They took forever to make the shirts, I had a deadline for over a month and the shirts were not ready, they charged me Xtra because supposedly they had to do 2 colors for some bogus reason when I had other shirts done somewhere else with one color with no problem.

Need something in hurry they did an excellent job. Very customer service oriented.

Lewisville Lettering is awesome! We own Restore Roofing and Remodeling and we love using them for all of our branded gear! George, Cindy and the team are great and pay attention to detail. Plus they have very competitive pricing and quality apparel.We get screen printing and embroidery done with them. When we were doing our very first run of logo caps, Cindy offered different styles of embroidery and we selected one with a lite border around the text. It looks so good that this look really Became part of our branding. They dont reply to emails and to be an embroidery business they couldnt even let me know they could do the embroidery on snapbacks that I was supplying. I dont recommend wasting time here. very unresponsive.

I am not a complainer, but VERY disappointed. I personally went in and selected a monogram with female employee. They printed a mini-monogram, not a normal size one. It was confirmed by another employee as entirely too small. I asked for a phone call the next day, not return call. George was in helpful in telling me who to call, but no call. I went in a day later, told I would get a call, no return call. I called the following day -- no apology, unable to correct, I asked for proofs of something to add so the monogram area was more appealing, but never received them. Called again today, Cindy was snarky about my requested for the completed backpack, which they never corrected. No offer to pay for the backpack. School is Monday :( First day of school is vital to the confidence of students, but I was told they have larger order deadlines they need to fill. Sad when business is prioritized over people, especially little people.

WOW! Best place around DFW area! We just recently switched from an embroidery place in Bedford area to Lewisville Lettering for a few reasons. We opened a practice (Elevation Health) in Highland Village, and was needing a place closer. That is not even the main reason we went with Lewisville Lettering. George, Cindy, and Carry are awesome! From the day I called to get a quote on our scrubs to t shirts being made- they have been so helpful and honest. Best customer service (I know, because I called every place around this area) and best quotes that does not just take your money! Talk about quality, too! I use Lewisville Lettering for business screen printing and also for family events and hunting excursions. I have yet to be amazed at how responsive, kind and professional these folks are. Doesnt matter whether its an order of a hundred shirts or just a dozen screen prints.My most recent experience, I brought some shirts in that needed screen printing. It was a rush deadline, and I was supposed to pick them up Tuesday evening for a Wednesday morning event. My flight got delayed and rather than get a too bad response, they offered to bring them home so I could pick them up from their house when I landed.
