Exceptional postal center with incredible amenities. I have been a customer for over 6 years and would very highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a postal facility with many extra amenities. Russell, the owner is easy to work and a genuinely nice fellow. I encourage EVERYONE to stop by and support this local business regardless of age, color or creed. You will see for yourself this is an excellent place to do business and everyone is treated equally.

Great service and very friendly staff, much better service than Ive gotten at the corporate mail box places. Lots of amenities they dont charge for as well! Access after hours in a bonus as well.

I have been doing business with this location for several years and have had exceptional service from the owner. Many people dont know this, however the owner is almost completely deaf and he really has to focus on what you are saying to understand everything you tell him about your shipment and orders. He has opened early and stayed open late for myself as well as many of my employees on many occasions. His strengths far out weigh his weaknesss and his willingness to go the extra mile is amazing. I highly recommend people getting to know the person behind the counter before casting judgement.

Thank God for this place!!I send a lot of packages and often times I need boxes of different sizes and I have to package things in the post office. Russell, the owner is super helpful. He always has what I need and doesn’t mind helping me find the right box/packaging. Also, I’m never worried about buying the supplies there because it’s reasonably priced (and sometimes he has recycled boxes that he gives away for free!).It’s weird because I saw that a couple people wrote reviews that he is rude. I think it’s just that he has a hard time hearing and the masks make it more difficult to understand what people are saying. Russell is a very sweet man and it’s obvious that he is just trying to be helpful.Lastly, I wanted to add that this shop has a printer for blueprints. I have found that difficult to find in the past and worth mentioning. They also have several 3-D printers... You can stand by them and watch things get made! I’m not sure how useful that is to most people but I think it’a pretty cool!!Five stars! Great service!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They had terrible service and they were extremely rude towards me. The lady working did not have her mask on and the man that notarized my form did not have his mask on correctly. On top of that, there were other customers with no mask on and not once were they told to put their mask on. My experience here was extremely negative and their attitude towards me was completely different from their other customers, who happen to be white. Not sure if they were judging me based of my race or color but honestly it felt that way. I am not one to leave bad reviews but if you are a person of color honestly proceed with caution at this place.

This a great place for all your postal needs! Shipping, copying, laminating, and so much more. The new owner Russell is a very warm, pleasant, and helpful person. This location offers mail boxes with an address and notary services. I highly recommend Russel and Eagle Postal in Lewisville.

So far so good...I just opened a PO box with these guys, and was actually surprised. The ease of getting everything set up and working with the people here was so great compared with the government run post office. Getting things set up with Eagle Postal was so easy, in fact, that I kind of wonder if theyre legitimate, and how easy it would be for me to set up my own postal center- because thats what its like. Business at Eagle Postal has the feel of doing business at a family run store. Ill come back and update if I have any problems here...12/12/16

Very disappointed since new ownership, no customer service, very unfriendly, I had to re-tape up my box after the worker did it, because he didnt tape it securely. Then I was double charged for the transaction after leaving the store, and am being told I need to dispute it with my bank, they cant refund it. Very upset I have always loved using this facility to ship items out. Will never go there again
