George was very responsive when I checked with him for installing holiday lights at my home. He came promptly to take measurements and was willing to to do order multi color changing lights that I wanted. He asked for a cash advance as commitment towards installing the lights. I paid him $180 and then he stopped responding to me after that for 1 week and no update on when the lights will get installed. I followed up and he said the lights he ordered did not come through and he will refund me the $180 cash advance. Another 1 week of follow up and no response yet from George. Not sure whether he will refund the cash advance or not. Sad.

George has been wonderful so far to work with. He came over promptly today to give us a quote on Holiday lights for this year. He was extremely professional and explained his process and showed us the lights he uses. He will take care of custom cutting them for our house, installing them, and taking them down. Lights are for us to keep and they can put them up for us every year. He is even going to be in touch with our HOA before install to verify dates. Price was super reasonable. Highly recommend!

We are definitely using this company every year very professional great service and super friendly also we didn’t break the bank we only paid 6 dollars per foot for LED lights and we get to keep them most of the other companies were charging us 12 to 8 dollar per foot for the same Lights we highly recommend LightsUp to anyone. We are glad we found you.
