.

Danielle is a ROCK STAR! She was fantastic helping my youngest sister pick out her perfect wedding dress. She was communicative up front and my sister sent her some sketches and ideas for what she wanted and liked, and Danielle killed it. My sister only tried on 7 dresses and chose the last one. In fact, she liked it so much she ended up keeping it on half of the time we were there. Thanks for doing so much work on the front end to make our day easy and enjoyable. It took care of a big list item on the wedding checklist! :)

I said yes to the dress! Anyone looking for wedding dresses, BB lewisville was BY FAR the most incredibe experience with the widest range of gowns than any other bridal Salon. Our consultant was Angela M. and she is the best in the business! I couldnt be more thankful for her! She is great at what she does. She also went out of her way for my wants and needs and just made the whole experience a great one! she really knows what shes doing and had amazing advice. I honestly dont think i could have done it without her.

I had an appointment here and it was a fantastic experience. I can not say enough good things about Angela! She took care of me and my bride crew! An absolutely lovely experience! My sister (the bride) and a small group of us made an appointment on a Sunday. It was fantastic to have the place to ourselves! Wyn was a total dream. We went to multiple shops that day and no one held a candle to how well she listened, understood, and offered suggestions. She was organized in the way she had my sister try on dresses so that making decisions was easy - even with the insane amount of inventory. She also kept a keen eye on the price tag and made sure we were always within the budget we gave her. Its amazing how much the right consultant can make a difference. We couldnt wait to get back to Bridal Boutique later that day to give her a big hug and place our order!

I loved my experience of going to try on dresses. Danielle listened to what my dream dress would look like and she instantly knew what dresses to bring me. I purchased my gown during a sample sale, so my dress was slightly damaged, but we were able to find the dress of my dreams for a great price!The only downside is I DO NOT recommend the alternations place associated with the boutique.They completely let me and my mom down with my alterations. There were so many issues I have no idea where to begin. Do yourself a favor and dont do the alterations at Miers Bridal Gown Atelier/Anas Gown Alterations.

So this review is a little difficult for me, to be completely honest. I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Boutique and while the staff was relatively nice, I had a few off-outing instances. If I could give 2 1/2 stars, I would. This store has a huge selection and overall the experience for me wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great.For starters, when my sales person took me through to pick out some options to try on, she mentioned how we should bring my mom down to look at styles with us since she needs to be happy with the dress she’s paying for. I let it roll off the first few times she mentioned this but I finally had to tell her that I was paying for my own dress. After which, she kept pushing me to up my budget.When I picked my dress, I could tell she seemed slightly disappointed that I picked the lower priced of the dresses I tried on, resulting in her getting a lower commission. As a result, she kept pushing accessories on me that I didn’t want and was vocal about not wanting them. She also kept trying to have my mom convince me that I should get these accessories, resulting in my mom offering to buy them if it was about the money. I didn’t even base my decision on price to be completely honest. I picked the dress I did because it was stunning and I was even shocked that it was less than I was expecting to spend. Frankly, I’m a less is more person, so no, I didn’t want a sparkly belt or hair piece because it’s not me.The most disappointing part of the experience was at checkout. The sample size was slightly big on me but my measurements in one area measured between the sample size and the size above. The check out girl said I would probably be fine with the sample size but when I told her that’s the size I wanted to go with she actually said “You might want to consider losing weight before your wedding then.” While I understand the concern, she had literally just told me the sample size would more than likely be fine. And during an already stressful time, telling a bride to lose weight is NOT okay.

We chose to use Bridal Boutique for our daughters wedding which took place at The Laurel in October. We worked closely with Maria in ordering all bridesmaids dresses and coordinating the mailing and pick up of dresses. Maria was so easy to work with and her attention to detail spot on. I was truly expecting a great experience from this place but my expectations fell short.Wyn was working with us and everything seemed great until it came down to try on dresses that my bridal party and myself had picked out. First, I personally expect the people that work there to pick dresses for me to try. As the staff you are more in the know of what your inventory is. I, as a customer am not. We literally walked around blindly picking random dresses that I thought I would like.After putting on two dresses and not being satisfied she asked what I was looking for and then commented, “Well you keep picking the same style.” My entire group heard that and you could hear the room go quiet. It was really upsetting to be standing there and be told that. As a bride you have a style of dress you tend to lean more towards. It’s inevitable.At one point I just stopped trying on dresses. I just sat down and didn’t want to finish my appointment. Wyn also didn’t know which dresses I had tried on already and didn’t. She was asking me and I just shrugged as I was already upset.We were given the opportunity to order a dress at BB that I had fallen in love with at another boutique but because of experience- my mom, my group, and myself decided to give our business to the other boutique.And to top it off we ended up finding out that Wyn had taken my MOH phone to show a picture of the dress to someone. Well she sent a picture of myself to an unknown number without consent. That was a bit disturbing.I’m happy to see other people have a great experience there however, mine was horrible.

I wish I started my search here. We had been to 2 previous dress shops in the Dallas area, and on top of trying to up sell me, it felt like they didn’t really listen to what I wanted, or what I felt I would look good in.I was dreading going through the same process here, but I was pleased to learn how wrong I was. As soon as I walked in with my group, I saw my name up on their chalkboard along with my wedding date, and we were offered glasses of champagne.I was able to try on dresses in a private, air conditioned room, and our consultant was Debra. I can’t say enough great things about her. She really listened to what I wanted, and grabbed dress that I may not have thought about, but we’re close to what I was wanting. All with NEVER trying to outside of my budget. My dress was the 2nd one she pulled, but I put it on 2 different times up against one other. Never once did I feel rushed, or like I was annoying her. We all shared laughs, and cried. Debra truly felt like a second mother in that room. Seriously, this place gave me exactly what I envisioned shopping for my wedding dress one day would be like.

Bridal Boutique was the second store I went to when searching for my dress and they were amazing! All the staff is so friendly and helpful. They helped me customize my dress how I wanted it and it was perfect!

So I had an appointment at this boutique before Easter weekend 2016. When I made the appointment I told them my budget wasnt really big and they told me they didnt really have dresses that were less than 1500 and asked if I really wanted to come. Another boutique called Blushing Bride was much nicer about my budget and told me that even with a budget they thought I might be surprised and to definitely come and look, I definitely was surprised. So right off the bat Bridal Boutique was not welcoming or nice. I decided to go anyway. We get there and I see one girl downstairs with a nice dressing room and champagne and I thought that looks nice. I assumed they offered champagne to everyone. When they were ready they took us upstairs because thats where the $1500 and below dresses were as well as where apparently they put customers they really dont care about. Also $1500 is no tiny budget. The dressing room was literally a tiny corner with a curtain. They never offered us a drink. When I went to the bathroom downstairs I saw giant dressing rooms that had a stage with mirrors that said Say Yes to the Dress above the mirrors; I assume this is only for their high paying customers. Downstairs as well there were dresses very close to if not in the $1500 price range, but they never went down to get any of them my father did that. Overall I did not have a good experience. If you arent paying high dollar they do not treat you well. They should treat all their customers like royalty, because it is such a special moment for brides to find their dress. They made me feel like I was a bride not worth their time and thats not right. A sale is a sale. I would not recommend this place.

I cant say enough good things about Bridal Boutique. I went to 4 boutiques in search for my dress and this was by far the best experience. Candice was my consultant. She was incredibly knowledgable about the inventory and the alteration process which gave me a ton of insight into how custom these dresses truly are. Candice was sweet and encouraging without ever being pushy into a certain designer or style. She stayed with in the budget I asked and did a great job of understanding my style and needs right away. I was on a short timeline (just 4 months until wedding day) and she worked with me without ever making me feel bad about the short ordering window. They were transparent from the very beginning about the ordering process. Their selection is varied enough that any bride can find their dream dress. Even if you dont live super close, but you live in the DFW area I recommend going out of your way to shop here. Ask for Candice! Although my guess is that all the ladies are very qualified and will make for your shopping experience super special.

OMG!! I found my dress here and they were so nice. They had mimosas and SO MANY dresses. It was so much fun and they were so helpful. Go prepared. I was so glad I tried on dresses somewhere else before tackling this stores huge collection. I had to look through so many dresses to decide which ones to try on. They have 900+ dresses and you only have 90 minutes!

This was by far my favorite bridal shop to visit. Veronica helped us and she listened to what I wanted, provided suggestions, and was very intuitive in the gowns she selected for me - they were exactly my style. Bridal Boutique has a large selection, but what impressed me most was their ability to not overwhelm me with the large amount of choices. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking for a wedding dress. Veronica made wedding dress shopping fun and I cant thank her enough.

I just chose my dress at Bridal Boutique and it was an awesome experience. Wyn was my Sales Associate and was an absolute delight to work with. She followed me around and explained each section of dresses and let me pile up about 14 dresses (6 of which I would ACTUALLY try on) in my reserved room. Wyn made sure to learn who all the women who joined me were and treated everyone like family. She gave me honest opinions and didnt hesitate when I said I didnt like certain things. This is the only shop I visited and I ultimately chose the first dress I tried on. Id read many reviews before deciding to go to Bridal Boutique and Im VERY glad I did. I wanted a solid one-stop-shop with a TON of variety and thats exactly what I got. I would repeat my experience at Bridal Boutique – with Wyn specifically – in a heartbeat. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time trying on dresses. Wonderful selection. However my attendant had me put on Spanx in order to try on the dresses she pulled for me. What kind of bride wants to think you need be more thin to fit into dresses?! For reference, I am a US 8. I did not go back after that. I went to Lulus Bridal and purchased there; much better experience

Sandy is a wedding dress magician who will go absolutely above and beyond for her bridal appointments! She is kind, funny, and makes you feel absolutely comfortable from the moment you walk in. You have to ask for her! The Boutique has two floors of dresses and there are so many options that it can feel overwhelming. I showed Sandy my Pinterest board and she pulled a lot that were similar and a lot for me to see what I liked and didn’t like. If you don’t find your dress here... then something is wrong! Just kidding. I had a perfect experience and could not have asked for a better consultant than Sandy. She is one of those people you want to hang out with due to her fun, bubbly personality. If you want quality and a great experience, go in and get her. You will have a blast.

I had such an amazing experience at Bridal Boutique. I was first with Veronica who was so helpful and such a fantastic experience. I appreciate that she took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. I loved the selection they have for Plus Size. When my dress arrived I worked with Pam and had so much fun at my final fitting. Her infectious personality was so nice to be around. The customer service is amazing and I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you Bridal Boutique.

If you are a plus size bride at all DO NOTGO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. They advertise a wide variety of plus size dresses on their website, and after making several calls to the salon they assured me that there would be a great variety for me to try on, however when I got there the options were extremely limited.As a plus size bride I understand that every salon will not have plus size dresses, but their website gives three pages of plus size dresses, but they didn’t have any I could not try on. So, me saying that I am disappointed with this salon is an understatement.So the only reason I am giving 2 stars out of 5 is that the consultant Vee was absolutely incredible. She tried her hardest to find my dream dress, but unfortunately the options were extremely limited.The thing that killed me the most was that Vee made the effort to go down to the front desk where a woman was answering phone calls, as I walked in to the front in tears after my appointment Vee looked at the woman at the front and asked for any other bridal salon options in the DFW area. The woman laughed at her and said that they were the best option and turned around. It absolutely broke my heart.I hope that Bridal Boutique is able to widen their variety and options for plus size brides, or makes it known that they only have sample sizes to try on.

The lovely woman who helped my sister find the PERFECT dress was amazing her name was Candace, she was so personable and just all around amazing from beginning to end, however JILL a customer service rep was so rude when asking for a second refill on the free mismosias they were giving out. Considering the amount of cost for the dresses it should not have been an issue she created a negative energy for our experience. If it was not for Candace and her positively amazing personality we would not have followed through with saying yes to any of their dresses.

Great wedding collection and customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh brides, have you heard of this new thing called sweating for the wedding? Listen Ive got some help I can give you with that and you might just qualify for a $2000 wedding reimbursement.

I highly recommend using Danielle! She was so creative with everything and knows exactly what she is doing. She is very professional and made everything run so smoothly with the whole process. I’m not usually one for writing reviews, however, the Bridal Boutique exceeded my expectations. On arrival, I was paired with Wyn who would be my stylist. I can not say enough great things about Wyn. She was simply amazing! She really listened to my wants and desires in a wedding gown. Both my mother and future mother in law came with me to my appointment and Wyn was incredibly patient with their multiple requests! In the end, Wyn knew the exact dress that would be stunning on me and for the setting/occasion. Her expertise is priceless. We had such a wonderful experience at the Bridal Boutique and everyone made my experience everything that I thought it would be and more. I highly recommend the Bridal Boutique and Wyn!

This was the first place I went to shop for my wedding dress and Deborah was FANTASTIC. While I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, I would recommend this location to anyone. Deborah made me feel special, helped me select gowns that would suit my body type and stay in budget and it was a wonderful experience for my loved ones and I. Go here if you need a wedding dress!! I’ll certainly be looking for bridesmaid and mom of bride dresses at their sister store as well.

I visited ALL of the main bridal stores in Dallas and I eventually ended up finding my dress at the Bridal Boutique of Lewisville. The whole experience with them was great from start to finish. They have a large and varied selection of dresses and the shop is nicely appointed. The salesperson we worked with, Veronica, was knowledgeable and listened very well to what I was looking for. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this store.

People that work here are soo RUDE, my (future) wife tried to set up an app. In person & as soon as she walked, received attitude. Definitely not a place you want to do business with, I can only imagine the customer service after a sale was completed. I’m guessing this place is owner operated. She(the owner) needs to get of her high horse

I can’t say enough great things about this place! After going to a different shop in the area where I had an awful experience, I came to Bridal Boutique and worked with Deborah. I knew exactly what designer I was looking for and the type of dress I wanted and Deborah picked it out and I said yes to the first dress I tried on! She was AMAZING! She was so sweet, made me feel comfortable and hands down the best stylist. I was so impressed with the customer service and the people who made my experience that much better! BEST DAY EVER!! I had a private appointment with Sandy, who by the way was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the designer I was interested in, Berta Bridal. I felt that she was very patient with us and was very honest about different styles, materials, and fits of different dresses.She helped me get in/out of each dress and catered to my needs. She paid very good attention to detail, for example she turned the air conditioner down after we got through the first couple of dresses so I did not start to get hot. She also provided me with her direct cell phone number in case I have any questions between now and when my dress comes in.They were also flexible with me when it came time to settle up and provided me with some options that helped us save a significant amount of money off the sticker price of my dress. I will definitely recommend this store and Sandy to all the future brides I know!I said YES to the dress!!! Thank you Sandy & the Bridal Boutique for a fantastic day I will remember forever!!!

Disclaimer - I have not purchased a dress yet.I had Amanda for my stylist and she was great. She didnt push for me to purchase anything at the appointment I didnt love. She was easy to work with and even made some of her own recommendations. I messaged her a couple days later to get the name of a gown I ended up looking more than others and she was quick to reply! She was great on making sure I stayed within budget. I would recommend Amanda.

I cannot say enough about Bridal Boutique! Wyn was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so special and like an absolute bride. Not only that, she was so great with my mother, sister, and soon to be mother-in-law. I had a vision and a budget, and this place totally met my expectations and even more. This was my first time trying on dresses, and I definitely knew I didnt have to look anymore after coming here!

I made my appointment several weeks ago and chose a Sunday to try on dresses. I was later informed that Bridal Boutique would no longer be open on Sundays, but that my consultant would be coming in just for me, rather than canceling the appointment I made several weeks prior.Our consultant was Wyn and she was AMAZING! The selection of dresses was huge and I was easily able to stay within my price range ($1300-$1800 for the dress alone). I found THE dress and as it turns out, it wasnt even one of the ones Id chosen -- Wyn picked it out and it was everything I wanted. We were able to find the dress, pick out the accessories, take measurements and place the order in under 2 hours. This was the first place Id tried on gowns and Im so glad it was!

My experience with Veronica at Bridal Boutique was a dream. I felt so well taken care of. Not to mention, the store itself is gorgeous! Veronica listened to exactly what I wanted, with careful attention to my budget, and found me the perfect dress within 5 tries! She even came in 45 minutes early the next morning so I could bring my sister in for the official yes moment. All the dresses I tried on were beautiful. But the one I fell in love with was perfect for me and truly looked twice if not three times the price I paid for it. All in all, it was the best place I visited. You wont be disappointed by making Bridal Boutique the first stop on your hunt. And ask for Veronica. She truly is the sweetest!

I had an amazing experience while shopping for my bridal gown at the Bridal Boutique and think that my consultant, Wyn, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with a specific style and price point in mind. Wyn immediately starting pulling gowns similar to what I wanted as well as allow me to look for others I liked. While she pulled most of the styles I had told her I was interested in, she also pulled some that I did not think I would like. Wyn was very reassuring and I ended up choosing a gown that she had pulled. I never once felt overwhelmed or pressured like I had thought I would. My time at the Bridal Boutique could not have gone any more perfectly.

LOVED LOVED LOVED everything about this bridal salon. Lacy was truly an angel and I couldnt thank her enough! She just understood my laid back personality and blended in perfectly with my family and vision for my big day. I felt like I was at home hanging out with girlfriends. I never EVER felt rushed and I loved that I could walk around and look and touch all the gowns. Everyone was so wonderful, polite and professional. Bridal Boutique was one of the last places I looked for my wedding dress. I had went to a few other stores and was still looking for that special dress. As soon as I got the boutique I knew I would find what I was looking for. The selection was the best I have seen, there was lots of room to move around, the decor was cute, and the staff is awesome. I found my perfect dress! I would highly recommend The Bridal Boutique to anyone looking. Dont leave it as a last resort, make it a first stop.
