The store itself is pretty good. But Costco concierge service is terrible. They never called me to tell me what is going on with my computer. Weeks went by and I called them to find out they cant fix it and will issue a refund. Weeks more have gone by and I am still waiting for my refund. And of course they have a 30 minute to 1 hour hold time. Im now a couple of months into this process. This shouldnt take this long. Do not buy the concierge service.

I always love this place. The quality of the product is the best. Fair price. Now Costco on Lewisville need to hire my daughter. Azana Holmes. She needs a job.

Try to avoid weekends as the checkout lines are too long.Weekdays are much better. Gas pumps are always busy these days no matter the day or hours.

Killing time while on the road. Love this place. They have more stuff than you will ever need. Seems to be good quality at good prices. Great beer prices! I will be back to by a new flat screen.

Clean, spacious and less stressful then other locations with more inventory. Staff seems a little unhappy but still professional and friendly.

I dont see that they have good prices on almost anything. I only find the price of gasoline interesting. I compared prices for several things and didnt find them cheap at all. On the other hand the lines for the gas station are ridiculously huge, I will not take out the membership again.

It’s a Costco. Food court gets you in the door at the almost unbelievable pricing and the Costco deals keep you there. They pay their employees better than Walmart and IIRC they get better benefits. Shop with confidence.

Let me start off by saying, I love Costco. However, I feel like this one carries so much less than other ones Ive been to. Just disappointing.

I do enjoy going to see what New items are available. Also, the gas prices ar Costco are great. My husband explained it best when comparing Sams & Costco. Costco is like shopping at Target & Sams is shopping at Wal-Mart. I know the meat is more expensive at Costco but most of the rest of the things are comparable. However the toilet paper & paper towels are less expensive at Costco.

Classic Costco in covid world. Self checkout was fast! But you cannot order food and pay at the same time any more.Food self-order system was EASY but it took longer than expected. Biggest annoyance was the LIMITED beverage options. No root beer, Mt. Dew, etc. just regular, diet, lemonade, and tea. When did this change?!?

This Costcos parking lot is the most dangerous place in all of DFW. I saw this one dude do a boosted launch into the dude behind him just cause he was tired of waiting. Then this other dude was literally like street racing for no reason and almost killed us. Every time we go here we pray to god to get to and from the entrance safely .Its absolute mayhem. Anything can happen at any time and for no reason .

Gotta love this place. Prices are good and the staff is very conscientious and attentive.

Wonderful place. It feels like a state fair for the shoppers. You get almost everything here. The food is amazing -fresh and quick. The only issue I have with this location is that they are very strict about their return policy. I wished they were more understanding like some of their competitors. With that said, I can spend about 3 hours just walking and looking at their products and another 2 hours debating with my wife how best all the items would fit perfectly in our house. 😂

An upscale warehouse shopping venue. Of course it has the expected bulk size product offerings. In addition its house branded products are priced to sell yet they are top line quality. They still have senior hours. Their buying service products have prices difficult to best outside. Product guarantee and buyer satisfaction return policy is unmattched.

This Costco keeps everything in stock and is 2nd only to the regional offices in West Plano. Still a busy Costco but not as busy as the others in the area. The merchandising in this store is always clean and organized even after a rough weekend. The employees love their jobs and it shows.

This Costco location is good for its ability to get in and out quickly. The parking lot is positioned nicely on a corner so you have multiple options for in and out. The staff are fast & efficient, so getting in and out of the store is good even when you have a lot to purchase. They usually carry a nice variety of things in stock and change it out regularly so you can try new things.I got this rug/play mat for my son for his birthday, he loves it! And these Batman pajamas for my nephew, who loves Batman.

The most customer unfriendly place on earth, where you buy something mistakenly and realize it after they ring you and they want you to get on the return merchandise line that’s wrapped around the building with only 2 associates on the refund stations, an average of 20 minutes wait to return something I realized was bought in error in 5 minutes. Even one of the managers was of zero help. The best help I got was to ring me out for the replacement then join the 20 minutes refund line. Sams clubs has better customer service, and they way they even lack empathy is stunning. I won’t be visiting this place anymore.

It was great as usual this is my first time going to the Costco they are in Lewisville but been one Costco been to a mall they sell all of the same products are the same Brands so I was able to find everything that I needed the layout is pretty much the same and all the stores as well so I didnt have much problem finding my way around the store my experience overall was pretty Pleasant if you read this review and find that its helpful give me a thumbs up and feel free to look at any other places that Ive reviewed and give them thumbs up so as well

Really REALLY REALLY dislike the return merchandise process.. standing outside for over 20min in the summer heat is not cool at all. They REALLY need to figure out a better way for this. SAMS has SEVERAL return registers. Be more like SAMS in this department. By the time ppl get to the counter, they are hot and sweaty and grouchy here

This place has the cheapest gas most the time for DFW area. Sometimes insanely cheap like 2.79 for premium gas while regular is 2.89 out there.

Easily good shopping experience and has attached dedicated liquor store. Family friendly location too. Good inventory & deals and food too . Might be busy nearly all evenings . Ok parking space considering the crowd incoming . Tricky nearby exits - complicated by too many flyovers. Not the fault of Costco though. Good fresh pizza and other eatery stall in-house. Always in stock from my experience. Very well maintained . You have tyre service and eye exam and all services offered in a major Costco facility. Very clean and staff recently are better treating when compared to previous visits.

Worst Costco I’ve ever been to. Lots of people. Only 2 customer service agents on the return counter when there’s 30 people already in line. Avoid this Costco warehouse if you can.And after I posted this, one of the return counter closed. Worst Costco ever!!!!

Does a Costco even need a review? You get Pretty much everything plus some Indian food items at this location. Toor dal, paneer and basmati rice at wholesale prices.

A warehouse for all the items required for home. Every item in the warehouse will be bulk. kirkland is the item of COSTCO. I love to purchase berries and fruits in this warehouse because everything fresh and also long last for more than 2 weeks in the refrigerator. special items to buy all berries, Carrots, spinach, Avocado, Mango, Tomato. Mineral water bottles are cheap here. you can try TOFU here. A2 milk is very good, it is too good like Braums milk store. Tortilla and breads are also available in a bulk. A separate NUTS section is here, you will love it if you like NUTS. Costco Gasoline is available which is most cheaper than anyone.Warehouse is maintained very well.One Negative point is that Tires, they have mentioned several model and price online. but it is not available on store. charging $20 per tire installation which is comparatively higher than other. but they sale only good and branded tires.Note: you have to show your membership card before entering store and before billing. without membership we cant purchase any item in the warehouse. very large parking space is available.

The only place I go for all my shopping needs while we are in this Pandemic mode. A one stop place, for me anyway.In the area of COVID protocols.. touchless display of your Costco card, required mask inside all the time, spaced line, courteous shoppers who are distancing, etc.

Great place to shop love their Pizzas

I am a regular customer at this Costco location. I loved going to Costco up until yesterday where I believe I experienced racial discrimination.The date was 4/2/2021 Friday around 2 in the afternoon. I walked up to the self-checkout area with my friend who also has a membership. The cashier named Jennifer required my friend’s id for membership verification and came back saying she couldn’t find the account / which i found bizarre in the first place. I had Costco membership for the last 10 years and never encountered any problem because I usually shop alone or the people I go have their membership as well. Jennifer said we can only do one transaction with one card.I had couple of small items and my friend had a full cart with large boxes. Trying to figure out what to do, I was talking with my fried in Korean, and Jennifer said “yeah, just talk over me like that” in a very sarcastic and rude way. I asked her why she’s treating me like that like I couldn’t hear what she says. Since that moment, she started treating me like an invisible person. I said I need help ring up all the rest of the items and she just walked away calling next customer in the line. I waved my hand and shouted “hello! I need help” and she wouldn’t respond. I felt so embarrassed and angry because people were looking at me weird and she acted like I was not there. I walked up to customer service desk and asked for assistance, and the other guy was telling another cashier to ring up rest of my stuff. After I was done with transaction I saw the guy at the customer service desk debriefing what had happened to someone who appeared to be the manager. I went to them and asked for a manager. Joe said “I’m the manager” I explained what happened and he said the cashier was trying to her job about sharing an account. I was upset that he didn’t even say I’m sorry for what had happened to you. Not even a validation. Then I felt the need to voice up for unfair treatment. I said “with Asian Hatred becoming a serious problem now days, I feel that Costco - you the manager is not training your employees to be multiculturally competent and afraid that treating people like me unfairly is a common and accepted here”. Then, he defended his employee and said he will have a conversation with her - still no apology for what had happened. I was under impression the manager was just trying to get over this problem like it wasn’t a big deal and even if it was, I was the cause of it. I’m still going to go to Costco because I like the products but never will have the same perception about the company and its employees. I couldn’t sleep last night and I think this incident will remain as a trauma. I’m very disappointed at how Costco is not up to date with social expectations, and most importantly, I don’t feel emotionally safe going to Costco.

Employees are very wide range in attitudes here. Some employees are nice as can be, others are extremely rude. I just deal with it because I like their products and prices. Their mask policy used to be understandable, but as of 11/16/2020, they now require 2 year olds and up to wear a mask to enter the store. If anyone reading this has or has had a 2 year old, they can confirm that theres no way a 2 year old is keeping a mask on their face. I argued with a mask dictator up front at the entry for 5 minutes. I finally said call the cops if you want, then bought over 3K worth of sofas, then left. Once again, you cant beat the quality and prices is the ONLY reason I still go here. Issue occurred 12/27/2020.

Update: Two years since my last update. I came by here today to purchase a few items for my spouse and found the same situations that gave rise to the three star review. I did stop by the in-store food court and found that the new acai bowl that they featured is not worth the $4.99 they asked as it was less than adequate in taste and product. The worker filled my bowl with bitter tasting blueberries to try and reduce the amount of frozen acai in the cup. Bad decision when customers are watching.Theres a lot of people here and no ten items or less line!!. I have three items and everyone around me has a full cart of stuff. On the way out of the store today, the Checker didnt bother to greet me look up or even acknowledge my departure from the store.

This was my first time going to Costco. Ive always heard great things about it, but hadnt had the pleasure of going. In short, Im very glad I got the membership. Walking in, there is so much to look at, and great value deals for almost everything you can think of. I came in to pick up a few basic necessities but ended up filling my cart with more things than needed. The store was very clean and organized. The only downside is the absence of aisle markings to let us know where specific things are, but it gives you a good workout running around. The legendary food court has a small but great quality menu. The pizza is delicious, make sure you eat it hot!
