Love the smaller store experience not as crazy as the supercenter.

No registers open but u-scan. Two cashiers standing around while there were 5+ person lines. Do not recommend this location.

Always drive the extra ten minutes to go to this Walmart instead of our towns. The customer service is better its bigger,more things to buy, everything. Plus it has the gardening center, never use it but somehow makes the experience better knowing its there. Not sure if this has a eye center though. I also which the Dunkin doughnuts was still here.

My first visit. It was well stocked, many customers and clean. I will go back again.

The neighborhood market is great. nice people. not crowded. and always clean. They have a great deli, a great bakery, and the produce section is always beautiful.

Easy place to get in and out with some groceries. Sometimes I feel like the employees could be kinder or more helpful. But this is still a great location that has everything you need, without the hassle of stepping into a huge store.

The goto spot for a fast in and out snack run on Sundays before the game. This location has lots of parking. It can be pretty busy on those late last minute holiday runs. On average, there are about 2 cashiers during peak times. Most people use the self checkout. The pharmacy is a big plus at this location.

Dont go here if you need to use any of the money center services. Some of the customer service staff know their stuff, but the manager I spoke with, Yolanda, doesnt know her to do her job. She seemed more interested in getting away from the desk than helping me or her employees. Rude, power tripping, and uninformed on how to use the Moneygram system. I saw another customer having issues who was treated poorly at the same time.Yolanda rudely told she couldnt help me but I was able to complete my transaction at the Main St location with no problem the next day. This location is great for short trips but dont expect good customer service. Unless its one of the friendly ladies who are usually there daytime weekdays - theyre great and appreciated.

Its really close & convenient. Sometimes I wish they were a little bigger & carried a little more but they carry the basics & thats what matters

Almost all important things are available, great place for quick grocery needs.

The store is clean and well stocked, but the check out experience is unpleasant since customers have to use self service cash registers even when you have a full cart. The one employee staffed register closed with 3 customers still in line. Customer service is not one of Walmart strengths.

I love how convenient this little store is and the elderly ladies that work here are so very sweet accommodating when checking out. The pharmacy here is awesome, I would give 10 stars just for them!

Though it doesnt have the selection like the bigger stores they still have a wide variety of items to choose from. I go there frequently Anns is never been overly busy no matter what time I have gone. They always have self checkout open and cashiers as well. At checkout If you have an item issue someone is there right away to fix the problem. The customer service desk is fast and always friendly. I use there money services monthly Anns Ive never had to wait over 2 or 3 minutes in line usually I can go straight up to take care of business. Ive always been greeted upon entering the store by an associate and as im leaving theres usually a few that say thank you have a nice day or something along those lines. There sir is always neat, organized and clean even the restrooms at leafy the ladies cant say about the mens room. The parking lot is always clean and the carts are usually quickly round up and taken in then sanitized.If your just needing a couple quick things this is definitely the place to go.

The employees were lovely.Stock was low, due to our blizzard, they were so apologetic & thoughtful in tryin to help me find substitutes. WAY better than those Super 8 Walmarts !!

I had an issue with my pick up order and Mr.Joyce got it taken care immediately. She is so nice! I wish there were more Walmart employees like her.

Requested. Eggland eggs. Said all out substituted Wal-Mart eggs. Picked up my order then went inside ...lo and behold case full of eggland eggs.

Only been here for online pickup once but they were quick and verified I was informed of out of stock items via app and email.

Its not a friendly market the guy running the self check out had an attitude and was rude I understand we were going through an ice storm but dont take ur frustration out on customers

Very bad experience !!I went to make a payment for moneygram and the person in customer service did not know how to do it, I called another who knew less. And she said the system is down with a very bad attitude. I asked to speak to the manager, who was more vulgar than the others. I do not understand how someone so rude can be in that position of work, without having the minimum education in how to treat a customer.Very Bad experience!!

The market is very handy-close to our neighborhood. I can usually find what I need. I would give them 5 stars if they carried more organic fruits and vegetables. Also, if they had more than one checker.

Nice and clean with pleasant staff, always a cheerful greeting and thank you. I go out of my way to come to this store when I need to run to Walmart.

Since they have completed installing the new self checkout lanes, it is much easier to visit and checkout quickly which was one of my biggest problems previously.

After waiting for almost 20 minutes. The staff available could not use the money gram services. If you need money services, don’t go here. Waste of time.

Its a nice store always very clean and nice employees, but it is more expensive than the other one maybe 2 miles away.

Maybe two managers having a meeting with one of the store employees in the main walkway between the pharmacy section and the grocery section ISN’T a good idea, NOR does it make a customer such as myself feel simply regarded or noticed as another human being within the vicinity. It’s one thing to be blatantly ignored by other oblivious customers; it’s another entirely to have to walk around store employees because they are choosing to block the main path, with a meeting that probably shouldn’t have been in front of customers. I made eye contact with the group several times, before and after I had to walk around them, and then again on my way out of the store. They never moved, or could be bothered to get out of the way of paying customers.

They are observing all the correct rules for distancing and disinfecting. One way in, one way out... aisles are one way, employees seem to be happy there as well.

We have been ordering online and using pickup service for our groceries. The service has been Wonderful! When substitutions are necessary, which has been very seldom, they are always reasonable and to our advantage. THANK YOU to all our personal shoppers. I may never go back to self shopping again!!

They state that they enforce masks for employees and customers. I confirmed this given the recent premature lifting of restrictions with the employee out front. I wasnt even in the store 5 minutes and I saw 4 people without masks. After speaking with the manager they stated they have the sign but dont enforce it so I will be forced to shop elsewhere to keep my family safe.

Great selection of vegan options. Very impressive. Small store, clean, organized. For being a smaller store it surprised me that I can always find what I want.

We use the pharmacy here because of its convenient drive through. They have good customer service. Their main pharmacist saved my husbands life by catching two prescriptions that could not be taken together. The store is neat and clean and small enough for elderly people to walk around and they have wonderful produce. Love this store. Pharmacist Kayla is very watchful of drug interactions and does an awesome job. A very good representative for Walmart and anywhere else.

Stopped by this Walmart to check out how their beef selection compared to the selection at my regular WM. While approaching the entrance, I noticed a rather large banner (not something handmade) stating that face coverings (masks, scarfs, bandanas, etc.) were required due to *posted* state and local government policy/ordinance/mandate... Whatever the language... This store is in Lewisville which has no such mandate at this time. City of Denton does, but Denton county does not. I find it a little disingenuous to put this *requirement* off on state and local government policy that doesnt existing. And furthermore, nothing is posted showing evidence of that. Be that as it may, I returned to my truck to fetch a face covering so that I could enter the store without being hassled. I had just worked all day in the crazy heat and now I have to wear a face covering. The whole time I was in the store struggling to breathe I was sweating a lot. I hope youre happy with yourself Neighborhood Walmart. Ill let you know how those New York Strips Steaks turned out.

The night I went it was nothing on the shelves..it was the couple of days when the snow was here...

We got yelled at and ugly looks for accidentally exiting the wrong door.

Never more than one checker on duty. Today my husband abandoned his cart and went to Winco. 5-6 checkers on duty, in and out in 20 minutes.

The self checkout lanes are usually working and a cashier is nearby to help with any issue. On occasions, I have come here and have been able to get in and out quickly. I think this is one of my favorite locations. The employees at the front are always friendly and the the cashiers are always there to help with the self-checkout. The fruit and vegetable aisle is always neat without items on the floor or in the aisles. Each time Ive gone into the store, the shelves were stocked with items and they were fronted for customer purchase.

Good because it isnt so big, and there isnt as many crazies there. But not as many options or brands as a super Walmart, which is understandable. But, I like it for just quick shopping.

Nice simple small Walmart. Its the small neighborhood version, so they have the basic foods, household items and necessities.. (no electronics, clothes, camping gear... you know - stuff that keeps you in the super Walmart long enough that you realize the date has changed since you entered the store.Not meant to be a super Walmart, it IS very conveniently located off I-35E and Justin Rd which a lot of people pass on their way to get home. Nice pit stop for last minute dinner essentials.

This store is ok if you only need to pick up a few items, and you have time to wait a while in line. Otherwise, youll need to go somewhere else if, for example, you want to buy Tyson frozen chicken rather than Walmart brand, or good produce.

Literally closed the door on me at 8:28. Said they check everyone out by 8:25 but online says theyre open til 8:30. Nowhere does it say they check everyone out by that time.... Simply needed otc allergy meds. Just read reviews of them shutting the door on others and turning them away 20 minutes before close. Say youre only open to 8:00pm if thats the case!!!

I am in this store almost every day. Today was the first time I got rude customer service in the deli department. The first lady was in training and very nicely told me that she could not cut meat, but the lady training her would be back in about 5 minutes. When the lady came back she rudely said What do you want, there was no Hi, how may I help you. I think I may go down the road where I get better customer service.

The selection is smaller, but its easier getting in and out quicker than one of their Superstores.

Great store to shop last minute! Decent location. Open till 11pm too. Very lit parking lot at night which is a huge plus!

I don’t frequent the store often. They unfortunately do not carry the stock that the full supercenters do. It is a convenience for something that is needed quickly.

What I need and not far to go for a good price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been relentless calling the Walmart customer service desk for over 10 mins over the course of several days before it just decides I’ve been on the phone Long enough and hangs itself up . I did a test in which I walked into the Walmart and proceeded to call the customer service desk. To my astonishment I sat there and watched as several employees behind the desk continued to pay zero attention to the phone ringing. Despite the fact that the store was virtually empty, so being busy with customers was not an excuse they could have used. I called the pharmacy and the online grocery pick up and they both answered the phone with ease. So why couldn’t the customer service desk whose job is to PROVIDE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS allowing the phone to ring. Without attending to it. I am disgusted with Walmart decision to allow incompetence in the work force and I shall not be shopping here again.

Great little neighborhood Walmart. You can find pretty much everything you are looking for in terms of day to day needs. Same staff has been there for over 10 years. Friendly and always willing to help. Easy to get in and out on most days.

A female Cashier at this store was so rude. Did not even acknowledge my mom or me. Worse customer service ever. The cashier was talking about her managers with another employee in front of my mom and me. She didn’t even say hi, how are you?. I told the cashier several times to get the two water cases we had on the cart and she just ignored me. Then, before paying the other male cashier told the lady you didn’t get the waters. So I told the female cashier “I kept telling you several times to get the two cases of water we have on the cart and you just kept talking and ignoring me”. She didn’t even apologize to my mom or me. I don’t understand how people like her are hired. She makes the store look bad honestly with her horrible customer service.

Get more cashiers! Great variety but Im sick of having to check myself out. I dont work for Walmart. Manager was trying to get 1 of the 2 cashiers out to break with long lines. Really?

Convenient. Low prices. Walmart now offers a broad selection of products similar to its competitors. Example - well made inexpensive power cords for both Apple and Android. Food, clothing, tires, paint, batteries, electronics, pharmacy, cosmetics, health care, gardening, banking - Walmart has it.

When I went to pick up my order, the person at the pickup counter was counting pennies. PENNIES! Then she proceeded to count dimes, quarters, nickles, ones, fives etc. I waited a good 8 minutes for this and then finally asked if she could get my order since I had groceries in my car from Target so she called the other person in the store who has as much finesse as she does. She told the girl that I couldnt wait for her and asked if she could get my order. RUDE ASS! I really wanted to call a manager at this point, but I didnt want to delay the process even more. And dont even get me started on their ridiculous pharmacy. Dont get any prescriptions filled here or you will hate life. I called to see if mine was ready a few weeks ago and they literally hung up on me so I went to the store and they were backed up complete. The pharmicist is rude and I believe she is the one who hung up on me! I will NEVER AGAIN in my entire life purchase another item from Walmart. Not this one. Not any one. And I wont fill another prescription here either. Im just bummed I had to give them one star!
