Worst experience ever. I bought a costume and I thought it’s gonna be great but it looked cheap once I open it. I didn’t even wear it yet. I call and ask if I should get a refund but they want exchange instead of giving me my money back. I will stick with buying stuff from Amazon instead of that trash of a store.

My wife and i is always looking forward to spirit Halloween, but this year it was a terrible disappointment. Only 3 animated figures, there was like 6 empty slots for animated figures. Majority of the stuff on display was out of batter. It was last years supply and we left without buying anything. Do better spirit Halloween!

They were running out of merchandise, and all their large animatronic displays have been sold. If you need something, I would get there fast!

Went there for a good 20 minutes, place was clean and upkept although none of the attractions that were there were not setup and the ones that were didnt work or was not connected. Had an associate ask us if we needed help, overall the family and myself enjoyed our experience and would reccomend it.

Ive never made a negative review before, but Cristal, the store manager, made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable while shopping. As soon as we walked in and went to the aisles, she went to the end of our aisle and phoned someone on the walkie about us, I’m assuming. For the next 30 minutes she very blatantly followed us around the store thinking we were stealing. Like, im talking her moving aisle to aisle with us as soon as we kept walking. And we werent even stealing anything, we bought 100 dollars worth of stuff! And this part is pure assumption but im pretty sure the white truck out front with a confederate flag is hers! Yall be safe!

Go every year to check out the new things .disappointed that not every location has a great display like the one in Denton.

Had such an amazing experience at the Lewisville location! Nick the store manager was absolutely incredible and helpful in answering all of our questions. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and make this location one that we will return to for years to come! If anyone needs anything this is the location to visit!

Selection not that great

The customer service here is horrible. I walked in to do a return for a costume I couldn’t use and as soon as I walked in they turned me away and said they could only do exchanges unless I bought it at that store. They told me I had to go to the original store which was completely false. They were just standing there taking to each other and did nothing for other customers in the store

Best store I have been to Christal and the staff that was there tonight 10/18/20 was amazing they went out of there way to help find what I was needing will most definitely go back before Halloween

Unbelievably bad I went in and if your a kid you have all kinds of choices. As an adult I could choose just 5 super heros. There where full costumes and every one was off to one degree or another and cost 50 bucks no matter how lame it got. Captain Jack Sparrow what a crock. Even the latex masks where bad. In past years I could get some good stuff or hobble something together but this year it just plain sucks best outfit I found was Jareth the goblin king you know from 1986. I was looking for o I dont know Dr strange 2018.
