Professional, honest. They test all your metals in front of you. They also removed diamonds from a gold ring I was selling just for the gold. They did that in front of me AND did it for free. 2 other places were going to charge me.

Linda was absolutely AWESOME to deal with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and pleasant to work with. She even educated me on some of my pieces! Definitely recommend bringing your gold/silver here. Management was even great, making sure I was satisfied. Decent, reputable business!

My husband and I went to Diamond & Gold Exchange the other day and we were extremely surprised by the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. Dayan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable, a major asset to the company. All the business was done in private and within minutes we were paid out cash for an amount much greater than we expected. After being at a couple other places it was such a wonderful surprise to deal with them! Upon arriving at this location the first questions I asked the representative was how much was the price of gold per gram that day. She danced around the question and failed to even answer it for me even when I specified the karat and weight? I chose not to sell my items here As the staff does not seem to be very accurate or knowledgeable the first article I read about selling jewelry I am to gold buyers was to ask them the first question how much are you paying to day program for the girls and they said that they can’t answer it They are most likely being shady or trying to pull one over on you I do not recommend this location they are not giving you fair market price do your research before coming in here or they will rip you off

I was out shopping for a few unique items for the kids and I decided to get something from this location. I noticed that the doors were locked and the business hours indicated it should be operating under normal hours. It reminded me of fake illegal store fronts just used for other operational things. I called the number on the front door and was told they only do business by appointments...really. Shady operational things here.
