I love these cupcakes. They always have a variety of flavors and they are always super moist and flavorful, never dry. The pink vanilla and the peanut butter cup are my favorite.

I drive 20 minutes to this location and its always an inconvenience. this is a place that ONLY sells cupcakes and ice cream and they are always out of cupcakes. it literally doesnt make any sense🤦🏽‍♀️😂. they are super good whenever they have the flavor that you like but im seriously looking for an explanation on why a cupcake place runs out of cupcakes when they could just bake some more.

I got a dozen cupcakes for my daughters birthday. By far the most moist yummy cupcakes Ive ever had.. sweet but not too sweet.. cant wait to have an excuse to go back for more

The prices are a little high but the quality of the cupcake is worth every penny. The cake is so moist you could honestly eat it by its self and still be good. The icing is superb. Will definitely reccomend to anyone

I tried this place for the first time a week ago and I’m obsessed. The cupcakes are so yummy. I personally don’t like very sweet cupcakes but these ones are perfect. They look so pretty too. Definitely will be coming back every time i want something sweet.

The service was excellent. I called in my order and it was ready when I arrived. I even swapped out some flavors and they were happy to make the change. Everyone who received a cupcake was extremely pleased.

Ive been to another Smallcakes location and happened to see this one while I was out running errands, so I decided to try it out. There was a large selection of cupcakes. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. I was happy with my purchase and experience.

Cupcakes here are amazingly light and great tasting! Their sweet but no overpowering sugary texture like some I’ve had. The shoppe is incredibly clean and nice inside and the customer service is very good. I highly recommend!

I would recommend the cupcakes but not this location. There is one associate working there who was extremely rude when I asked if they made a peanut butter cupcake she seemed bothered when explaining. I think service should match across the board not just when a certain person is there because it does deter you from going. I will not be returning to this location AT ALL!

Im not much of a cupcake person and my first time ordering cupcakes from Smallcakes. I normally order from Nothing Bundt Cakes especially for family gatherings. We were having a Zoom Bridal Shower with just a few family members at the house and decided to try a different dessert. I googled desserts near me and Smalkcakes popped up. They had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a dozen and since it was later in the day, the selection was minimal. I took 2 of different flavors. These cupcakes were ABSOLUTELY delicious. They were moist and favorable and were a big hit. They are a nice size too, you quickly fill up. The young lady was so helpful and patient with me since I wasnt sure what to order. I will definitely be back. Thanks for such tasty cupcakes.

I was craving these at 10 minutes til closing and I live 5 minutes away so I hopped in the car and called the store for a curb side order. The girl working answered the phone and I let her know I was hurrying to get there. She didnt make me feel rushed and was perfectly fine with me placing an order so late. Thank you, thank you for allowing me to get my fix without making me feel guilty about being there so late. Oh and of course the cupcakes were good like always. ❤

Found this place on Google, stopped by and was greeted with a warm welcome and the young lady Kaitlyn extremely informative and knowledgeable about the products sold. The cupcakes were amazing! I definitely will be back there! Highly recommended, well worth the price.

I loved my sprinkled vanilla cupcake! The muffin is so delicious and perfect to taste, the icing is the one that is sweet but you decide how much you eat of it and I love that because I’m not a sweet tooth person. I will keep coming back to try them all! 😁😋🤤

The cupcakes are VERY VERY good but it seems like every time I go and I go a lot 😂, they have way too many chocolate varieties out at one time and not enough of the other cake flavors. The lemon drop and the strawberry are my favorite! I bought the doggie cupcakes for my moms dog and she said they loved them! I’m still trying to catch the Cannoli and Italian Cream, other then that, this place is actually 5 stars!

My 6-year old son and I came in tonight for the first time. The kind lady that helped us was so funny, and we shared an enjoyable conversation. My son got the unicorn and birthday cake ice cream (he might be a bit spoiled, but he truly earned it). I got the delicious chocolate with creme filling cupcake, my significant other the wedding cake cupcake, and our dog the pup cake. Everyone was very happy with their choices. We’ll definitely return!

The cupcakes here are so moist and delicious. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the guy that helped us, but he was an older gentlemen that was so nice and welcoming. It was close to closing (about 45 mins before close) when I went with my large family group and for him not to rush us out and actually let us enjoy the cupcakes was a super plus! Great place, I would totally recommend this place for a good cupcake!

Haven’t had a bad cupcake yet. I’m also intrigued where they find their staff. Every employee I’ve met there has been genuinely friendly and helpful/patient while i try to decide.

Dont waste your time or money. I remember a YELP. Review that said they were flavorless cake with fancy toppings. It was correct. Chocolate cake didnt even taste like chocolate! All butter cream frosting with some flavor. Big fat ZERO! Not going to return. Maybe the original ones made for cupcake wars, food Network and the view were better? Had a coupon buy 3 get 1 free..the bill was 14 bucks. We took a bite of each one and then tossed them. Oh and a special note...while I was there I said to the young lady they should have tiny sample ones. A box with 1 of each flavor. She told me they did and after we leave she will be frosting them all. Did not however offer some for us to buy if we wanted to wait. Yep...bad. They didnt even get the dogs off the couch!

So glad that I am moving away from this place because its sooooo good. Not good for people wanting to lose weight. Lol. But this place is really good and the people are always friendly.

Went there to get individual cupcakes to celebrate my sons 2nd birthday. We ended up getting 5 different cupcakes which all tasted the same. They were extremely bland with cloying sweet buttercream. Boxed cake mixes have better flavors than these cupcakes and honestly I couldnt tell the difference between the lemon and the strawberry cupcakes due to the lack of flavor. Definitely not worth the 20 dollars we just spent there.

Ive been in a few times since this location opened because I love the Smallcakes selections and this one is a bit closer than the one in Frisco. I am not giving it three stars for the food because it is still great, but I am a bit concerned that every time I go in, I see different people in the front and back. I have noticed driving by in the area that several businesses have closed in that strip in the last two years. With the relative lack of advertising and social media presence, relatively small assortment compared to Frisco, along with the apparent staff rotation, it would appear that this shop may be heading in that direction as well.Rather than place much faith in this location, it may be worth the trip to Frisco. The Butterfinger Blast is to die for!

I visited on 3/15 and had a lemon cupcake. The cupcake was not bad, but the service was poor, which was a bit surprising. When I ordered the cupcake, the young lady at the counter boxed it up. She begins unboxing it and I ask her politely to just go ahead and leave it in the box. She replies, No, we can save on the box. In the process, she knocks the decorative topping off the cupcake. I ask her for a plate, she states they dont have any. She looks around and offers me a styrofoam bowl. I decline. I sit down at the tables and they were not clean. The store was empty. Bad service, will not return to pay $4 a cupcake for this!
